Transported across space and time?
The most interesting theory about the Philadelphia Experiment is that the destroyer did in fact disappear and was teleported across space and time. Supposedly, there was a great number of ingenious scientists (including Tesla and Einstein) that were taking part in the experiment. However, Nikola Tesla was supposed to dead at the time of the Naval experiment.
The theory is that light has to be bent around the ship to make it invisible. To accomplish this, the Navy wrapped the ship's circumference in wire and passed a measured current through it. This caused a huge oscillating magnet to form a magnetic field around the ship, not only bending the light, but space and time as well. The physics of the experiment are reminiscent of Einstein's Unified Field Theory that once you bend light, you are also unwittingly bending space and time as well.
The first time this experiment was undertaken, the ship didn't completely disappear, and an imprint of the hull could be seen sitting in the water. The second time, the ship totally disappeared in a green fog and was sighted in Norfolk, Virginia.
A haunting fact is that when the ship reappeared, the crew were all in a state of disorientation. Some were mentally ill, while other crewmen didn't even return. There were also crewmen that returned embedded in the hull. Later accounts arose about the crewmen, including a former crew member who was involved in a bar fight, and all the participants froze in time, as reported by a local newspaper! There were also accounts of people who were on the ship, spontaneously combusting.

I believe it is still in operation, in conjunction with HAARP, and is as I write this, is actively being used to control the weather all over the world, and to beam low frequency wave forms at the human race, in an effort to mind control us all.
We live in many different parallel universes, not just one. Of course we are only aware of just one. In another universe, the Nazis won the war, and are ruling the populace as a dictator would. The basic story told by those in the "know" is that the New world Order, the Illuminati, the Montauk Project, underground bases are all very connected, but there are not the same. It all began with Atlantis, so many years ago. As you may know, popular legend has it that Atlantis was destroyed by some force or other, in three days, it sank beneath the sea. Well....not exactly.
There are many Atlantian bases and Temples on this world, and the Secret government is raiding them right now. You won't find this on the Internet, it is above top secret. There was a war between Atlantis and the Orion Group of aliens, you know them as Reptialians. The Reptialians came here to Earth in a Battlestar, which is still in perfect orbit around our fair planet. You know it as the Moon. The overriding consciousness of our Earth is in reconciling what happened to the Atlantians...which is that they were wiped out by an alien race, actually a group of alien races. A mixture of everything from Pleaidians to Greys, to everything. And, of course, the Draconians, the Confederacy of the Orion Group. This was part of a time called, the Orion Wars. They were after the AKASHIC RECORDS. Akashic Records is the theosophical term referring to an universal filing system which records every occurring thought, word, and action. The records are impressed on a subtle substance called akasha (or Soniferous Ether). Some indicate the akashic records are similar to a Cosmic or collective consciousness. The records have been referred to by different names including the Cosmic Mind, the Universal Mind, the collective unconscious, or the collective subconscious. Others think the akashic records make clairvoyance and psychic perception possible. In Hindu mysticism this akasha is thought to be the primary principle of nature from which the other four natural principles, fire, air, earth, and water, are created. These five principles also represent the five senses of the human being. In reality, I believe, it is a Computer Complex far and above anything we have yet imagined. It is connected to a ring of sorts which is made up of the gravitational fields of all of the planetary bodies in this system, and it interacts with all the planetary bodies that are in alternate Universes. The Akashic Record is a Ring that goes through the universes in a spiral formation. It is actually a Double Helix. the fact that this thing exists makes it much easier to travel between the parallel universes in our solar System.
That being said, there are two basic groups, the Montaukians, and the Orion Group, and they are both fighting for possession of our immortal souls, and the energy that the soul produces. They know full well that Ascension is coming, or a chance at it, anyway. They Will Act, at the proper moment, to try and turn us from melding together as one. This plan has been in the works for many years. Using Time Travel, they have created many different futures, so that anything can be taken in and dealt with.
