The Departments of Defense (DoD) and Homeland Security (DHS) today announced an initiative to grant select state and major urban area fusion center personnel access to classified terrorism-related information residing in DoD’s classified network.

Under this initiative, select fusion center personnel with a federal security clearance will be able to access specific terrorism-related information resident on the DoD Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet)—a secure network used to send classified data. This classified data will be accessed via DHS’ Homeland Security Data Network (HSDN). DHS will be responsible for ensuring that proper security procedures are followed.

“With this action, DoD continues its work in supporting states and localities who are leading our efforts to secure the nation from domestic terrorism attacks, said Assistant Secretary of Defense for Homeland Defense and Americas’ Security Affairs Paul N. Stockton. “We look forward to exploring other opportunities where DoD can help our state and local partners effectively defeat terrorism.”

“This initiative reflects the federal government’s strong commitment to improve information sharing with our state, local, and tribal partners,” said DHS Acting Under Secretary for Intelligence and Analysis Bart R. Johnson. “Fusion centers are a critical part of our national security enterprise, and this new tool enables federal agencies to share information with these partners while utilizing our advanced technical capabilities for secure information sharing.”

This joint initiative will promote collaboration between DHS, DoD and other federal departments and agencies, enabling the trusted and secure exchange of terrorism-related information in order to detect, deter, prevent and respond to homeland security threats.

State and major urban area fusion centers provide critical links for information sharing between and across all levels of government, and help fulfill key recommendations of the 9/11 Commission. This initiative will serve as a valuable resource to enhance situational awaeness and support more timely and complete analysis of national security threats.

Increasing the breadth of law enforcement that have access to terrorism-related data will further improve the ability of fusion centers to prevent, detect, deter, and respond to terrorist attacks, and advance the combined missions of DHS and DoD to protect the nation’s security.

DHS and DoD remain committed to protecting privacy and civil liberties as well as data and networks in an increasingly vulnerable cyber environment.

A top US domestic security chief announced Wednesday a strategy to make ordinary citizens the first line of defense against an increasingly multi-faceted terrorist threat.

“For too long, we’ve treated the public as a liability to be protected rather than an asset in our nation’s collective security,” Janet Napolitano, secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, said in a speech in New York.

“This approach, unfortunately, has allowed confusion, anxiety and fear to linger.”

Napolitano, who also announced an extra 78 million dollars in anti-terrorism funding for 15 mass transit systems nationwide, said modern communications had increased the sophistication of threats since the September 11, 2001 attacks.

“The tools for creating violence and chaos are as easy to find as the tools to buy music online or restocking inventory,” she said. “If 9/11 happened in a web 1.0 world, terrorists are certainly in a web 2.0 world now.”

Napolitano urged a “much broader society response” in which the public helps curb a growing phenomenon of so-called home-grown terrorism.

Referring to a spate of arrests around the country of US citizens and residents charged with jihad-type militancy, Napolitano said that ordinary people were often the best eyes and ears.

“You are the ones who know when something is not right in your communities,” she said in her speech at the Council on Foreign Relations.

“Indeed if you look at the last couple of weeks, arrests have been made in places like Minneapolis and North Carolina,” she said.

“So I think better education, about the breadth of the threat and how it can be carried out, is important.”

In the latest case, seven people were arrested Monday, including an American-born Muslim convert and his two sons living in a quiet North Carolina suburb.

Napolitano even called on children to join an effort previously shouldered by police and other security services.

“There’s actually an important role we can play in educating even our very young about watching for, and knowing what to do, if you’re in an airport and you see a package left with no one around,” she said.

However, she stressed she was not advocating “a culture of spying on one another.”

She insisted that President Barack Obama’s administration was committed to repairing the erosion of civil liberties that took place under his predecessor, George W. Bush.

“We have to be careful,” she said. “That’s a balance to be struck.”

An example, she said, was the need to respect mosques and other Islamic institutions.

“We have to be very careful about profiling a religious institution just as we have to be careful about profiling individuals,” she said. “We have to be very, very careful about interfering with the free exercise of religion.”

Even as US troops become increasingly focused on fighting the Taliban in Afghanistan, more attention is being paid to violent plots hatched within US borders — often led by US citizens or residents.

The Washington Post on Wednesday described the chief suspect in the North Carolina arrests, Daniel Boyd, as the son of a US marine who had a “typical American childhood” in the suburbs of the US capital, Washington.

This week, a New York court unsealed a confession made in January by a Long Island man, Bryant Vinas, who says he joined Al-Qaeda to attack US forces in Afghanistan and had plotted to attack a New York commuter train.

In May, five Miami men were found guilty of plotting to blow up the Sears Tower in Chicago, which just this month was renamed the Willis Tower.

Also in May, four New York men — three of them US citizens — were arrested on charges of trying to blow up synagogues and destroy a US military plane.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) will launch on Monday the five-day National Level Exercise 2009 (NLE 09)—the first national level exercise to focus on terrorism prevention—in conjunction with federal, state, local, tribal, private sector and international partners.

“Coordinating with our partners across the United States and around the world is critical to protecting the nation from terrorist attacks,” said Secretary Janet Napolitano. “The National Level Exercise allows us to test our capabilities in real-time to refine and strengthen our strategies for preventing terrorist attacks.”

The Congressionally mandated exercise—directed by the White House and coordinated by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)—promotes intelligence and information sharing between and among federal, state, tribal, local, private sector and international participants. The NLE 09 scenario focuses on preventing a terrorist from entering the United States to carry out additional attacks in the aftermath of a terrorist event outside of the country, prioritizing intelligence and law enforcement activities that detect, disrupt and deter preventable terrorist incidents.

“FEMA’s focus is to make sure that our entire response team, from the general public up to the highest level of government, is taking steps now to increase preparedness – regardless of what the next emergency or disaster is,” said FEMA Administrator Craig Fugate. “This exercise is an important step in our ongoing preparedness efforts, and allows FEMA and its federal partners to better serve and protect our citizens.”

The Departments of Homeland Security, Defense, Justice, and State, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and a broad spectrum of component agencies, offices and commands will all participate in the exercise. NLE 09 activities will take place at command posts, emergency operation centers, intelligence centers and field locations throughout the country, including federal headquarters facilities in the Washington, D.C. area as well as federal, regional, state, tribal, local and private sector facilities in Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas and California. International partner nations will include Australia, Canada, Mexico and the United Kingdom. The Navajo Nation will also participate.

Following the exercise, a comprehensive evaluation process will assess counterterrorism and law enforcement prevention capabilities regionally, nationally and internationally.

Senate Judiciary Democrats have stacked Thursday’s hate bill hearing with pro-hate bill witnesses, apparently by a ratio as high as 5 to 1!

At the same time, Christian/conservative groups, attempting to submit their own lists of witnesses against S. 909, are being turned away!

The official hearing notice/witness list at http://judiciary.senate.gov/ judiciary.senate.gov gives special importance to the testimony of Atty. Gen. Eric Holder in favor of the hate bill. He is followed by these other witnesses:

· Janet Langhart Cohen, wife of former Sec. of Defense William Cohen, undoubtedly pro-hate bill.

· Dr. Mark Achtemeier, theology professor from Dubuque Theological Seminary. He has been the center of controversy for allegedly homosexual-friendly statements and is very probably pro-hate bill.

· Gail Heriot, commissioner, U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, definitely pro-hate bill.

· Brian W. Walsh, The Heritage Foundation, opposing the hate bill.

· Michael Lieberman, counsel for the Anti-Defamation League of B’nai B’rith, originator of the hate bill.

Judiciary Bias against Christian/Conservatives

Janet Porter of Faith2Action told me conservative groups, such as Traditional Values Coalition, have submitted names of scholarly opponents of the hate bill as potential witnesses. These include internationally recognized hate law authority Robert L. Knight. But, she said, they are all being turned away.

Thus, we face a hate bill hearing in which are featured not only the Attorney General in support of the bill but liberals by a probable ratio of 5 to 1!

Lovers of freedom must loudly protest starting early Wednesday morning! Call all members of the Senate toll-free 1-877-851-6437 or toll 1-202-225-3121 (http://www.truthtellers.org/actionplan.html) names listed HERE on the action page at www.truthtellers.org). Give this message: “We demand a balance between conservative and liberal witnesses in the Judiciary hate bill hearing on Thursday. This hearing is rigged in favor of liberals by a probable ratio of 5 to 1!”

Judiciary liberals are determined not to let authorities like Robert L. Knight “contaminate” their proceedings with descriptions of how hate laws have taken away free speech in Canada and western countries. It is up to YOU on Wednesday to let all members of the Senate know we will not allow a liberal “kangaroo hearing” to move the hate bill forward to passage. Wednesday is the only effective day to protest this outrage. Thursday will be too late.

If pro-hate bill Senators are made aware of Judiciary discrimination against conservatives, some may agree the hate bill is too shaky to withstand normal legislative scrutiny. Let’s avalanche the Senate on Wednesday, encouraging doubt of the hate bill. Only one or two Senators who fall away from its support could doom passage.

That would be enough to save freedom.

WASHINGTON — President Obama told human rights advocates at the White House on Wednesday that he was mulling the need for a “preventive detention” system that would establish a legal basis for the United States to incarcerate terrorism suspects who are deemed a threat to national security but cannot be tried, two participants in the private session said.

The discussion, in a 90-minute meeting in the Cabinet Room that included Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. and other top administration officials, came on the eve of a much-anticipated speech Mr. Obama is to give Thursday on a number of thorny national security matters, including his promise to close the detention center at the naval base in Guantánamo Bay, Cuba.

Human rights advocates are growing deeply uneasy with Mr. Obama’s stance on these issues, especially his recent move to block the release of photographs showing abuse of detainees, and his announcement that he is willing to try terrorism suspects in military commissions — a concept he criticized bitterly as a presidential candidate.

The two participants, outsiders who spoke on the condition of anonymity because the session was intended to be off the record, said they left the meeting dismayed.

They said Mr. Obama told them he was thinking about “the long game” — how to establish a legal system that would endure for future presidents. He raised the issue of preventive detention himself, but made clear that he had not made a decision on it. Several senior White House officials did not respond to requests for comment on the outsiders’ accounts.

“He was almost ruminating over the need for statutory change to the laws so that we can deal with individuals who we can’t charge and detain,” one participant said. “We’ve known this is on the horizon for many years, but we were able to hold it off with George Bush. The idea that we might find ourselves fighting with the Obama administration over these powers is really stunning.”

The other participant said Mr. Obama did not seem to be thinking about preventive detention for terrorism suspects now held at Guantánamo Bay, but rather for those captured in the future, in settings other than a legitimate battlefield like Afghanistan. “The issue is,” the participant said, “What are the options left open to a future president?”

Mr. Obama did not specify how he intended to deal with Guantánamo detainees who posed a threat and could not be tried, nor did he share the contents of Thursday’s speech, the participants said.

He will deliver the speech at a site laden with symbolism — the National Archives, home to the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence. Across town, his biggest Republican critic, former Vice President Dick Cheney, will deliver a speech at the American Enterprise Institute.

Mr. Cheney and other hawkish critics have sought to portray Mr. Obama as weak on terror, and their argument seems to be catching on with the public. On Tuesday, Senate Democrats, in a clear rebuke to the White House, blocked the $80 million Mr. Obama had requested in financing to close the Guantánamo prison.

The lawmakers say they want a detailed plan before releasing the money; there is deep opposition on Capitol Hill to housing terrorism suspects inside the United States.

“He needs to convince people that he’s got a game plan that will protect us as well as be fair to the detainees,” said Senator Lindsey Graham, Republican of South Carolina, who agrees with Mr. Obama that the prison should be closed. “If he can do that, then we’re back on track. But if he doesn’t make that case, then we’ve lost control of this debate.”

But Mr. Obama will not use the speech to provide the details lawmakers want.

“What it’s not going to be is a prescriptive speech,” said David Axelrod, Mr. Obama’s senior adviser. “The president wants to take some time and put this whole issue in perspective to identify what the challenges are and how he will approach dealing with them.”

G.C.: They know about it, it’s a new trend. America is going from what used to be the major capitalistic country in the world of free market – a crusader – into what Mussolini would have called fascism: the merger of state and corporate powers. So it is not socialism as people believe, it is socialism’s egalitarianism. It’s not communism where the state controls monopolies – it’s fascism, plain and simple. The merger of corporate and government powers. State-controlled capitalism is called fascism, and fascism has come to America in broad daylight. But they’re feeding them it in little bits and pieces. First AIG was too big to fail. Mortgage companies Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were too big to fail. Banks too big to fail and auto companies. And now we give money to the people that make the auto parts. And now there’s talk about the technology companies, wanting their piece of the action. The merger of state and government is called fascism. Take it from Mussolini; he knew a thing or two about it.

Alex Jones has received a secret report distributed by the Missouri Information Analysis Center (MIAC) entitled “The Modern Militia Movement” and dated February 20, 2009. A footer on the document indicates it is “unclassified” but “law enforcement sensitive,” in other words not for public consumption. A copy of the report was sent to Jones by an anonymous Missouri police officer.

The MIAC report specifically describes supporters of presidential candidates Ron Paul, Chuck Baldwin, and Bob Barr as “militia” influenced terrorists and instructs the Missouri police to be on the lookout for supporters displaying bumper stickers and other paraphernalia associated with the Constitutional, Campaign for Liberty, and Libertarian parties.

“Missouri Information Analysis Center (MIAC) provides a public safety partnership consisting of local, state and federal agencies, as well as the public sector and private entities that will collect, evaluate, analyze, and disseminate information and intelligence to the agencies tasked with Homeland Security responsibilities in a timely, effective, and secure manner,” explains the MIAC website. “MIAC is the mechanism to collect incident reports of suspicious activities to be evaluated and analyzed in an effort to identify potential trends or patterns of terrorist or criminal operations within the state of Missouri. MIAC will also function as a vehicle for two-way communication between federal, state and local law enforcement community within our region.”

MIAC is part of the federal “fusion” effort now underway around the country. “As of February 2009, there were 58 fusion centers around the country. The Department has deployed 31 officers as of December 2008 and plans to have 70 professionals deployed by the end of 2009. The Department has provided more than $254 million from FY 2004-2007 to state and local governments to support the centers,” explains the Department of Homeland Security on its website. Missouri is mentioned as a participant in this federal “intelligence” effort.

Last month, the ACLU issued a news release highlighting the activity of a fusion center in Texas as the “latest example of inappropriate police intelligence operations targeting political, religious and social activists for investigation,” in particular “Muslim civil rights organizations and anti-war protest groups.”

The MIAC report does not concentrate on Muslim terrorists, but rather on the so-called “militia movement” and conflates it with supporters of Ron Paul, Chuck Baldwin, Bob Barr, the so-called patriot movement and other political activist organizations opposed to the North American Union and the New World Order. The MIAC document is a classic guilt by association effort designed to demonize legitimate political activity that stands in opposition to the New World Order and its newly enshrined front man, Barack Obama.

In September of 2008, Missouri sheriffs and prosecutors organized truth squads to intimidate people opposed to Obama and threatened to arrest and prosecute anybody who ran “misleading television ads.” Missouri governor Matt Blunt eventually denounced the use of “police state tactics” on the part of the Obama-Biden campaign.

MIAC claims members of a “rightwing” militia movement organized in the 1990s — generally in response to the Oklahoma City bombing and the events at Waco — “continuously exploit world events in order to increase participation in their movements. Due to the current economical and political situation, a lush environment for militia activity has been created” and supposedly exploited by “constitutionalists” and “white supremacists,” the latter an oft-employed canard used to demonize activists as dangerous and potentially violent lunatics.

MIAC notes many of the political issues cited by the so-called patriot movement — the Ammunition Accountability Act, the impending economic collapse of the government, the possibility of a constitutional convention, the North American Union, Obama’s “Universal Service Program,” and the implementation of RFID, issues that are not limited to the patriot movement but are shared by a wide array of political activists.

The MIAC document includes a map of the North American Union not dissimilar from one released by NASCO, the North America SuperCorridor Coalition (see the NASCO map here).

The MIAC report is similar to one created by the Phoenix Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Joint Terrorism Task Force during the Clinton administration (see page one and page two of the document). The FBI document explicitly designates “defenders” of the Constitution as “right-wing extremists.” The MIAC report expands significantly on the earlier document.

In order to artificially heighten the perceived threat threshold, MIAC rolls in Christian Identity, white nationalism, “militant” anti-abortion activists, opposition to illegal immigration, and income tax resistance. MIAC deceptively blurs the lines between these disparate political ideologies and underscores the possibility for violence in a summary of the organizational structure of the militia movement and a section describing how members strive to train in “combat readiness.”

The MIAC effort to characterize Libertarians and Constitutionalists as racists is reminiscent of an attempt by the corporate media in early 2008 to portray Ron Paul as a racist by attempting to link him to a series of vaguely racist newsletters produced in the 1980s. Paul did not exercise editorial control over the newsletters and went so far as to apologize for them, but this did not prevent the corporate media from characterizing him as a racist.

According to MIAC, opposition to world government, NAFTA, federalization of the states, and restrictive gun laws are a threat to the police. “The militia subscribes to an anti-government and NWO mindset, which creates a threat to law enforcement officers. They view the military, National Guard, and law enforcement as a force that will confiscate their firearms and place them in FEMA concentration camps,” the document claims in a section entitled “You are the Enemy.”

In regard to supposed militia movement literature and media, the MIAC report mentions Aaron Russo’s America: Freedom to Fascism and William Luther Pierce’s The Turner Diaries — the latter was penned by the former leader of the white nationalist organization National Alliance and the former by a Libertarian filmmaker. In order to underscore the absurdity of the MIAC attempt to link Pierce’s novel and Russo’s anti-tax documentary, it should be noted that the late Aaron Russo was Jewish and The Turner Dairies posits a Zionist government in America (or ZOG, the Zionist Occupation Government) run by Jews.

The award-winning film Zeitgeist, featuring Alex Jones, is also mentioned as terrorist material.

The MIAC report is particularly pernicious because it indoctrinates Missouri law enforcement in the belief that people who oppose confiscatory taxation, believe in the well-documented existence of a New World Order and world government (a Google search of this phrase will pull up numerous references made by scores of establishment political leaders), and are opposed to the obvious expansion of the federal government at the expense of the states as violent extremists who are gunning for the police. It specifically targets supporters of mainstream political candidates and encourages police officers to consider them dangerous terrorists.

MIAC is attempting to radicalize the police against political activity guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights. If Missouri police indoctrinated by MIAC propaganda overreact to political activists and supporters of Ron Paul in their state and injure or kill people involved in entirely legal and legitimate political activity, MIAC, the governor of Missouri (his name appears on the MIAC document), and the DHS and federal government should be held directly responsible and prosecuted the fullest extent of the law.

Following the biggest political firestorm of the 2009 legislative session, a public hearing scheduled for Wednesday on the financial and administrative management of the Catholic Church has been canceled. The bill is dead for the rest of the legislative session.

As soon as word spread about the bill, the Legislative Office Building was flooded with telephone calls and e-mails on Monday. The bill, virtually overnight, became the hottest issue at the state Capitol.

The cancellation came less than 24 hours after Senate Republican John McKinney of Fairfield called for the cancellation, saying that his caucus was unanimously against the bill because they believe it is clearly unconstitutional.

It’s more than a belief.  The First Amendment makes that clear:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

After many people wondered aloud how Lawlor and McDonald managed to graduate their high-school civics class, they finally admitted that their bill to strip Catholic bishops of authority over parishes had, well, overreached — but they blamed Connecticut for their confusion:

For reasons that are unclear, Connecticut has had generations-old laws on the books singling out particular religions and treating them differently from other religions in our statutes.  That doesn’t seem right.

You’re just figuring that out?

In fact, many of our existing corporate laws dealing with particular religious groups appear to us to be unconstitutional under the rights guaranteed by the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. If that is correct, any changes to that law would likely also be unconstitutional.

No kidding!  And your solution was to expand those laws?

With that in mind, it would serve no useful purpose to have a conversation about changing the laws that govern existing Roman Catholic corporations until we know if any of these existing laws are constitutional.

Did it not occur to Lawlor and McDonald that legislating the structure of a religion is not a useful purpose for government at all, and not just when they’ve discovered that they goofed by expanding unenforced and unenforceable laws on their books?  In what way does the state of Connecticut have any “useful purpose” in designing church management structures?

Update: Some in the comments say that Lawlor and McDonald only have to worry about the state constitution, not the federal Constitution.  I beg to differ — here’s the oath of office, emphasis mine:

You do solemnly swear (or affirm) that you will support the Constitution of the United States, and the Constitution of the State of Connecticut, so long as you continue a citizen thereof; and that you will faithfully discharge, according to law, the duties of the Office of State Representative to the best of your abilities; so help you God.

States cannot infringe on rights enumerated in the Constitution.  That explicitly includes the right to free speech, assembly, redress of grievances, bearing arms, protection against unreasonable search and seizure, and protection against self-incrimination, among others.  Any state law that infringes on these are unconstitutional and invalid.

Valley residents may hear emergency sirens and see a flurry of helicopters flying overhead for five days beginning on Monday, but it’s all in the name of training.

It’s the annual implementation of the Coyote Crisis Campaign — a mock terrorism response exercise for federal, state and local agencies involving an improvised explosive device.

Twenty-five hospitals, as well as the Arizona National Guard, the Arizona Department of Transportation and Arizona Department of Homeland Security will participate, according to a press release issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety.

The exercise, which is set to begin Monday morning, tests the Valley’s readiness in responding to a terrorist attack on a county wide level.

The drill will involve authorities responding to catastrophe scenarios. It will focus on evacuations and medical and mobile responses, and about 1,200 volunteers will take part.

The exercise will take place Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Goodyear, Tempe and Scottsdale, the DPS said.

The US Army Document That Proves the US is the World’s Number One Sponsor of World Terrorism

In a ‘manual’ which is was released only to ’students from foreign countries on a case-by-case basis only’, the US Army outlines a program of what it now calls ‘irregular warfare’, in fact US state sponsored terrorism, insurgency, and PSYOPS.

1-21. Waging protracted IW depends on building global capability and capacity. IW will not be won by the United States alone but rather through combined efforts with multinational partners. Combined IW [Irregular Warfare, euphemism for TERRORISM] will require the joint force to establish a long-term sustained presence in numerous countries to build partner capability and capacity. This capability and capacity extends U.S. operational reach, multiplies forces available, and provides increased options for defeating adversaries. The constituent activities of IW are:

• Insurgency.
• COIN.
• UW.
• Terrorism
• CT.
• FID.
• Stability, security, transition, and reconstruction (SSTR) operations.
• Strategic communication (SC).
• PSYOP.
• Civil-military operations (CMO).
• Information operations (IO).
• Intelligence and counterintelligence (CI) activities.
• Transnational criminal activities, including narco-trafficking, illicit arms dealing, and illegal financial transactions that support or sustain IW.
• Law enforcement activities focused on countering irregular adversaries.

Ignoring 1) the mountainous body of evidence that US policy and the CIA, specifically, is the root-cause of the vast majority of the what is commonly called ‘world terrorism’; and 2) the equally impressive body of hard evidence that 911 was an inside job, the Army cites 911 as the pretext by which the US should embark above the policy as outlined above.[See: Terrorism is Worse Under GOP Regimes ]

1-18. The 9/11 terrorist attack on the United States highlighted the increased danger of warfare conducted by other-than-state enemies. Recognizing that such irregular threats by nonstate actors would be a likely and even dominant pattern throughout the 21st century, national policy makers dictated that planners must analyze and prepare for such irregular threats. It was clear that previous assumptions about the terms “conventional,” “traditional,” or “regular” warfare, and reliance solely on a “regular” or “conventional warfare” doctrine were inadequate. IW was a significant theme in the 2006 Quadrennial Defense Review Report. Elsewhere, the document cites the threat posed to the US by “WMD—such as nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons. But I have yet to find a single word, phrase, sentence or paragraph in which the manual mentioned the threat posed the rest of the world by some forty years or more of US meddling, threats, covert operations, US sponsored assassinations, and overt threats of bombing and/or war and invasion. Instead, we get platitudes that are made absolutely meaningless by the remainder of this arrogant, imperialistic document.

A-64. Democracy and the protection of fundamental liberties were the basis for the creation of the United States more than 200 years ago. Since then, a central goal of U.S. foreign policy has been to promote respect for democracy and human rights throughout the world. The DOS— .. It is odd that as the US is said to be ‘defending’ Democracy, it is subverting it. It is said that the United States must be concerned about the possibility that terrorists may acquire WMD, ignoring the fact that the US leads the world in the manufacture, sale and distribution of WMD. Let’s put this another way: the US military spending is greater than that spent by the rest of the world’s nations combined.If terrorists should ever obtain WMD, the chances are good that they will get them from the US, perhaps with monies raised selling cocaine to the one of the largest drug dealers on the planet Earth: the CIA!

During the 40s and 50s, most of the public was unaware of what the CIA was doing. Those who knew thought they were fighting the good fight against communism, like James Bond. However, they could not keep their actions secret forever, and by the 60s and 70s, Americans began learning about the agency’s crimes and atrocities. (3) It turns out the CIA has:

• Corrupted democratic elections in Greece, Italy and dozens of other nations;
• Been involved to varying degrees in at least 35 assassination plots against foreign heads of state or prominent political leaders. Successful assassinations include democratically elected leaders like Salvador Allende (Chile) and Patrice Lumumba (Belgian Congo); also CIA-created dictators like Rafael Trujillo (Dominican Republic) and Ngo Dinh Diem (South Vietnam); and popular political leaders like Che Guevara. Unsuccessful attempts range from Fidel Castro to Charles De Gaulle.
• Helped launch military coups that toppled democratic governments, replacing them with brutal dictatorships or juntas. The list of overthrown democratic leaders includes Mossadegh (Iran, 1953), Arbenz (Guatemala, 1954), Velasco and Arosemena (Ecuador, 1961, 1963), Bosch (Dominican Republic, 1963), Goulart (Brazil, 1964), Sukarno (Indonesia, 1965), Papandreou (Greece, 1965-67), Allende (Chile, 1973), and dozens of others.
• Undermined the governments of Australia, Guyana, Cambodia, Jamaica and more;
• Supported murderous dictators like General Pinochet (Chile), the Shah of Iran, Ferdinand Marcos (Phillipines), “Papa Doc” and “Baby Doc” Duvalier (Haiti), General Noriega (Panama), Mobutu Sese Seko (Ziare), the “reign of the colonels” (Greece), and more;
• Created, trained and supported death squads and secret police forces that tortured and murdered hundreds of thousands of civilians, leftists and political opponents, in Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Haiti, Bolivia, Cuba, Mexico, Uruguay, Brazil, Chile, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Iran, Turkey, Angola and others;
• Helped run the “School of the Americas” at Fort Benning, Georgia, which trains Latin American military officers how to overthrow democratic governments. Subjects include the use of torture, interrogation and murder;
• Used Michigan State “professors” to train Diem’s secret police in torture;
• Conducted economic sabotage, including ruining crops, disrupting industry, sinking ships and creating food shortages;
• Paved the way for the massacre of 200,000 in East Timor, 500,000 in Indonesia and one to two million in Cambodia;
• Launched secret or illegal military actions or wars in Nicaragua, Angola, Cuba, Laos and Indochina;
• Planted false stories in the local media;
• Framed political opponents for crimes, atrocities, political statements and embarrassments that they did not commit;
• Spied on thousands of American citizens, in defiance of Congressional law;
• Smuggled Nazi war criminals and weapon scientists into the U.S., unpunished, for their use in the Cold War;
• Created organizations like the World Anti-Communist League, which became filled with ex-Nazis, Nazi sympathizers, Italian terrorists, Japanese fascists, racist Afrikaaners, Latin American death squad leaders, CIA agents and other extreme right-wing militants;
• Conducted Operation MK-ULTRA, a mind-control experiment that gave LSD and other drugs to Americans against their will or without their knowledge, causing some to commit suicide;
• Penetrated and disrupted student antiwar organizations;
• Kept friendly and extensive working relations with the Mafia;
• Actively traded in drugs around the world since the 1950s to fund its operations. The Contra/crack scandal is only the tip of the iceberg –- other notorious examples include Southeast Asia’s Golden Triangle and Noreiga’s Panama.
• Had their fingerprints all over the assassinations of John F. Kennedy, Robert F. Kennedy, Martin Luther King, Jr., and Malcom X. Even if the CIA is not responsible for these killings, the sheer amount of CIA involvement in these cases demands answers; [editor's note, see: Evidence That the CIA Murdered RFK]
• And then routinely lied to Congress about all of the above.

The Association for Responsible Dissent estimates that by 1987, 6 million people had died as a result of CIA covert operations. (4) Former State Department official William Blum correctly calls this an “American Holocaust.”–Steve Kangas: The Origins of the Overclass

The US Army document, cited above, is an arrogant, imperialistic and ill-considered response to a growing ‘threat’ –but a threat that is posed only to US monopolists and death merchants, i.e., the Military/Industrial Complex, a fancy name for Murder, Inc. The US has, in fact, squandered the limitless goodwill that had been extended our nation at the end of World War II. The US has failed to make positive use of the world support for allied efforts to codify war crimes, to hold Nazi War Criminals responsibility for heinous crimes. But now –we have a recent US military document that the US Army would prefer to keep secret no doubt because it reveals to the world that those principles espoused at Nuremberg are either no longer operative or they were a fraud, the US didn’t really mean it. Or perhaps they forgot to tell the world that the laws applied to everyone but themselves. The Army has now revealed to the world that no nation is safe from US terrorism, US attack, US subversion of indigenous cultures and governments, US bullying or the US use of WMD against them. That is because the US believes itself to be a world-wide empire, in fact, a single nation that presumes to rule the world.

I have repeatedly stated that the US regime of George W. Bush was not legitimate. How can I make it any clearer? “Illegitimate” means that the regime of George W. Bush was no more legitimate than the crooked regimes of tin horn dictators in banana republics. The Bush regime differed little in terms of competence or statesmanship. Now, in a cynical document that the US Army had never intended be disseminated publicly, we have confirmation that the position of the US vis a vis the rest of the world is based not upon Democracy or legitimacy. It is, rather based entirely upon force, aggression and US terrorism.Addendum:

Joe Biden made a sensational statement on October 19, 2008. He said that Barack Obama would have to undergo an ordeal during the first six months of his stay in the White House. It will be the time of a very serious international crisis, when Obama would have to make tough and possibly unpopular decisions both in home and foreign politics.

Biden said that there were four or five scenarios for the development of the international crisis. Afghanistan, North Korea or the Russian Federation may become the source of one of them.

When Obama learned of Biden’s speech, he tried to explain everything with rhetorical exaggerations. However, Biden’s remarks gave food for thought, taking into consideration the fact that former secretary of state Madeleine Albright described his remarks as statement of fact. –USA needs nuclear explosion to turn the world into dictatorship

At last, The US resembles Rome in that Rome subverted ‘fair wages’ with ’slavery’, in effect, putting working people out of work for good! It became a permanent ‘underclass’. The US has accomplished the same thing by enriching ONLY the uppper one percent of the population –a disparity of both wealth and income that clearly parallels that of Rome in its last throes.

Seven newly released memos from the Bush Justice Department reveal a concerted strategy to cloak the President with power to override the Constitution. The memos provide “legal” rationales for the President to suspend freedom of speech and press; order warrantless searches and seizures, including wiretaps of U.S. citizens; lock up U.S. citizens indefinitely in the United States without criminal charges; send suspected terrorists to other countries where they will likely be tortured; and unilaterally abrogate treaties. According to the reasoning in the memos, Congress has no role to check and balance the executive. That is the definition of a police state.

Who wrote these memos? All but one were crafted in whole or in part by the infamous John Yoo and Jay Bybee, authors of the so-called “torture memos” that redefined torture much more narrowly than the U.S. definition of torture, and counseled the President how to torture and get away with it. In one memo, Yoo said the Justice Department would not enforce U.S. laws against torture, assault, maiming and stalking, in the detention and interrogation of enemy combatants.

What does the federal maiming statute prohibit? It makes it a crime for someone “with the intent to torture, maim, or disfigure” to “cut, bite, or slit the nose, ear or lip, or cut out or disable the tongue, or put out or destroy an eye, or cut off or disable a limb or any member of another person.” It further prohibits individuals from “throwing or pouring upon another person any scalding water, corrosive acid, or caustic substance” with like intent.

The two torture memos were later withdrawn after they became public because their legal reasoning was clearly defective. But they remained in effect long enough to authorize the torture and abuse of many prisoners in U.S. custody.

The seven memos just made public were also eventually disavowed, several years after they were written. Steven Bradbury, the Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General in Bush’s Department of Justice, issued two disclaimer memos – on October 6, 2008 and January 15, 2009 – that said the assertions in those seven memos did “not reflect the current views of this Office.” Why Bradbury waited until Bush was almost out of office to issue the disclaimers remains a mystery. Some speculate that Bradbury, knowing the new administration would likely release the memos, was trying to cover his backside.

Indeed, Yoo, Bybee and Bradbury are the three former Justice Department lawyers that the Office of Professional Responsibility singled out for criticism in its still unreleased report. The OPR could refer these lawyers for state bar discipline or even recommend criminal charges against them.

In his memos, Yoo justified giving unchecked authority to the President because the United States was in a “state of armed conflict.” Yoo wrote, “First Amendment speech and press rights may also be subordinated to the overriding need to wage war successfully.” Yoo made the preposterous argument that since deadly force could legitimately be used in self-defense in criminal cases, the President could suspend the Fourth Amendment because privacy rights are less serious than protection from the use of deadly force.

Bybee wrote in one of the memos that nothing can stop the President from sending al Qaeda and Taliban prisoners captured overseas to third countries, as long as he doesn’t intend for them to be tortured. But the Convention Against Torture, to which the United States is a party, says that no country can expel, return or extradite a person to another country “where there are substantial grounds for believing that he would be in danger of being subjected to torture.” Bybee claimed the Torture Convention didn’t apply extraterritorially, a proposition roundly debunked by reputable scholars. The Bush administration reportedly engaged in this practice of extraordinary rendition 100 to 150 times as of March 2005.

The same day that Attorney General Eric Holder released the memos, the government revealed that the CIA had destroyed 92 videotapes of harsh interrogations of Abu Zubaida and Abd al Rahim al Nashiri, both of whom were subjected to waterboarding. The memo that authorized the CIA to waterboard, written the same day as one of Yoo/Bybee’s torture memos, has not yet been released.

Bush insisted that Zubaida was a dangerous terrorist, in spite of the contention of one of the FBI’s leading al Qaeda experts that Zubaida was schizophrenic, a bit player in the organization. Under torture, Zubaida admitted to everything under the sun – his information was virtually worthless.

There are more memos yet to be released. They will invariably implicate Bush officials and lawyers in the commission of torture, illegal surveillance, extraordinary rendition, and other violations of the law.

Meanwhile, John Yoo remains on the faculty of Berkeley Law School and Jay Bybee is a federal judge on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. These men, who advised Bush on how to create a police state, should be investigated, prosecuted, and disbarred. Yoo should be fired and Bybee impeached.

Evidence of Demolition of World Trade Center by Thermite

Understanding the Zionist Corporate Network Linking 9-11 and the Financial Crisis

The current financial crisis, like 9-11, did not just fall out of the sky.  Rather, both 9-11 and the financial melt-down are the results of decades of planning and preparation.  President Clinton’s denial of responsibility for the current economic crisis notwithstanding, it was his administration, indeed, his special adviser, the Israeli son-of-a-terrorist Rahm Emanuel, who took credit for single-handedly pushing the economically treasonous NAFTA bill through Congress.  That a president from the pro-labor Democrat party would support a bill designed to destroy the jobs of millions of working Americans as it devastated the U.S. manufacturing sector is something that the mainstream media has never addressed.

What Americans are reaping in 2009 are the real economic consequences of that “giant sucking sound” that the anti-NAFTA candidate Ross Perot warned of during the presidential debates of 1992.  Seventeen years later, however, no one is laughing about Perot’s phrase that he used to describe what NAFTA and other free trade agreements would do to the American economy.

Americans are now suffering from having accepted the big lie about NAFTA and “free trade” with China.  Ross Perot was right about how NAFTA and other “free-trade” policies would destroy America’s prosperity by devastating our manufacturing sector.

Millions of U.S. jobs were lost as American companies moved their factories to Mexico, China, and elsewhere as a result of the disastrous free trade policies enacted during the Clinton administrations.  Nowadays in American stores one rarely finds clothing, shoes, or other products that carry the label “Made in America.” Such original American symbols like blue jeans and Converse sneakers are no longer even made in the United States.

H. Ross Perot ran a valiant campaign as an anti-NAFTA independent candidate to protect American jobs, our manufacturing sector, our way of life and national prosperity.  Clinton won and the American people lost.

The ever increasing trade deficits suffered since the early 90’s are the clearest evidence that America’s wealth was being sucked out of the nation at an incredible rate.  Ross Perot was right:  the U.S. dream could not be sustained solely by the service sector.  I wonder if they still teach that lie in American universities.  Perhaps they will rediscover the wisdom of the writings of the founding fathers, such as Alexander Hamilton on the importance of manufacturing and the economic causes of the American Revolution.

Behind such massive criminal hoaxes as the “false-flag” terror attacks of 9-11 and the current financial crises and government bail-outs are years of planning and preparation by high-level criminal organizations.  Such immense crimes are designed to steal huge amounts of money, shape public opinion, and facilitate drastic changes in society and government.  The so-called “War on Terror,” the PATRIOT ACT, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and the trillion-dollar bail-outs and stimulus bills are all examples of such pre-planned responses.  Fear is the main tool used by the controlled-media and politicians to force these pre-planned radical changes onto the skeptical and patriotic public.

THE TYRANNY OF LIES

Maurice Greenberg, who is tied to 9-11, is the head of the criminal insurance company A.I.G., which has received some $150 billion of U.S. taxpayer funds.  The first plane that struck the World Trade Center flew straight into the secure computer room of Marsh, a company run by his son Jeffrey.  A coincidence?

Who is behind such huge lies and massive hoaxes?  While some of the key culprits behind the current financial crisis are known, e.g. Bernard Madoff and Maurice Greenberg of A.I.G., there has been no investigation by the mainstream media of the criminal networks they operate within.  On the other hand, there has been a great deal of discussion by the media about the alleged Islamic network behind 9-11.  The official – but unproven – version of events, which has been promoted without question by the media, is that Al Q’aida, a non-state entity supposedly headed by Osama Bin Laden, with the support of some state actors, such as Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Saudi Arabia, planned and carried out the 9-11 terror attacks for some reason which has yet to be articulated by the perpetrators – or explained by the U.S. government.

From the day of 9-11, President George W. Bush told the world that Al Q’aida had destroyed the World Trade Center and attacked the Pentagon simply because it hated America’s democratic freedoms, as if that makes any sense. According to the unproven claims made by the Bush administration and distributed by the controlled media, an anti-democratic Islamic faction from undemocratic lands had committed the 9-11 terror atrocity in order to start a war between the Islamic world and the western democracies, headed by the United States.

Incredibly hot fires, hotter than the boiling point of iron, inexplicably raged beneath the rubble of the World Trade Center for more than three months as the physical evidence of demolition was furtively being removed and destroyed with the connivance of the U.S. government (specifically the criminal division of the Dept. of Justice headed by the Israeli-American Michael Chertoff).  The Bush administration showed a callous disregard for starting an independent blue ribbon investigation of the worst terror attack in U.S. history as it eagerly took up the gauntlet against Afghanistan, governed by the Islamic fundamentalist Taliban.  The pre-planned U.S. military response, the so-called “War on Terror,” began long before the fires were even extinguished at the World Trade  Center.

The “War on Terror” is actually a long-planned Zionist war plan to dominate the Middle East first articulated by the right-wing Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu (Likud) in the mid-1980s.  This radical Zionist plan became U.S. policy in the aftermath of 9-11 military campaign and provided the lame excuse for at least four on-going wars and/or military occupations in the region:  U.S. vs. Iraq (19 years), Afghanistan (7 years), Somalia, and Pakistan.

President Obama recently ordered some 17,000 more U.S. troops to Afghanistan, which, according to the government fairy tale about Bin Laden and the 20 hijackers, is the hot-bed of Islamic terrorism from which 9-11 sprang.  Obama’s strategy to expand and prolong this failed military campaign is extremely ill-advised.  The Soviet Union had a land border with Afghanistan, more troops in the country, and killed more than a million people — and still lost the war.  How, or what, does Obama possibly expect to win?  (Suggested viewing: Imran Khan interview with Fareed Zakaria)

The question remains:  who really carried out 9-11?  This is the key point where the official story diverges from the path of the evidence.  It is also the fundamental question of culpability where “truth seekers” disagree.  The U.S. government, which confiscated and destroyed tons of evidence, is actually holding the person alleged to be Khalid Sheik Mohammed, the “mastermind of 9-11,” but refuses to put him on trial in the United States; how very odd.  At the same time, grieving 9-11 relatives have been denied an open trial for 7 years in their tort litigation against the airlines and passenger screening companies who allowed 19 Arabs with weapons on the aircraft.

Meanwhile, very real evidence of Israeli involvement in the events of 9-11 has been completely ignored by the government and media as if it did not exist and has absolutely no meaning.  I, on the other hand, have examined and investigated these leads for more than 7 years.  This investigation has revealed a complex corporate and financial network in which high-level Zionists and Israeli intelligence agents have long operated in the United States and beyond.

Within this network the connections of Zionists and Israelis to both 9-11 and the current financial crisis can be seen.  In my earlier research article, “The Architecture of Terror: Mapping the Israeli Network Behind 9-11,” I pointed out some of the key individuals and companies in this corporate network and their connection to the events of 9-11.

While the huge U.S. government bail-out was being discussed and planned in the fall of 2008, I saw that some of the same individuals and entities, such as Maurice Greenberg of A.I.G., were involved in the financial crisis at the highest level.  A.I.G., for example, a dodgy insurance company that has long engaged in criminal practices, has received more than $150 billion of U.S. tax-payer funds.

As I pointed out in my article about the bail-out, some of the key people behind the bail-out, Ben Shalom Bernanke, the Chairman of the Federal Reserve, for example, are themselves dedicated Zionists with histories of working with and for criminals.  In Bernanke’s case, he had worked for Alan Heller Schafer, the well-known Jewish criminal and political boss who ran a sprawling roadside gambling and drinking establishment called South of the Border.

Alan Schafer, Bernanke’s criminal employer while he studied at Harvard, was convicted of rigging elections in South Carolina.

Bernanke’s boss Schafer was later convicted of rigging elections in South Carolina and sentenced to three and a half years in federal prison.  As I concluded in my article about Bernanke’s ties to Schafer, it is simply not credible that Bernanke, a student at Harvard, was unaware of Schafer’s legendary criminality.

The so-called “mainstream media,” outlets such as The New York Times, Chicago Tribune, Los Angeles Times, CNN, and FOX News, however, will never investigate the connections of the Zionist corporate network with 9-11 or the financial crisis because they are part of the same network.  This is how the Zionist-controlled media works:  shield Zionist crooks by blaming others.  This is also why CNN and FOX sought to smear me as an anti-Semite rather than discuss the evidence of 9-11.

The situation with the Zionist bankers and corrupt Israeli banks like IDB is exactly like that depicted in The International, a current film about a corrupt bank which profits from Middle East weapons deals and war debt.  As the Italian weapons dealer turned politician said: “It’s not about the profits from the weapon deals; it’s about control.”  Debt is the banker’s instrument of control.

It is a fairly daunting undertaking for an independent journalist to investigate the sprawling criminal network behind such huge crimes.  Apart from the very real dangers it presents, it requires a great deal of research.  I have paid a very high price for my 9-11 research and activism and seen the lives and careers of fellow truth seekers destroyed because they dared to challenge the audacious lies being imposed on the public mind.

Although there is a great deal of research left to be done, I want to present a facet of the corporate nexus behind 9-11 and the financial crisis to illustrate the basis of my thesis that a high-level Zionist network is involved in both crises.  This network is not simple; it is rather complex and spans a period of several decades.

Because of the limited scope of this article, some important aspects will not be discussed in detail.  For those who wish to explore these subjects more deeply I have added links within the text and source articles in the bibliography.  To help introduce this fairly complicated subject, I am presenting it as I discovered it.

SINGH: THE PTECH WHISTLEBLOWER

During the first year or two after 9-11 a woman named Indira Singh came forward with a series of claims that a Massachusetts-based enterprise software company called Ptech had played a key role in the events of 9-11.  In 2002, Singh was described in the Boston press as “a former Ptech consultant.”  Singh, said to be a risk architect and IT professional with JP Morgan, certainly knew a great deal about Ptech and its dodgy spy software, which had reportedly been loaded onto the most critical computer networks in the U.S. government prior to 9-11. A Boston Globe article from 7 December 2002 described Singh as “a former Ptech consultant” citing an interview Singh she had done with WBZ-TV:

Singh said last night in an interview on WBZ that she told the FBI ”in no uncertain terms” about the connection between Ptech and [Yasin al] Qadi. She said that weeks after talking to the Boston FBI, she was ‘’shocked” and ”frustrated” to learn that the FBI still had not alerted any of the government agencies using Ptech software that there were questions about the company’s ties to suspected terrorist fund-raisers.

Indira Singh, the former Ptech consultant turned whistleblower, sought to put the blame on Arabs and the CIA.

The essence of Singh’s 9-11 presentation was that the people behind Ptech were Arab Moslems tied to Saudi financiers of terrorism and a rogue element within the CIA, which included Vice President Dick Cheney.

Singh later did a series of interviews with Jamey A. Hecht, editor of From the Wilderness (FTW), a website that featured material written by Mike Ruppert.  In these interviews Singh discussed Ptech’s enterprise software, how it could have been used to manipulate data on critical government computer networks, such as the FAA, NORAD, and U.S. Air Force, and who she thought was behind the company:

Jamey Hecht, a graduate of Brandeis, taught English at Baruch College in 2005.

Hecht:  You said at the 9-11 Citizens’ Commission hearings, you mentioned – its on page 139 of transcript – that Ptech was with Mitre Corporation in the basement of the FAA for 2 years prior to 9-11 and their specific job was to look at interoperability issues the FAA had with NORAD and the Air Force, in case of an emergency.

Singh: Yes, I have a good diagram for that…

Jamey Hecht: And that relationship had been going on mediated by Ptech for 2 years prior to 9-11. You elsewhere say that the Secret Service is among the government entities that had a contract with Ptech.  Mike Ruppert’s thesis in Crossing the Rubicon, as you know, is that the software that was running information between FAA & NORAD was superseded by a parallel subsuming version of itself that was being run by the Secret Service on state of the art parallel equipment in the PEOC with a nucleus of Secret Service personnel around Cheney.

Singh claimed that Ptech was connected to the CIA and Saudi millionaires, using terminology like “blowback,” a term that is not commonly used:

“Ptech had all the markings,” said Indira Singh. All the markings of a CIA front company.  “I think there is a CIA within the CIA,” Indira told FTW. “I think there is a Shadow CIA that does the Iran-Contra type of things — they get funding from illicit methods–and that the Saudis are in on it. They might have trained some operatives, and later it backfired – it was blowback within blowback, perhaps.”

In one of the FTW articles about Ptech by Michael Kane, a list of three suspect groups is presented: the Muslim Brotherhood, Christian Cultists, and Nazis.  Kane describes Ptech as “the Alpha dog” in a relationship with Mitre, but the ownership of Mitre is never discussed.  Elsewhere, Vice President Dick Cheney is named as a suspect, depicted as the mastermind single-handedly running the whole show:

Ptech was working with Mitre Corp. in the FAA and, according to Indira, Ptech was the Alpha dog in that relationship. Mitre has provided simulation & testing technologies for the Navy. They provide multiple FAA technologies and boast in their annual reports that their two biggest clients are DOD & FAA. Mitre knew the FAA’s technological enterprise inside and out, including any simulation-and-testing (war game) technology operated by the FAA.

This was the perfect marriage to ensure that the capacity to covertly intervene in FAA operations on 9/11 existed – in the middle of simulated war games. It is also the perfect marriage to ensure that the command and control of these capabilities was readily available to Dick Cheney via Secret Service Ptech software in the Presidential Emergency Operations Center, the bunker to which Cheney was “rushed” by the Secret Service. As already pointed out in Part 1 of this series, Ptech does what Total Information Awareness (TIA, the DARPA program to monitor all electronic transactions in real-time) is supposed to do.  There are an undetermined number of other software programs in the hands of an undetermined number of corporations also capable of this. Again, enterprise architecture software is designed with the express purpose of knowing everything that is going on throughout the entirety of the “enterprise” in real-time.

In the case of Ptech software, installed on White House, Secret Service, Air Force and FAA systems (as well as most American military agencies), the enterprise included all of the real-time data of the above mentioned agencies.

Hecht, senior editor of the FTW website, described Ptech as a den of thieves and murderers in the introduction to “Ptech, 9-11, and USA-Saudi Terror” (2005):

The human side of Ptech is where the thievery and murder come in: among the financiers and programmers of Ptech are apparent members of an international network of organized criminals involved in decades of narcotraffic, gunrunning, money laundering, and terrorism. Their personal and professional connections reach up into the highest levels of the American government, and their activities are still underway.

But who are these financiers and programmers of Ptech?  Who are the “apparent members of an international network of organized criminals involved in decades of narcotraffic, gunrunning, money laundering, and terrorism?” What Hecht, Kane, and Singh overlooked in their investigation of Ptech was the conspicuous role played by Michael Goff, a Zionist Jewish lawyer from Worcester, Mass., who had suddenly left his law practice to manage Ptech, a start-up company headed by a Lebanese Muslim.  How much sense does that make?  Not much, unless of course one considers the idea that Ptech was an Israeli-controlled cut-out operation from the beginning.

Michael Goff was the first marketing and general manager of Ptech.  He went on to work for Guardium, a similar enterprise software company owned and operated by Israeli military intelligence.

Goff wore many hats at the new company whose software found its way onto the most critical networks of the U.S. government.  Goff, who was Ptech’s first marketing manager, was also responsible for the procurement of all software for a company that supposedly wrote enterprise software.  He was also responsible for the hiring and training of personnel.  As I pointed out in my 2005 exposé about Ptech, Goff went on to represent Guardium, an Israeli software company founded and run by members of Israeli military intelligence.  Goff was clearly not just a simple Jewish lawyer who wanted to help a Lebanese immigrant promote his software company.  This is probably why Goff could not tell me the name of the agency which had placed him with Ptech; the agency was most likely a branch of Israeli military intelligence. In that case, how do Hecht and Singh fit in?  Who are they and who do they really work for in their apparent disinformation campaign?

Why is Jamey Hecht spreading disinformation about Ptech?  Who is he working for?

To me, the evidence indicates that Ptech was a cut-out, a company disguised to look Arab-owned but which was actually run by Israeli intelligence.  Goff was Israel’s point man within the company and the person who hired the right people and through whom the Israeli-manipulated software became Ptech enterprise software.  Goff appears to have been the instrument through whom malicious Israeli spyware was loaded onto U.S. government computers.  Hecht, Ruppert and Singh were spin-masters to pin the blame on Arabs and a nebulous cabal at the CIA – and distract the investigators from the Israeli connection to Ptech.

How else could it be that Singh, Hecht, and Kane only saw Arabs and rogue CIA agents running Ptech without noticing Mike Goff, the Jewish lawyer from Worchester, Mass., who played so many key roles running Ptech from the beginning?  How is it that Singh knew so much about Ptech – but absolutely nothing about Michael Goff?  Goff’s name was on Ptech documents, after all.

Were Singh, Hecht, Kane, and Ruppert intentionally spreading disinformation about Ptech?  With all due respect, this certainly appears to have been the case.  But who were they working for?

Could this be an ominous shadow drawing on the end of the United States of America? For years the Federal Government has presumed to be the all-powerful force governing our country, but it just could be that the Federal Government only exists at the pleasure of the state governments and the citizens thereof. States declaring sovereignty sounds like an act of secession and revolution. However the federal government can apparently be dissolved and another one formed anew at the discretion of the states. The existing Federal government may not leave willingly like so many European governments that are replaced routinely and it may engage a military effort with our own soldiers or the likes of a Black Water illegal military invasion to retain total control over us.

United States Federal Government laws are often in violation of the Tenth Amendment, which is perturbing, these events. This is predicated on an earlier provision of the Articles of Confederation, which states that, “Each state retains its sovereignty, freedom, and independence, and every power, jurisdiction, and right, which is not by this Confederation [now Federation] expressly delegated to the United States, in Congress assembled.”

A growing number of states are declaring their sovereignty afforded under the U S Constitution’s Tenth Amendment however the conventional news media are not telling you about what is happening. The State of Washington on Wednesday – 11 February 2009 and most recently, New Hampshire [2009], Montana [2009], Hawaii [2009], Michigan [2009], Missouri [2009], Arizona [2008], Oklahoma [2008], Georgia [1996], and California [1994] all of which have introduced bills and resolutions declaring and reaffirming their sovereignty. Some other states have done this in the past but then let the issue go. Additionally, the states of Colorado, Hawaii, Pennsylvania, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Alaska, Kansas, Alabama, Nevada, Maine, and Illinois are considering similar measures. More well may follow, such as Wyoming and Mississippi.

Wisconsin girl, 14, nabbed after refusing to stop messaging

FEBRUARY 17–A 14-year-old Wisconsin girl who refused to stop texting during a high school math class was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, according to police. The teenager was busted last Wednesday at Wauwatosa East High School after she ignored a teacher’s demand that she cease texting. The girl, whose name we have redacted from the below Wauwatosa Police Department report, initially denied having a phone when confronted by a school security officer. However, the phone was located after the girl was frisked by a female cop. The Samsung Cricket, the police report noted, was recovered “from the buttocks area” of the teenager. The student was issued a criminal citation for disorderly conduct, which carried “a bail of $298,” and had her phone confiscated. The girl, who was barred from school property for a week, is scheduled for an April 20 court appearance on the misdemeanor rap. (4 pages)
