The NZ PM has today conceded that there will need to be a large number of homes re-established outside Christchurch. My guess is that most home owners will take whatever insurance settlements they can get and immediately leave for Aussie! Christchurch will be a ghost town of the unemployed and unable to move within a year! Just like New Orleans has become.
