As the People Grow More Desperate…A Constitution in FULL Crisis
America’s extreme left tricked American moderates into supporting their candidate last November by campaigning on post-partisan cooperation and transparency in government. Six months after the election of a freshman senator with a blank résumé, a laundry list of evil associates and a life more secret than your average CIA agent, Obama’s entire history remains a mystery and his administration is the most hardcore partisan dictatorship ever experienced in the USA.
Washington DC partisanship has turned into outright Obama-Pelosi dictatorship. The so-called “Commander-in-Chief” is fast losing control of his military, which is increasingly and viciously divided between those who are refusing to take orders from an overt enemy of the Constitution, and those who foolishly defend Obama’s right to destroy that which they took an oath to protect and preserve.
Obama should have ended the divisions over his ineligibility long before it reached the ranks of American fighting forces. He chose not to, and instead to allow the issue to fester into a powder keg that even Rahm Emanuel and David Axelrod are ill-prepared to extinguish.

Decades of outright destruction of the Constitution have left the nation on the brink of economic, political and social collapse. The 2006 and 2008 election cycles placed the Constitution in full crisis and the people are growing increasingly desperate for a peaceful means to restore their Constitutional Republic.
An administration which does not meet constitutional standards is expected to protect and defend a contract which it does not even recognize, much less respect. The contract either stands, or it doesn’t. Based on the 2008 election, and every policy put in place since, the contract does not stand at present. If the Constitution no longer stands, then the federal government which it established, no longer stands in authority. Tyranny reigns…
The States Take ActionIgnored by federal public servants and cut off from any access to peaceful means of redress in congress or the courts, the people and their states are forced to take matters into their own hands.
A “constitutional” interpretation of the Constitution is in order, as the people begin to demand that a runaway Fed blatantly acting against the best interest of its people, return to a constitutional foundation, or risk being stripped of all power and abolished.
The federal government is the product of the Constitution, the contract between the people and their states which established and assigned specific limited powers to the federal government, which is to serve at the pleasure of the states and the people.
If the Constitution no longer stands, then there is NO federal government. The federal government exists only as a result of the Constitution. A very real crisis is at hand…
As a result, more than 32 states are rushing to pass Tenth Amendment legislation intended to remind the federal government of this reality. But the Obama regime is not listening.
Many of those states are also passing second amendment protections for their citizens, making it illegal for the Fed to threaten private gun rights, even in cases of “Martial Law.” But the Fed has rejected all such state bills, claiming that “federal laws supersede state laws.”
Reacting to an “unconstitutional” letter from Obama’s ATF, which puts Tennessee on notice that the Fed will not recognize laws passed by the individual states under Tenth Amendment rights, Tennessee State Rep. Matthew Hill points out, –“Montana, Tennessee and all others, are SOVEREIGN states not subservient to the federal government. The Fed can send us letters all day long and it doesn’t change the fact that we are allowed to govern ourselves, under the 10th amendment of the US Constitution.”

Does the Constitution delegate the power to “confiscate and redistribute private wealth” to the federal government?
Does it delegate power to force “Cap and Trade” or so-called “Universal Health Care” upon the people and the states?
Does it delegate the power over private industry, such as banking, auto manufacturing, energy and the likes? – Or the power to disarm American citizens under any set of circumstances, real or imaginary?
No such powers were delegated to the federal government under the US Constitution. Unlike many ill-informed US citizens, Obama & Co. knows it. But they don’t care…
Since no clause exists in the Constitution which specifically assigns any of these powers to the Fed, Amendment Ten applies… “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.”
The Second Amendment ExampleEach clause of the Constitution must be read within the context of the Tenth Amendment. Power and authority is either specifically delegated to the Fed in the text of the Constitution, specifically withheld from the Fed by way of the Bill of Rights, or in the absence of any such reference to power and authority, the Tenth Amendment applies.
In the case of gun rights, the Founders specifically denied the Fed any power via the Bill of Rights, specifically prohibiting the Fed from playing around with the people’s right to keep and bear arms.
“A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.” –
Yet, operating in direct contradiction to this Second Amendment language, the federal government has assumed a power not assigned to it by the states, to regulate the right of the people to keep and bear arms. A case of the people’s past silence, being intentionally misinterpreted as their consent, which allowed the fed to step across boundaries it is specifically prohibited from crossing in the Bill of Rights.
As a result, the states have been forced to restate their border sovereignty and state rights in new state sponsored legislation, including Second Amendment protections for their citizens who wish to keep and bear arms, whether anti-second amendment leftists in Washington DC like it or not.

My home state of Tennessee passed both Tenth Amendment and Second Amendmentlegislation, supported in such number as to override our Democrat governor’s attempts to veto.
But Obama’s Fed responded by issuing a letter, under his Justice Department headed by Obama buddy Eric Holder, on the letterhead of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms signed by Assistant Director Carson Carroll, advising the state that “federal laws supersede states laws.”
Like hell they do!
The states DO NOT serve at the pleasure of the Fed. The Fed exists and serves at the pleasure of the states, a FACT that most states seem in a rush to point out to Obamanation.
The US Constitution supersedes both state and federal laws. Don’t confuse the US Constitution with federal laws passed by congress or passed by judicial fiat via the courts. Federal laws take precedent over state laws ONLY in matters specifically delegated to the federal government in the Constitution. If no such authority is assigned to the Fed, then no such power exists at the Fed.
When the federal government makes laws pertaining to matters NOT assigned to it under the US Constitution, which it has had a habit of doing for decades now, both in congress and in the judicial branch, the states are in NO WAY bound by those laws. Those laws are by definition, unconstitutional, no matter how they were passed.
As the Second Amendment makes it quite clear that the federal government has NO power to regulate the people’s right to keep and bear arms, and the Tenth Amendment clearly states that “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.”- Obama’s Fed, Justice Department and ATF, have NO constitutional authority over the states in the matter…
Tennessee State Rep. Matthew Hill is exactly right. They (the Fed) can send threatening letters all day long and those letters are completely irrelevant, as they are at odds with the Constitution. The ATF letter relates to federal laws written on matters NOT assigned to the federal government to begin with, matters therefore reserved to the states and the people under the Tenth Amendment.
Even the overly politicized US Supreme Court has recently defended Second and Tenth Amendment rights in its related rulings.
The Question of EnforcementClearly, Obama and Co. think they won the right to run roughshod over the states and the people last fall. If our Founders had given us a pure democracy, they would be right. But in a Constitutional Representative Republic, they are dead wrong!
Still, it’s also clear that they intend to force their will upon the masses, regardless of public or state dissent, or constitutional limitations. The “silent majority” has been silent for so long, that modern leftist think that they are now the new majority, free to run roughshod over the new “silent minority.”
Under this fantasy, they proclaim the right to ram their leftist agenda down everyone else’s throat. “We won – you lost—so shut up and take it!”… is the general sentiment displayed by O-bots on message boards across the blogosphere…
That sentiment has now reached within the ranks of the US Military, where a growing number of soldiers are beginning to challenge Obama’s right to issue orders and Obama minions are publicly attacking them with a vengeance. The heated chatter got so vicious on Military.com last week, that the publication removed ALL comments on the subject from its web site before the discussion could spin out of control.
Active duty soldiers are refusing Obama orders. Reservists are refusing recall and deployment orders. Retired Navy Commander Walter Fitzpatrick has filed criminal “treason” charges against Obama. Flight Surgeon, Lt. Col. Dr. David Earl-Graeff has sent a letter to Sec. of Defense Gates, stating the following…
“Enough is enough! You must be aware at this point of the tempest brewing among the Rank and File. I am writing you in an effort to appeal to your sense of concern for the Military; a concern we share not only for the Military as a whole but for each and every individual who wears the Uniform in the Service of our Country. I am in this regard specifically asking you for your help. I implore you to not wait until the “pot boils over” and we find ourselves in total disarray. –
I am convinced, beyond any doubt, that the moral well being and efficiency of our fighting forces to defend our Country is soon to be hanging in a precarious balance if not already. In my humble estimation this is NOT a theoretical possibility to construct a thesis or a contingency plan about. It is a reality and is happening right now. Resolution of this issue must be accomplished in the most expeditious manner available at your disposal to gain immediate relief to those of us who are struggling to fully comply with our sworn Oath to the Constitution while being conflicted by questions relating to the qualifications of the POTUS to hold the office in full and absolute compliance with the Natural Born Citizen Clause.”
So, how does Obama plan to enforce his global vision upon the masses when the US Constitution which provides for a federal government, delegates no such authority and an increasing number of soldiers and law enforcement are taking a stand against a “potential domestic enemy” in an effort to uphold their oath to protect and defend the US Constitution?
Once Silent running out of ToleranceConvinced that the Constitution is under constant threat from within today, Americans normally happy to avoid the subject of politics altogether are building a head of steam to thwart the current constitutional crisis. They are erecting lines of defense at the state borders before Obama can capitalize on one of his many manufactured disasters by removing the people’s right to stand opposed.His Department of Homeland Security has already redefined “domestic terrorist” to include anyone who disagrees with Obama. His minions have already labeled anyone concerned with the Constitution, “birthers,” in a childish name-calling effort to silence the dissent. His left-wing press has affixed the title of “racist” to anyone who dare doubt Obama’s anti-American Marxist agenda, or his mystery messiah status.
Pelosi has made certain that Republicans have no voice in congress and Holder has made certain that the people will not find a legal forum to resolve Obama’s overt agenda or hidden past in any court.
Growing increasingly desperate to restore the Constitution and fast running out of peaceful means of doing so, the people find themselves in a very real Constitutional Crisis.

Unlike drug rehab, it doesn’t take twelve steps to reinstate a constitutional Fed, although it could take a twelve step program to break many modern Democrats addiction to free-stuff from the public trough.

EXCELLENT POST!! Oh,…. when and where are we gonna start getting serious about all the talk?
It won’t be on line, or on any electronic network that can be tapped into. You’re best bet is to talk with your friends/neighbors/loved ones and form a counsel of those you can trust in dire times. Prepare for the worst, if something good happens and this planning is not necessary at least you took the initiative. In all likelihood when the proverbial crap hits the fan happens (and the powers that be will make sure it does) the military will be split and face massive amounts of deserters, be wary though, some of these “deserters” are actually intelligence agents that will dismantle any resistance.
Sadly, resistance sounds like the only option, but it is not. The military/fed has convinced/brainwashed/conditioned a great number of people to be prepared for a massive resistance on all fronts. I play devil’s advocate because it seems that my beloved patriots are being rushed into a trap, they are being angered so they make the first move, and an angry opponent is like a rhino, it charges forward without any regard to what is happening around it.
The real option left is take your loved ones into the wilderness and move Northward towards Canada. The Earth is coming to the end of an ice age, and the world as we know it will be much different. The men behind the curtain know of this, so they will try to kill as many people as possible so they can move North where the viable land will be. The more people that go there now and ‘hunker’ down, the harder it will be for those tyrants to take it from us. The loss of life will be minimal compared to us trying to vain to take back America, which is a fools game seeing as how it won’t be land much longer.
Right now, the fed is wasting resources on mock terrorist scenarios, and if the red blooded patriots fight them, then they will be in the wrong (crazy, I know). You have to find what is being overlooked, politics as it stands is a no win scenario. Faith and actual spirituality is being cast aside so people can have an excuse for rebellion. I have prayed hard and used philosophy to arrive at this conclusion. There is a movement to protect loved ones, but without faith (i.e. proper course) it will just be an excuse to inflict violence.
What has been done to the world is no excusable, but thankfully Christianity places the burden of judgment upon God. In all actuality, America as it stands is one of the most fortunate places on the Earth, even though our unconstitutional federal tyrant has done some heinous albeit ’satanic’ acts in the past. Who are we to turn to in this time of turbulence? I wish there was one person living who is an example to live by and follow, but the intelligence community has poisoned the electronic well of the internet. I may sound like a bible thumper, but I can assure that I found faith through true philosophy, which is the love of wisdom. Strange enough, the book of proverbs will prepare you for the LSAT better than the LSAT prep book

We do not know our own history, and each day the ‘facts’ are becoming a blur or emotional confusion. Without proper history how can we expect to have a future? Therein lies the greatest quandary of our time. Even if you put a name to those who shaped the world into the corrupt lies that it is (Satan/Evil is an ancient philosophical term, the Hebrew church[Judah], spread misinformation that we believe in with out ‘modern’ society) like Illuminati (literally a society of enlightened men), or Aristocracy it doesn’t matter, because there is no point dwelling on their sins (mistakes) because they have no power over the individual. They use social constructs to make us feel/think a certain way, its a false control that we willingly give them. So “they” know what kind of future ‘they” want, based on the actions of the “collective”. We give them the power by acting a certain way, and thus those in power are waiting for an armed rebellion that will be useless because so many people will die anyway. What does it matter if they die protecting the land and their loved ones, if no one will remember this anyway?
The future looks grim, but that is because the patriots have missed the key factor of the reason for their rebellion. It is not the loss of their land, it is the fact they allow confusion to reign supreme around them, they trust liars, and place their trust in violent criminals who have been engineered for such an occasion. Where is my proof you may ask? I have freed myself from that which I was supposed to be, and as such I am now a poor servant who is able to see what is going on because I’m not trying to sell anything, I am just repeating the same thought pattern of Christ Jesus, but in a more modern interpretation. Why? Because, to my knowledge of historical figures He was the only one (don’t read the apostles, just Jesus/Proverbs/Ecclesiastes) who did not have an agenda. He wanted the common man to be free.
Just like Nietzsche, who spoke of the man being a slave the false ideals created by those above him. Jesus also told people that they can do what he did and even greater things but they had to free themselves, i.e. take responsibility to empty your heart of everything that is not true. Go ahead and do a truth test and you will find no guile, no hidden agenda, no sales pitch, no condemnation in the actual words of Jesus Christ. Don’t ever let a pastor or t.v. program tell you what Jesus said, read it for yourself (why I don’t use biblical references). Jesus even is an example of what embracing the truth will do, if you confront the heart of confusion (Judah/modern day Israel) you will be killed. That is why, He is his self, but his words live on to instruct us to live in the truth and love, rather than focus on rebellion and hatred of the “enemy”.
In truth we should be thankful we were allowed to live this long so well. Yes things could be different, but what is the point of thinking of all that might have been. It is madness. Just acknowledge that something is rotten in Denmark, and gather a good counsel that you can personally trust, and if you gather under the ‘flag’ of Christ, then you will have the most positive direction you could move in. The miracles will follow, but it is up to YOU the individual to either believe and have faith in love, or band together in madness and fight an enemy that has spent many lifetimes preparing for this occasion.
How long will things be like this? Well, if you are smart and want to live your life with love, then that 2012 will be a good milestone. I pray it is sooner, but mathematics and human philosophy are gearing up for that specific date. So run off to the North and build a new country based on truth and Christ and you will be protected. Those who do not wish to follow Christ are probably those who have other agendas in mind and your good counsel will find these people and cast them out. They will do you no good because their hearts are not aligned with Truth.
This is the most ancient of conflicts and now we have been chosen by fate to make a choice. Are we going to fill our hearts with vengeance and rebellion and be no better than those tyrants and serpents who call themselves our leaders? Or are we going to make a stand and say “I personally choose to follow Christ and will leave these ‘demonic’ people to their fate”.
I did not say form a church, your loved ones and good counsel in faith will be a conglomerate of such. You are the third temple that was spoken of, you are you’re own church, it is not some building of man, it is not some government of priests who force morality while getting rich. It is your personal choice to follow the best example of truth/love/faith Jesus Christ. Do not become Him, just be like Him, reject all this crap that is around you that is here for one purpose, to make you confused and forget the that truth is real.
Do not wake up every day and say vain things like “Praise Jesus Christ!” or “Lord, Lord, deliver us from evil” but live your life in goodness and brotherhood. Your faith will keep you moral, and your counsel of loved ones will act in an ethical manner than you deserve. Do not repeat vain prayers and say things just to say them, just live your life seeking truth. It will not be easy, but I promise you that it is rewarding to live a life free from all this confusion,
So all the good faithful “Christians” will be in Canada and build their new land, of course that which we ran away from will follow us, but here is the importance of faith. Defend yourself with what you have. God will intervene because that has been promised. How will He intervene you ask? Live your life and help your brother see the Light and mountains will be moved, and all those biblical metaphors will become reality rather than some vain preacher passing a collection plate about.
Leave now before the country collapses and the world is plunged into “darkness”. As in the dark ages of old. You can have electricity and all the comforts of a modern life, but it will be under your terms, and with a collective faith in Christ(truth/love) then you will learn from the example of the past. These people here will consume themselves in their own madness, but You will be free.
Either seek freedom and leave hence, or stay here and become consumed in confusion and chaos, where no good will be. After 2012 things will be different and all the real promises of true faith will appear. Do not be concerned with Heaven/Hell those are all man made places by a church who is equal to our government in insanity.
The human body is capable of many things, including miraculous healing, the pharmaceutical companies try to convince you otherwise. They want to be your leaders, they are trying to sell you on the ‘great big lie’. You are a son of God, do not ever forget this. In order for you to tap into this ‘power’ you must have faith in truth and love through the words of the best example Jesus Christ.
Cleanse yourselves by casting off the confusion and the rebellion, and the need for violence, get rid of the notion that your country is under attack, and that an evil force is out to control you. By wanting rebellion and freedom via violent means you are as much of a puppet as Obama or anyone in power who willingly chooses not to follow Christ. If your militia seeks violence for the sake of violence, then leave them if they do not want to follow Christ. Churches are playing into this by giving out misinformation about their “savior” so they prepare for a holy war, again those priests want their own private army, they seek violence and death, they are just like the socialists/fascists that now run this Country.
The media/internet/govenment/evil/satanic/illuminati/megachurches all want the same thing: power through any means necessary. The longer you stay in their land, the more power you give them, you give them the authority they need to feel good about themselves. It is short lived, the Earth is changing as it always has been, nothing has changed, everything has been done under the sun. Nothing is new. So, take what you want, and believe in either Christ ( a man who seeks not to be King, nor your wallet, nor even for you to follow Him blindly), or you can believe those who make plans of violence and treachery. If your group speaks of assassinations and takeovers, how are they different from their enemy? They are not. They have become the very thing they despised: despots.
Running away to the North is not cowardice. It is realism plain and simple. The Conspiracy Theorists have brought you a glimpse of what is happening “behind the scenes”, they talk of Operation OverWatch, Rex 84, Chemtrails. Pharmaceuticals being legally dumped into water supplies, FEMA camps, and so on and so forth. These things are real and ‘they’ have the power to make them come true. The more you resist the more “they” become justified in their madness. Play the Devils Advocate and defend the blue blooded economic producers of the world, you will come to the same logical conclusions I have and they have. You will do anything to exert control on the people, you will hide the truth, and most of all you will take their “savior” Jesus Christ and you will distort His truths so people are so confused they seek a history they know not for answers.
Did Jesus exist? Faith says yes, but that is not the point. The point is that His words are the best guidance and best chance the good people have at living. What about Judgement? Surely those who are guilty cannot be allowed to continue this way. Why not? Who are you to stop them? You have no power over anyone except your own soul. Are you going to lead them? Where are you going to lead them? Take the beam that is in your eye before you remove the splinter in your brothers.
I want the truth as much as any man, but if I am corrupted bu the will of others, then I am only spinning my wheels. I want freedom, but where is freedom? What is freedom? Is it found in the history books? No. Is it found in the rebellious people? No. If they are successful then they will seek some other people to act as a scapegoat for their secret lust of power. Listen to what these people are saying, are they seeking perfection, forgiveness, and love? Do they sound like Christ or do they sound like a criminal who makes plans to overthrow and plant bombs in cities?
If I play devil’s advocate for the patriot movement I can tell you the best places to bomb, or who to kill, or how to take back the land, but then where will I be? I will be like those who I do not like because we both talk of plans of violence. None of us is justified in our criminal acts. What is the point of “waking up” if I am going to lose my life fighting a useless fight? Resistance is futile. These cities are deathtraps. They were created for this reason and the federal government will kill without discretion. Those who run away give them all the power they could want, but then they will attack themselves and lose all they have gained.
If the good faithful people run away and build their own society, and everyone has chosen Christ on their own terms, then we will have no need for kings, it is not anarchy, it is Christianity. There will be problems, but if everyone is honestly seeking Christ, then love will heal the wounds they cause and then people will begin learning and understanding each other. They will become the Children of God. If you have little societies banding together in Christ then each settlement will be different with its own culture, you are not giving up your freedoms, you are just putting your egos in check, so no one has power over another.
When the now forces of darkness those are a corporate antiChrist (it is not a person, but rather anyone who is against Christ, not a single entity that is used as a scare tactic, it as a philosophical adversary of a Christian rule). False Christians make up their own version of the book of revelations, in fact the term AntiChrist is never once mentioned in the book of revelations*.
Faith has to be talked about in these troubling times because it is a guide for the people. True faith is never mentioned by the media or the mega churches because the actual words of Christ warn the people of that kind of deception. He even said that after his death people will use his words wrongly, and lo and behold, it happens because we are human. Well now it is time to admit fault and leave this nation, which is colorfully metaphored as Babylon or the Great City of Confusion. The world is a giant city of confusion, so you can either stay, or you can leave and create your own city, a city of God. Aka a city built upon faith, love, and brotherhood, not violence, rebellion, and insanity.
When you leave, do not turn back, do not look behind you, just forget it and move on with your new self, and your loved ones. Protect yourselves in the wilderness with faith and truth. Others will seek your sanctuary and you will provide it for them, if they are evil you will find them out very quickly, and if they do not repent, then you have the right to cast them out. It sounds harsh, but you are trying to protect your loved ones, and with that you should seek no compromise. Seek Christ and His love above all else and you will prolong your life much longer than those who seek rebellion.
Nobody likes to read long diatribes, worse nobody wants to hear the truth about the patriot movement to retake America. If times were different I would be with them, with gun/bible in hand and help the transition process be as quick and painless as possible. This is not the time to be seeking rebellion and seeking to violently retake the land that we love. Now is the time to think of our souls and our loved ones who cannot fight. They need our help now more than ever. Stand down patriots and stop your riots and you want of radical change. The Lord on High, you know the God that created everything (both good and evil) sees into all of our hearts and knows everything. He is the same God of Logic that the tyrants used to take over the land.
Take what you can and leave this country and head North into the wilderness. You will cause the tyrannical kings to become angrier than if you would resist, and they will be blind in their own treacherous deceit and error, you will be safe in your habitations of God. If you seek Christ in peace loving honesty with all your heart, then you will be filled with faith and love and have no time/room for your violence and bloodshed.
The Earth is coming to the end of an age, seek the path that is straight and narrow, seek the light and only the light, and you shall be saved. Everyone else will be rewarded with the fruits of their labor.
The powers that be, the tyrants, those whom you despise will be broken and ashamed and it will be too late for them, but You. You are the salt of the Earth. You are chosen to seek Christ and His love above all else, you Sons of the Living God. Repent and walk no more in the paths of the violent. Repent and leave now!
*The book of revelations is best used as a personal guidebook to freeing yourself (soul) from the influences of the world. Not a blueprint of some end of the world scenario. The world will end, but not a definitive end, but the old world will pass away, and those who embrace true Christianity will be rewarded, those who do not, well do not worry about them, they seek something else.

You may be right about long diatribes but dont let that stop you from expressing your opinion. We have enough people not saying or doing a damn thing. If we have to yell or repeat ourselves everyday to get the message out. Then thats what will be done.
I like the idea of just living in the woods. They need our labor, I always thought a worldwide boycott/ strike would do the trick. Forcing the elite to manufacture their own weapons. We could forage why they panic because they cant buy anything and sure the hell never worked for something.
People need to stop thinking like slaves and break the chains.
