Are you thinking weather manipulation?

Well, I don’t think right angled lines
showing up in radar are natural.

I do not think ‘HAARP’ when I see such
things.

I think SOMEONE is doing SOMETHING.

When our own Secretary Of State says
‘we will OWN the weather by 2025…’
I take notice.

It was in 1978 as best I recall. I don’t recall
who the particular individual was holding that
office at that time.

‘It’s not nice to fool Mother Nature..’
And it sucks when someone uses weather as a
weapon, too.

George Bush (the younger) said:
"Katrina was not a normal Hurricane.
It was a cruel and UNNECESSARY storm…"
