NEW YORK — In an historic hearing in the federal courthouse in Manhattan on Thursday, U.S. District Court Judge George Daniels said he planned to issue a ruling in the coming days declaring that Iran shares in the responsibility for the 9/11 terror attacks.

“The extensive record submitted to this court, including fact witnesses and expert testimony, is satisfactory to this court,” Judge Daniels said. The court “accepts as true” the various allegations of the plaintiffs and their experts, he declared, and “will issue an order” in the coming days that Iran bears legal responsibility for providing “material support” to the 9/11 plotters and hijackers.

Family members of 9/11 victims who attended the open-court hearing broke into tears. They had nervously sat through a four-hour presentation by attorneys Thomas E. Mellon, Jr., and Timothy B. Fleming, consisting of evidence backing up their claims that Iran had foreknowledge of the 9/11 attacks and actively assisted the hijackers in planning, preparing, and executing their plan.

The U.S. Navy said on Thursday it was discharging 64 sailors, 49 of them from the aircraft carrier that buried Osama bin Laden at sea, for using or distributing drugs.

Most of the sailors, who were assigned to the aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson, nuclear submarine USS San Francisco and a floating fueling dock, were caught using , possessing or selling the designer drug Spice, the Navy said.

Bin Laden was buried at sea from the Carl Vinson in May after the al Qaeda leader was killed in a raid by U.S. Navy Seals on his Pakistan hide-out.

The ship normally has 5,000 sailors on board during deployment and a spokesman for the Third Fleet, Capt. Greg Hicks, said it was unknown if any of the sailors facing discipline were involved in the bin Laden operation.

As The Washington Post reported last month, the “commingling” of CIA officers, JSOC paramilitary troops and contractors “occupy an expanding netherworld between intelligence and military operations” where “congressional intelligence and armed services committees rarely get a comprehensive view.”

Or any “view” at all, which is precisely what the CIA and Pentagon have long desired; an oversight-free zone where American policymakers operate, as Dick Cheney infamously put it, on the “dark side,” a position fully-embraced by the “hope and change” administration of Barack Obama.

Awlaki’s state-sponsored killing, like the May 2 murder of Osama Bin Laden in Abbottabad, Pakistan, resurface many unanswered questions concerning the 9/11 attacks, the so-called trigger for America’s global “War on Terror.”

But before turning to those issues, it is necessary to take a detour and examine administration actions; specifically the deliberations undertaken by Obama’s national security team which culminated in Awlaki’s death.

White House “Death Panel”

Unlike the fantasies of the corporate-controlled Tea Party who charged during the run-up to the White House sell-out of health care reform that the administration would create “death panels” to deny care to the elderly, it has since emerged that Team Obama has stood-up the authentic article.

According to The Washington Post, President Obama’s Justice Department “wrote a secret memorandum authorizing the lethal targeting” of Awlaki. The Post reports that the memorandum “was produced following a review of the legal issues raised by striking a U.S. citizen and involved senior lawyers from across the administration. There was no dissent about the legality of killing Aulaqi.”

That memorandum, according to The New York Times, was drafted in June 2010, some six months after Awlaki had been placed on the White House hit list, by Office of Legal Counsel attorneys “David Barron and Martin Lederman.”

Both former OLC lawyers are prominent “liberals” from prestigious universities; Barron at Harvard and Lederman at Georgetown University.

Ironically enough, in several scholarly articles they had railed against the previous administration’s adaptation of the “Unitary Executive Theory” promulgated by “torture memo” authors Jay Bybee and John Yoo.

Under Bush, OLC opinions were used to justify everything from warrantless wiretapping, the domestic deployment of the military to arrest Americans, to the torture and indefinite detention of “terrorist” suspects at the Guantánamo Bay prison gulag and CIA “black sites.”

This of course begs the question: if Awlaki’s murder was “legal,” why then was the authorization to do so reached in camera by officials following a deliberative process which can’t be shared with the public because of “national security”?

The answer should be chilling and shocking to all Americans: because the nucleus of a death squad state recalling those stood-up in Chile and Argentina during the “dirty war” period of the 1970s may now exist.

Reuters disclosed that Americans “are placed on a kill or capture list by a secretive panel of senior government officials, which then informs the president of its decisions, according to officials.”

“There is no public record of the operations or decisions of the panel,” reporter Mark Hosenball wrote, “which is a subset of the White House’s National Security Council. … Neither is there any law establishing its existence or setting out the rules by which it is supposed to operate.”

According to Reuters, “targeting recommendations are drawn up by a committee of mid-level National Security Council and agency officials. Their recommendations are then sent to the panel of NSC ‘principals,’ meaning Cabinet secretaries and intelligence unit chiefs, for approval.”

A “former official” told Hosenball that “one of the reasons for making senior officials principally responsible for nominating Americans for the target list was to ‘protect’ the president,” i.e., provide Obama legal cover under the thin veneer afforded by “plausible deniability.”

McClatchy News reported that “broadly speaking” White House orders to kill Awlaki were based on claims that “the nation’s inherent right of self-defense [is] recognized under international law.” However, “international law also imposes limits: Targeted killing is banned except to protect against ‘concrete, specific and imminent’ danger.”

And although the administration now claims that Awlaki was targeted for death because “his role in AQAP had gone ‘from inspirational to operational’,” Reuters disclosed that “officials acknowledge that some of the intelligence purporting to show Awlaki’s hands-on role in plotting attacks was patchy.”

In fact, the White House has failed to provide any proof whatsoever that Awlaki posed an “imminent danger” to the United States, although there is considerable evidence that he was on the radar of U.S. and allied secret state intelligence agencies for more than a decade, had close ties to several of the 9/11 hijackers and could have been picked up and indicted at any time.

Instead, federal law enforcement officials gave Awlaki a green light to leave the United States, unlike thousands of innocent Muslim-Americans swept-up and detained by the FBI in the post-9/11 hysteria that followed the attacks.

A “former military intelligence officer who worked with special operations troops to hunt down high-value terrorism targets,” told the right-wing Washington Times: “I think it’s pretty easy to understand why they didn’t take him alive. Would you want to deal with the hassle of trying to put him on trial, an American citizen that has gotten so much press for being the target of a CIA kill order? That would be a nightmare. The ACLU would be crawling all over the Justice Department for due process in an American court.”

That about sums up the dominant mindset of an Empire in sharp decline: the rule of law and due process for criminal suspects reduced to a “hassle.”

Slouching Towards Dictatorship

Obama’s national security team justified whacking Awlaki, as with their earlier hit on Osama Bin Laden, by referencing the Bush-era Authorization for Use of Military Force (AUMF), hastily passed by Congress in the wake of the 9/11 attacks.

“A decade later,” McClatchy reported, “the Obama administration contends that this wartime authority remains even if it’s evolved for reasons the administration won’t fully elucidate.”

The relevant section of AUFM reads: “IN GENERAL — That the President is authorized to use all necessary and appropriate force against those nations, organizations, or persons he determines planned, authorized, committed, or aided the terrorist attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001, or harbored such organizations or persons, in order to prevent any future acts of international terrorism against the United States by such nations, organizations or persons.” (emphasis added)

Readers will undoubtedly note that in passing the resolution, Congress not only ceded its authority to declare war to the Executive Branch but also planted the seeds of the administration’s preemptive war doctrines along with an unprecedented expansion of its domestic surveillance powers.

More pertinently, is the reason why the administration “won’t fully elucidate” how the Bush-era AUMF “evolved” chiefly due to the fact that secret annexes now exist which authorize the killing of Americans, not only in Yemen or other “War on Terror” fronts, but right here in the United States itself?

After all, it’s not beyond the Obama administration to play fast and loose with the truth or hide repressive policies under layers of top secret presidential “findings” or a multitude of CIA and Pentagon black programs, as did the previous Bush government.

Recall that during the run-up to the reauthorization of three expiring provisions of the USA Patriot Act, civil libertarians decried the use of secret legal memos justifying everything from unchecked access to internet and telephone records to the deployment of government-sanctioned malware on private computers during “national security” investigations.

Recall too, that the Obama administration, as The New York Times disclosed in June, handed the FBI “significant new powers to its roughly 14,000 agents, allowing them more leeway to search databases, go through household trash or use surveillance teams to scrutinize the lives of people who have attracted their attention.”

These “news rules,” the Times averred, will give agents “more latitude” to investigate citizens even when there is no evidence they have exhibited “signs of criminal or terrorist activity.”

It gets worse.

Last month, The New York Times revealed that the FBI “is permitted to include people on the government’s terrorist watch list even if they have been acquitted of terrorism-related offenses or the charges are dropped.”

Under these new standards, the Bureau may deem someone a “known or suspected terrorist,” not based on evidence gathered through a criminal investigation, but solely if officials have “particularized derogatory information,” including that derived from First Amendment protected activities, to support to support an individuals’ watch listing or placement on a “no-fly” list.

One administration wag, speaking on condition of anonymity because to do otherwise would reveal “closely held deliberations within the administration,” but did so anyway because this was clearly a sanctioned leak to stenographer Peter Finn, told The Washington Post that “what constitutes due process in [the Awlaki case] is a due process in war.”

“The administration officials refused to disclose the exact legal analysis used to authorize targeting Aulaqi,” Finn wrote, “or how they considered any Fifth Amendment right to due process.”

We now know, thanks to Reuters, that authorization came from a White House death panel, an extra-constitutional committee of anonymous officials operating outside the rule of law.

As we have seen since Barack Obama took office, as under the previous Bush government, the Constitution is a meaningless scrap of paper with some words on it, duly trotted out on national holidays only to be cast aside in practice; that is, when it isn’t used as a rhetorical hammer against assorted “new Hitlers” or geopolitical rivals whose resources corporate America seek to “liberate.”

Dead Men Tell No Tales

As toxic to democratic norms and the rule of law as the Awlaki affair clearly is, there are underlying parapolitical themes surrounding his murder which strengthen suspicions that what took place in Yemen on September 30 is more than just another story about an overt power grab by the Executive Branch.

While the government and media continue to cover-up the role played by the CIA and other secret state agencies in alleged intelligence “failures” leading up to the 9/11 attacks, evidence suggests that the Awlaki killing, as with last May’s murder of former bête noire and on-again, off-again ally, Osama Bin Laden, may have been a “clean-up” operation designed to remove inconvenient witnesses with knowledge of Agency involvement in the plot.

As Antifascist Calling reported nearly two years ago in the wake of the aborted 2009 bombing of Northwest Airlines Flight 253 on Christmas Day over Detroit, a plot for which Awlaki was accused of orchestrating, though evidence can’t be supplied because it’s “secret,” The Washington Post disclosed that Awlaki had extensive contacts with 9/11 hijackers Nawaf Alhazmi, Khalid Almihdhar and Hani Hanjour who “had spent time at his mosques in California and Falls Church.”

In a series of 2010 articles (here, here, here and here), I reported on the stark parallels between September 11 and the Flight 253 affair.

Similar to the 2001 attacks we were told “changed everything,” far from being a failure to “connect the dots,” intelligence and law enforcement officials possessed sufficient information that should have prevented accused bomber, Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, from boarding that plane and placing the lives of nearly 300 air passengers at risk.

And wile Awlaki wasn’t given a free pass by the administration in that botched attack, earlier government failures to apprehend him certainly set the stage.

According to History Commons, “shortly before the [FBI] investigation [into Awlaki's alleged ties to the now-shuttered Holy Land Foundation] is closed,” in 2000, Awlaki “is beginning to associate with hijackers Nawaf Alhazmi and Khalid Almihdhar shortly before the investigation ends.”

“For instance,” History Commons avers, “on February 4, one month before the FBI investigation is closed, al-Awlaki talks on the telephone four times with hijacker associate [and suspected Saudi intelligence agent] Omar al-Bayoumi.”

“The 9/11 Commission will later speculate that these calls are related to Alhazmi and Almihdhar, since al-Bayoumi is helping them that day, and that Alhazmi or Almihdhar may even have been using al-Bayoumi’s phone at the time. Al-Bayoumi had also been the subject of an FBI counterterrorism investigation in 1999.”

Keep in mind that at least two of the hijackers, Nawaf Alhazmi and Khalid Almihdhar, figure prominently in recent revelations by researcher Kevin Fenton, the author of Disconnecting the Dots.

In a recent conversation with Boiling Frogs Post’s Sibel Edmonds and Peter B. Collins, Fenton said that during the course of his investigation, drawn from the Congressional 9/11 Joint Inquiry, the 9/11 Commission, the Justice Department’s Inspector General’s report, and the CIA’s still-redacted Inspector General’s report, he discovered that the CIA had deliberately withheld information from the FBI that the future hijackers had entered the United States with multiple entry visas issued in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Even though the Agency had identified the pair as international terrorists who attended a 2000 Al-Qaeda summit in Malaysia where they and others, including Khalid Shaikh Mohammed and Khallad Bin Attash, one of the principle architects of the 1998 U.S. Embassy bombings in Kenya and Tanzania, planned the assault on the USS Cole and the 9/11 attacks, they kept this from the FBI, information that could have led straight to the heart of Al-Qaeda’s “planes operation.”

Fenton provides substantial evidence that the CIA’s Alec Station Director Richard Blee and deputy, Tom Wilshire, concealed intelligence from investigators, concluding this “information was intentionally omitted in order to allow an al-Qaeda attack to go forward against the United States.”

As part of this continuing cover-up, Awlaki’s ties to the 9/11 hijackers were far more extensive than secret state officials have led us to believe.

In fact, although the Obama administration has justified killing Awlaki with false claims that he was AQAP’s “external operations” chief, his role before 9/11 was substantially more significant from an investigatory perspective: that of a “fixer,” first in San Diego where he assisted Saudi spook Omar al-Bayoumi in “settling” Alhazmi and Almihdhar, and later in Falls Church, Virginia, where he did the same for Hani Hanjour.

In 2002, Newsweek revealed that “some federal investigators suspect that al-Bayoumi could have been an advance man for the 9-11 hijackers, sent by Al Qaeda to assist the plot that ultimately claimed 3,000 lives.”

“Two months after al-Bayoumi began aiding Alhazmi and Almihdhar,” Newsweek disclosed, “al-Bayoumi’s wife began receiving regular stipends, often monthly and usually around $2,000, totaling tens of thousands of dollars.

Payments arrived “in the form of cashier’s checks, purchased from Washington’s Riggs Bank by Princess Haifa bint Faisal, the daughter of the late King Faisal and wife of Prince Bandar, the Saudi envoy who is a prominent Washington figure and personal friend of the Bush family.”

With startling similarities to the Awlaki case, ten days after the attacks, al-Bayoumi is picked up by British authorities in London, where he had relocated in July 2001, at the request of the FBI. Although his phone calls, bank accounts and associations are scrutinized, the Bureau claim they found no connections to terrorism.

The Washington Post will report that by 2002 the FBI had concluded, the same year Awlaki leaves the U.S., “that no evidence could be found of any organized domestic effort to aid the hijackers.”

Recall that new information linking some members of the Saudi royal family and its intelligence apparatus to the attacks has recently surfaced. Last month, The Miami Herald revealed that two weeks before the kamikaze assaults on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, a Saudi family “abruptly vacated their luxury home near Sarasota, leaving a brand new car in the driveway, a refrigerator full of food, fruit on the counter–and an open safe in a master bedroom.”

Investigative reporters Anthony Summers and Dan Christensen learned that “law enforcement agents not only discovered the home was visited by vehicles used by the hijackers, but phone calls were linked between the home and those who carried out the death flights–including leader Mohamed Atta–in discoveries never before revealed to the public.”

“Ten years after the deadliest attack of terrorism on U.S. soil,” Summers and Christensen wrote, “new information has emerged that shows the FBI found troubling ties between the hijackers and residents in the upscale community in southwest Florida, but the investigation wasn’t reported to Congress or mentioned in the 9/11 Commission Report.”

In a follow-up piece that significantly advanced the story, researcher Russ Baker reported on the WhoWhatWhy web site “that those alleged confederates were closely tied to influential members of the Saudi ruling elite.”

Building on information first disclosed by the Herald, Baker, the author of Family of Secrets, reports that this “now-revealed link” between those who consorted with the hijackers in Florida “and the highest ranks of the Saudi establishment, reopens questions about the White House’s controversial approval for multiple charter flights allowing Saudi nationals to depart the U.S., beginning about 48 hours after the attacks, without the passengers being interviewed by law enforcement–despite the identification of the majority of the hijackers as Saudis.”

Is there a pattern between the hands-off treatment afforded well-connected Saudis and Anwar al-Awlaki’s casual, and inexplicable, flight from the United States?

“After 9/11″ History Commons points out, “the FBI will question al-Awlaki, and he will admit to meeting with Alhazmi several times, but say he does not remember what they discussed. He will not claim to remember Almihdhar at all.” Other accounts suggest that the relationship was much closer.

“The 9/11 Congressional Inquiry,” History Commons avers, “claim that Alhazmi and Almihdhar ‘were closely affiliated with [al-Awlaki] who reportedly served as their spiritual adviser during their time in San Diego. … Several persons informed the FBI after September 11 that this imam had closed-door meetings in San Diego with Almihdhar, Alhazmi, and another individual, whom al-Bayoumi had asked to help the hijackers’.”

“Around August 2000,” History Commons reports, “al-Awlaki resigns as imam and travels to unknown ‘various countries.’ In early 2001, he will be appointed the imam to a much larger mosque in Falls Church, Virginia. During this time frame, Alhazmi, Almihdhar, and fellow hijacker Hani Hanjour will move to Virginia and attend al-Awlaki’s mosque there.”

Anecdotally, in 2003 Newsweek reports: “Lincoln Higgie, an antiques dealer who lived across the street from the mosque where Aulaqi used to lead prayer, told Newsweek that he distinctly recalls the imam knocking on his door in the first week of August 2001 to tell him he was leaving for Kuwait. ‘He came over before he left and told me that something very big was going to happen, and that he had to be out of the country when it happened,’ recalls Higgie.”

The antiques dealer later told The New York Times, that when he learned that Awlaki would be permanently leaving San Diego, “he told the imam to stop by if he was ever in the area–and got a strange response.” Higgie said, “‘I don’t think you’ll be seeing me. I won’t be coming back to San Diego again. Later on you’ll find out why’.”

Although the FBI suspected Awlaki “had some connection with the 9/11 plot,” authorities claim there wasn’t enough evidence to charge him, nor can he be deported because he’s an American citizen. And when the Bureau hatched an ill-conceived plan to arrest him on an obscure charge of “transporting prostitutes across state lines,” that plan collapsed when Awlaki left the U.S. in March 2002.

“But on October 10, 2002,” History Commons reports, “he makes a surprise return to the U.S.” Although his name is on a terrorist watch list and he is detained by Customs’ officials when he lands in New York, they are informed by the FBI that “his name was taken off the watch list just the day before. He is released after only three hours.”

“Throughout 2002,” History Commons informs us, Awlaki is the “subject of an active Customs investigation into money laundering called Operation Greenquest, but he is not arrested for this either, or for the earlier contemplated prostitution charges. At the time, the FBI is fighting Greenquest, and Customs officials will later accuse the FBI of sabotaging Greenquest investigations.”

Awlaki again leaves the U.S., this time for good. Although the FBI admits they were “very interested” in Awlaki, they fail to stop him leaving the country. One FBI source told U.S. News and World Report, “We don’t know how he got out.”

Inexplicably however, it was not until 2008 that secret state officials concluded that Awlaki was an Al-Qaeda operative! This beggars belief, and raises the question as to why he was allowed to leave in the first place. It certainly can’t be for lack of evidence or that when Awlaki set-up shop, first in London and finally in Yemen, he is continually under surveillance by British, Yemeni and American intelligence agencies.

Although interviewed four times by the FBI after September 11, the Bureau concluded, according to The New York Times, that Awlaki’s “contacts with the hijackers and other radicals were random.”

Other investigators however, disagreed. “One detective,” the Times reported, whose name has been scrubbed from 9/11 Commission files, told staff that he believed Awlaki “was at the center of the 9/11 story.” At the time of the Flight 253 affair, I wrote that “despite, or possibly because of these dubious connections he was allowed to leave the country.”

In fact, the curious disinterest exhibited by authorities in bringing Awlaki to ground following September 11, were neither “errors in judgement” nor “mistakes” by overtaxed investigators but are rather, a modus operandi which suggests that Awlaki and others were part of a CIA domestic operation which allowed the 9/11 plot to go forward.

Nothing in what I have written above should be construed as justification for the extrajudicial assassination of Anwar al-Awlaki. In fact, the opposite conclusion can be drawn. The available evidence indicates that Awlaki could have been arrested multiple times. At the least serious end of the criminal justice spectrum he could have been charged with providing “material support to a designated foreign terrorist organization,” to whit, Al-Qaeda, and legally taken out of circulation.

That he wasn’t and continued to operate freely as a propagandist, despite substantial corroboration from multiple law enforcement sources that he was a key figure in the pre-9/11 domestic support network, suggests that Awlaki may have been a double agent, albeit one who had decidedly gone “off the reservation.”

Awlaki’s handling by authorities raise serious questions about just how extensive U.S. support for Al-Qaeda was prior to, and possibly even after the September 11 attacks, particularly in resource-rich global hot-spots.

As numerous journalists and researchers have painstakingly documented, Al-Qaeda, allied terrorist outfits and international narco-trafficking networks have a long, sordid history of supporting U.S. covert operations that targeted America’s geopolitical rivals even as Bin Laden’s far-flung organization plotted to attack the United States itself.

In this light, Awlaki’s “targeted killing” as with the earlier hit on Osama Bin Laden, may be part of a larger CIA/Pentagon operation to remove inconvenient participants and witnesses from the scene who might have a thing or two to say about the crimes and intrigues hatched by the imperialist Empire.

After all, dead men tell no tales…

According to a report by Byron Belitsos published in the September “Rock Creek Free Press,” of Washington, D.C., “thousands of courageous Americans have lent their names to the call for a new investigation, including  over 200 senior military intelligence and other government officials; over 1,500 engineers and architects; over 250 pilots and aviation professionals; and over 400 professors.”

Critics of the official spin point out that even John Farmer, the 9/11 Commission’s own senior counsel, stated that, “At some level of the government, at some point in time…there was an agreement not to tell the truth about what happened.”

There are just too many unexplained happenings and coincidences, too many people on the scene—photographers, reporters, ambulance drivers, etc.—who had no reason to lie about what they saw—whose testimony shreds the official Bush regime findings.

To begin with, you have to put 9/11 in the context of the times. You might think no group of Americans could perpetrate such a dastardly crime against their fellow citizens and then lie to cover their tracks, except that it happened when George W. Bush was president.

Here’s a man who lied about the reasons for making war on Iraq, an even bigger crime against humanity than 911.

I can’t begin to discuss all of the 9/11 happenings that strike me as unusual but here are a few for starters:

(1) Doesn’t it strike you as odd that of about 1-billion families in the whole world, Osama bin Laden, the mastermind of 911, was a man whose family did business with the Bush family?

As Rick Wiles of American Freedom News wrote, President Bush didn’t tell the American people that bin Laden’s brother was an investor in his own former oil business in Texas.

(2) Something else to consider as unusual. A week before 9/11, General Mahmoud Ahmad, the head of Pakistan’s intelligence service, ISI, meets in Washington with CIA chief George Tenet. Who’s Ahmad? He’s the guy who ordered $100,000 wired to Mohamed Atta hours before 9/11.

Atta, you remember, was the ringleader of the 9/11 attacks. He’s the guy who piloted American Airlines Flight 11 into the North Tower of the World Trade Center. So here is the head of the CIA meeting with the guy who is funding the attack on New York and the Pentagon. Now, does that strike you as worth looking into?

(3) Instead of welcoming an investigation into the events of  9/11, President Bush fought it  tooth and claw. And so did his hired help.  As the New York Times of July 9, 2003 reported: “The federal commission investigating the Sept. 11 terror attacks said today that its work was being hampered by the failure of executive branch agencies, especially the Pentagon and the Justice Department, to respond quickly to requests for documents and testimony.”

(4) President Bush also made sure the study was biased. The executive director was Philip Zelikow, a man who had worked with Bush insider Condoleezza Rice in the past and co-authored a book with her. Zelikow decided what went into the 9/11 Report and what was left out. And tons of weird stuff pointing to an inside job was left out.

(5) Zelikow left out any mention of the destruction of World Trade Center building 7. That 47-story-high skyscraper collapsed from what eye-witnesses on the scene called internal explosions. As David Ray Griffin, a leading spokesperson for the 9/11 Truth Movement, wrote “Given the fact that WTC 7 was not hit by a plane, that the available photographs show no large fires, and that fire had never caused a steel-frame high-rise to collapse, why did someone in (New York) Mayor Giuliani’s office declare that WTC 7 was going to collapse some five hours before it actually did?”

(6) Also, how did it happen that American Airlines Flight 77 was not stopped before it crashed into the Pentagon? The Pentagon is the center of the world’s mightiest military machine and it couldn’t defend itself from a civilian airliner?

(7) Even more mysterious, how did it happen that the Pentagon—which operates global spy satellites that can show the hood ornament of your car clearly from orbit—how is it the Pentagon has no photo of Flight 77 coming in? Not even a snap shot from some admiral’s cell phone on the ground?

And why after 9/11 did the FBI go to all the stores and gas stations around the Pentagon and confiscate their video camera films? Is it because the Pentagon might have been struck by a missile, and not at all by an airliner?

(8) And how did it happen that network news reporters at the scene on the Pentagon lawn said they saw no remains of a Boeing airliner? Jamie McIntyre of CNN said, “From my close-up inspection, there’s no evidence of a plane having crashed anywhere near the Pentagon…There are no large tail sections, wing sections, fuselage, nothing like that anywhere around.”

McIntyre thought the plane may have gone through the wall and came to a stop inside. But Judy Rothschadl, a documentary producer who was allowed inside immediately after the disaster, said, “There weren’t seats or luggage or things you would find in a plane” and ABC’s reporter John McWethy, said, “I got in very close, got a look early on at the bad stuff. I could not, however, see any plane wreckage.”

(9) Maybe Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld got it right when he later misspoke himself and accidentally blurted out that the Pentagon was struck by a missile. You think?

(10) Another odd coincidence: the part of the Pentagon that was hit was called Wedge One. As Griffin writes in his book, “Debunking 911 Debunking,” (Olive Branch Press), “Wedge 1 was the only part of the Pentagon that was being renovated—with steel reinforced concrete, blast-resistant windows, fire-resistant Kevlar cloth, and a new sprinkler system—to make it less vulnerable to terrorist attacks…the strike on (that section of) the Pentagon, therefore, caused far less damage than would have an attack on any of the other four wedges.”

For this attack to be an inside job, you have to believe something terrible: that the Pentagon was  complicit in the murder of 125 of its own employees…it’s own people. If David Ray Griffin and others in the 9/11 Truth Movement are right, the people behind 9/11 are some of the most ruthless, cold-blooded killers who ever lived.

(11) Then there’s the riddle of Flight 93, which left Newark Airport on the morning of 9/11 and crashed in a field in Shanksville, Pa., an hour and a half later.  Just like the Pentagon’s lawn, it also doesn’t look like a crash site, either. As Jon Meyer, a local television reporter, said, “You just can’t believe a whole plane went into this crater…There were no suitcases, no recognizable plane parts, no body parts.” And Scott Spangler, a photographer for a nearby newspaper said when he arrived on the scene, “I didn’t think I was in the right place…I was looking for anything that said tail, wing, plane, metal. There was nothing.”  And Paul Bomboy, a paramedic, thought upon arriving at the site, “It is just plain weird. Where is the plane? …There weren’t normal things going on that you would have expected. When a plane crashes, there is a plane and there are patients.”

(12) Volumes have been written about what would cause the Twin Towers to collapse, considering how difficult it is to bring down steel structures without using demolition charges. I won’t enumerate them. However, they appear credible particularly if you’ve looked at pictures of Hiroshima after the atomic bomb attack and note the steel girders still sticking up. No, too many people inside the Twin Towers that day running for their lives to escape reported they heard demolitions going off all around them. Same for some of the heroic firemen, police, and other first responders.

So sell me the George Washington Bridge. At least it was named for a man reputed never to have told a lie. But not the official 9/11 report, which gives off the same aroma as President Bush’s reasons for invading Iraq.

Al-Qaida has sent a message to the Iranian president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, asking him to stop spreading conspiracy theories about the 9/11 attacks.

Iranian media on Wednesday reported quotes from what appears to be an article published in the latest issue of the al-Qaida English language magazine, Inspire, which described Ahmadinejad’s remarks over the 11 September attacks as “ridiculous”.

In his UN general assembly speech last week, Ahmadinejad cast doubt over the official version of the 2001 attacks.

“The Iranian government has professed on the tongue of its president Ahmadinejad that it does not believe that al-Qaida was behind 9/11 but rather, the US government,” the article said, according to Iranian media. “So we may ask the question: why would Iran ascribe to such a ridiculous belief that stands in the face of all logic and evidence?”

Ahmadinejad said in New York that the “mysterious September 11 incident” had been used as a pretext to attack Afghanistan and Iraq. He had also previously expressed scepticism at the US version of events.

Governments Sometimes Twists Science to Promote Policy Objectives

Anyone who paid any attention to the claims of Iraqi weapons of mass destruction, the Gulf oil spill or theFukushima nuclear accident knows that the government often twists science to promote certain policy objectives, such as drumming up support for the invasion of Iraq or becoming a booster for nuclear power and big oil (and thus downplaying the damage from nuclear accidents and oil spills).

President’s National Medal of Science winner Lynn Margulis notes that the scientific method is to follow the facts where they lead, to adopt the theory which has the most proof, and to discard theories which are contradicted by the facts.

Margulis says that – in the case of 9/11 – the government has adopted theories which are backed byvery little evidence, and refused to look at the most likely theory – the one backed by overwhelming evidence.

New Theory on Towers’ Collapse

Live Science reported last week:

A materials scientist has come up with a more scientific explanation for the mystery booms, and says his model of the Twin Towers collapse leaves no room for conspiracies. “My model explains all the observed features on 11th September: the explosions, molten metal coming out of the window, the time passing between the crash and the collapse, the fact that the explosions took place in a floor below the place it was burning, and the rapid collapse,” Christen Simensen of SINTEF, a research organization in Norway, told Life’s Little Mysteries.

As detailed in the new issue of Aluminum International Today, Simensen argues that molten aluminum from the airplane bodies chemically reacted with water in the buildings’ sprinkler systems, setting off the explosions that felled the Twin Towers.

When each jet cut its way into a building, it took with it parts of walls and ceilings, Simensen said. Steel bars in those walls would have gashed its fuel tanks, which would have caught fire. With the plane positioned somewhere in the middle of the building, blanketed in debris and with no route for heat to escape, the temperature would have rapidly escalated, reaching 660 degrees Celsius (1,220 degrees Fahrenheit), the melting point of aluminum — of which there was 30 tons in each plane fuselage — within an hour. The molten aluminum would then have heated up further to between 800 and 850 C (1,470 and 1,560 F).

“Then molten aluminum becomes [as liquid as] water and has so much heat that it will flow through cracks in the floor and down to the next floor,” Simensen explained in an email. There was an automatic sprinkler system installed in each ceiling, and it was filled with water. “When huge amount of molten aluminum gets in contact with water, a fierce exothermic reaction will take place, enormous amount of hydrogen is formed and the temperature is locally raised to 1,200 to 1,500 C,” or 2,200 to 2,700 F.

Chaos rapidly ensues: “A series of explosions will take place and a whole floor will be blown to pieces,” he wrote. “Then the top part of the building will fall on the bottom part, and the tower will collapse within seconds.” This is what Simensen believes happened in the two World Trade Center towers.

This isn’t obscure chemistry, Simensen says; the U.S. Aluminum Association has recorded 250 accidental molten aluminum/water explosions worldwide since 1980. “Alcoa in Pittsburgh [the worldwide leader in aluminum production] has done a series of such explosions in special laboratory in order to understand what can prevent such explosions and what are the most dangerous situations,” he wrote. “For instance they let 30 kilograms [66 pounds] of aluminum react with 20 liters [5.3 gallons] of water, which resulted in a large hole 30 meters [98 feet] in diameter, and nothing left of the laboratory.”

Why Do We Need a New Theory?

Simensen’s theory has received wide-spread media attention.

Most of the coverage focuses on the theory having the potential to explain the explosions and sudden collapse of the Twin Towers, and thus to debunk the conspiracy theories that the Twin Towers and World Trade Center Building 7 were brought down by controlled demolition.

But this means that the official explanation for why the trade centers collapsed on 9/11 is inadequate … and doesn’t take into account the explosions or sudden collapse of the 3 buildings. In other words, the very fact that there is such a buzz about this theory shows that many don’t believe the “official” explanation really explains the collapse of the 3 buildings.

The New Theory Contradicts the “Official” Explanation

The “official” explanation assumes that the aluminum from the airplanes which crashed into the Twin Towers formed hundreds of thousands of shotgun-like blasts, pointed in all directions, to which sheared off all the fireproofing in a broad section on several floors.

That would have to happen quickly – before the metal was heated. Instead, Simensen’s theory hinges on the assumption that the aluminum from the planes cascaded down all at once – causing explosions when it hit water.

Not the First Novel Theory

As I noted in 2008, this is not the first novel theory about the collapse:

First it was the “new phenomenon” of “thermal expansion”.

Now, Sergei Dudarev, of the UK Atomic Energy Agency, says the Twin Towers collapsed due to “unusual magnetic forces“.

Specifically, as described by the BBC, Mr. Dudarev argues that:

“The peak in this pliability is at 911.5C, but begins at much lower temperatures, at around 500C (932F) - a temperature often reached during building fires.

The steel backbone of the Twin Towers was probably exposed to temperatures close to this, when insulating panels – meant to protect the buildings’ structural frame – were dislodged by the impacts of the hijacked planes.

The roaring fire mid-way up the building heated the steel struts, and once temperatures rose above 500C the structure became elastic, and collapsed under the force of the floors above.”

Is he right?

Well, as noted in Appendix A of The World Trade Center Building Performance Study:

In the mid-1990s British Steel and the Building Research Establishment performed a series of six experiments at Cardington to investigate the behavior of steel-framed buildings. These experiments were conducted in a simulated, eight-story building. Secondary steel beams were not protected. Despite the temperature of the steel beams reaching 800-900 C (1,500-1,700 F) in three of the tests (well above the traditionally assumed critical temperature of 600 C (1,100 F), no collapse was observed in any of the six experiments.

And Underwriters Laboratories tested the steel components at the Twin Towers and found they could withstand fires for hours without failure:

“NIST contracted with Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. to conduct tests to obtain information on the fire endurance of trusses like those in the WTC towers…. All four test specimens sustained the maximum design load for approximately 2 hours without collapsing… The Investigation Team was cautious about using these results directly in the formulation of collapse hypotheses. In addition to the scaling issues raised by the test results, the fires in the towers on September 11, and the resulting exposure of the floor systems, were substantially different from the conditions in the test furnaces. Nonetheless, the [empirical test] results established that this type of assembly was capable of sustaining a large gravity load, without collapsing, for a substantial period of time relative to the duration of the fires in any given location on September 11.” (NIST, 2005, p. 140).

Other fire tests have also failed to cause failures, collapses or “unusual magnetic forces” at high temperatures.

[And no previous office fires - even ones which burned much hotter and much longer - caused the collapse of a modern steel-framed building]

The 2005 Madrid skyscraper fire “reached 800 degrees Celsius (1,472 F), said Javier Sanz, head of Madrid firefighter” (see pictures here), and lasted some 20 hours. Indeed, the fires in the Twin Towers were much cooler than many office fires, as indicated by the color of the flames and the black smoke pouring out of the windows.

As Steve Watson notes:

We have previously pointed to the innumerable number of buildingsthat have suffered roaring fires across the majority of their floors for hours and remained standing. Seemingly the steel beams in these buildings were not subjected to the same “unusual magnetic forces”.

Furthermore, a far more extensive fire occurred in WTC 1 itself, prior to enhanced fireproofing of the building, on February 13, 1975. The fire burned at much higher temperatures for three hours and spread over six floors, including 65% of the 11th floor and the building core, yet it caused no significant damage to the steel structure and no trusses had to be replaced. There were no “unusual magnetic forces” present on that day.

Furthermore, referring to the collapses, the original NIST report concludedthat ‘the existing condition of the fireproofing prior to aircraft impact and the fireproofing thickness on the WTC floor system did not play a significant role’”.

Any “thermal expansion” at the World Trade Center was not a new phenomenon, but something that building designers and fire safety engineers have taken into account for decades if not hundreds of years.

Likewise, any “magnetic forces” at the WTC should have been less severe than those present in fire safety tests and actual office building fires, which have never before led to complete collapses. Indeed, despite the apparently advanced science which Mr. Dudarev hints at, he actually admits this is nothing new:

“He said blacksmiths had exploited this property for hundreds of years”.22*

Is the New Theory Right?

So the previous “novel” theories didn’t pan out. But what about Simensen’s new theory?

Initially, Simensen admits that the new theory doesn’t explain the destruction of World Trade Center building 7, which wasn’t hit by an airplane and which suffered only minor fires before mysteriously falling on 9/11.

And the above-quoted Live Science article notes:

Simensen’s new collapse model has not gained immediate acceptance by proponents of earlier models.

“Occam’s Razor says that the simplest explanation is usually the best,” said Thomas Eagar, a materials scientist at MIT who has also studied the fall of the towers. “I do not see any merit to this new, more-complex explanation.

Eagar also objects to the notion that the aluminum, if it did melt, would definitely have reacted with the water it encountered. Most of the time when water is sprayed on molten aluminum, “there is no explosion because the water turns to steam and excludes the oxygen, preventing the growth of the combustion,” he said.

Roughly 1,600 architects and structural engineers across the country, who have banded together in a group called “Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth,” say it does not fully account for the buildings’ collapses. With so many people looking for answers, Simensen’s alternative theory is likely to receive further attention and study.

Moreover, while Simensen talks about explosions at or below the level of the planes, there is credible eyewitness testimony of explosives well above the floor hit by the planes:

• The Chief of NY Fire Department (Citywide Tour Commander) said “there was what appeared to be at first an explosion. It appeared at the very top, simultaneously from all four sides, materials shot out horizontally. And then there seemed to be a momentary delay before you could see the beginning of the collapse” (page 4)

• A police officer stated “you would hear a loud boom go off at the top of tower one. As the building continued to burn and emergency equipment kept on responding stirring up the dust and debris in the streets. After approximately 15 minutes suddenly there was another loud boom at the upper floors, then there was a series of smaller explosions which appeared to go completely around the building at the upper floors. And another loud earth-shattering blast with a large fire ball which blew out more debris and at that point everyone began to run north on West Broad Street.” (page 5, which is page 2 of a hand-written memorandum)(

• The Chief of the NY Fire Department (Citywide Tour Commander) said “there was what appeared to be at first an explosion. It appeared at the very top, simultaneously from all four sides, materials shot out horizontally. And then there seemed to be a momentary delay before you could see the beginning of the collapse” (page 4)

• A paramedic captain stated “somewhere around the middle of the world trade center there was this orange and red flash coming out initially it was just one flash then this flash just kept popping all the way around the building and that building had started to explode the popping sound and with each popping sound it was initially an orange and then red flash came out of the building and then it would just go all around the building on both sides as far as could see these popping sounds and the explosions were getting bigger going both up and down and then all around the building”

Simensen’s theory can’t explain these explosions.

(In addition, several eyewitnesses report hearing explosions at the base of the building before the planes hit. See this and this. See hundreds of additional eyewitness statements of explosions well away from the area of the planes’ impact here and here).

In addition, scientists say that the lower section of the Twin Towers was designed to support several times the weight of the upper block, that the upper section of the North Tower did not, in fact, crush the lower portion, and that the crushing theory is even more improbable with the South Tower.

And peer-reviewed scientific papers claim that extremely high-tech, military-grade explosive materials known as nano-thermate were found in the rubble and dust from the World Trade Center. See this andthis. If true, Simensen’s proposed aluminum-water reaction cannot account for the existence of such materials.

Michael Rivero argues:

“The reaction [Simensen] is talking about is one in which hot aluminum will ‘steal’ oxygen from water, leaving hydrogen gas. There are two problems with this theory, of course.

The first is the hydrogen gas is very light and floats upward even faster than helium. The ruins of the World Trade Towers were ‘porous’ and as the smoke trails prove, there was a strong wind from the side. This means that hydrogen could not collect together anywhere in any amounts enough to cause an explosion, certainly not down in the basements, where some explosions were reported.

Second, even under the most ideal of circumstances of perfect mixture of hydrogen and oxygen, impossible in the natural atmosphere and under those conditions, hydrogen may burn fast but does not detonate. Recall the destruction of the Hindenburg. Huge fire, no ‘bang.’

So this latest official ‘explanation’ is a desperate attempt to reconcile eyewitness reports and video recordings of explosions (like the one that initiates the collapse of building 7) with the rapidly collapsing official story.

Finally, given that aluminum is a rather common building material, why have we not seen such water and aluminum explosions before or since 9-11?”

And officials admit that the fires in the Twin Towers were not very hot, and yet dozens of firemen, structural engineers and emergency responders say that they saw molten steel in the rubble of the World Trade Center for months after 9/11, even though it was sprayed with enormous quantities of water. Steel melts at a much higher temperature than aluminum, and the government admits that the fires were not hot enough to have melted the steel (and a professor emeritus of physics has shown that the collapse of the buildings could not have melted the steel).

So how does a government spokesman explain the molten steel? He denies its existence:

This shows once again that the government and its defenders are twisting the science around 9/11 to meet policy – rather than scientific – objectives.

The introduction of novel theory after novel theory to explain what many top structural engineers,mechanical engineers, architects and physicists say can only be a controlled demolition shows the desperation of the government to explain away the most probable hypothesis.

And see this.

Note: This essay is not necessarily arguing that controlled demolition brought down 3 buildings on 9/11. It is, however, arguing that – just as with Iraq, the Gulf oil spill, and Fukushima, wild-eyed scientific theories are being promoted which have no basis in fact, and the most likely hypotheses are not being examined by the government.

Well, well, this could meander into all sorts of interesting areas.

A Lloyd’s insurance syndicate has begun a landmark legal case against Saudi Arabia, accusing the kingdom of indirectly funding al-Qa’ida and demanding the repayment of £136m it paid out to victims of the 9/11 attacks.

The Brighton-based Lloyd’s 3500 syndicate, which paid $215m compensation to companies and individuals involved, alleges that the oil-rich Middle Eastern superpower bears primary responsibility for the atrocity because al-Qa’ida was supported by banks and charities acting as “agents and alter egos” for the Saudi state.

The detailed case, which names a number of prominent Saudi charities and banks as well as a leading member of the al-Saud royal family, will cause embarrassment to the Saudi government, which has long denied claims that Osama bin Laden’s organisation received official financial and practical support from his native country.

Outlined in a 156-page document filed in western Pennsylvania, where United Airlines flight 93 crashed on 9/11, the claim suggests that the nine defendants “knowingly” provided resources, including funding, to al-Qa’ida in the years before the attack and encouraged anti-Western sentiment which increased support for the terror group.

The legal claim states: “Absent the sponsorship of al-Qa’ida’s material sponsors and supporters, including the defendants named therein, al-Qa’ida would not have possessed the capacity to conceive, plan and execute the 11 September attacks. The success of al-Qa’ida’s agenda, including the 11 September attacks themselves, has been made possible by the lavish sponsorship al-Qa’ida has received from its material sponsors and supporters over more than a decade leading up to 11 September 2001.”

The weekend of the 10th Anniversary of 9/11, has caused many to reflect on the event itself, as well as the decade that we have experienced since. There have indeed been many casualties to recall. One of the saddest casualties is the First Amendment to the nation’s founding document; it is effectively dead in 33 states according to a ACLU compilation of incident reports across America. A targeted program of surveillance and harassment has become fully centered on the population itself.

This was first made evident in the 2009 MIAC report, which cited supporters of prominent political candidates like Ron Paul, as well as an assortment of other activists who support peace, freedom and liberty, as potential threats. Law enforcement has been directed to treat such “dangers” with suspicion and extreme caution.

The ACLU has compiled an interactive map of those states which have logged incidents of police harassment and surveillance of Americans engaging in other apparently un-American activities, namely: peaceful protest, photographing public servants while on duty, questioning American leadership and policy, recording one’s surroundings while in public, and having certain religious or political affiliations that could apparently be tied to extremism.

Here are just a few examples among dozens of incident reports cited by the ACLU that show the range of First Amendment violations.

New York – Police Detain Muslim-American Journalism Student for Taking Photos for a Class Assignment.
Mariam Jukaku, a 24-year old Muslim-American journalism student at Syracuse University, was stopped by Veterans Affairs police in New York for taking photographs of flags in front of a VA building as part of a class assignment. After taking her into an office for interrogation and taking her driver’s license, the police deleted the photographs from her digital camera before releasing her.

North Carolina — Pentagon Surveils Veteran.
Debbie Clark, who was honorably discharged from the US army after eight years of active duty and who is married to an active duty military man, found herself under Pentagon surveillance when she participated in a protest at Fort Bragg in March 2005 led by veterans and military families.

Texas — Fusion Center Describes Conspiracy to Spread Tolerance.
In February 2009, a DHS-supported North Central Texas Fusion System intelligence bulletin described a purported conspiracy between Muslim civil rights organizations, lobbying groups, the anti-war movement, a former U.S. Congresswoman, the U.S. Treasury Department, and hip hop bands to spread tolerance in the U.S. The bulletin was reportedly distributed to over 100 different agencies.

Colorado — FBI JTTF Monitors American Indian Movement, Peace Groups, and Environmental Groups.
In August 2005, the ACLU obtained the documents in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request containing information on the Colorado American Indian Movement and the Rocky Mountain Peace and Justice Center. The files show that JTTF agents opened “domestic terrorism” investigations after they read notices on web sites announcing an antiwar protest in Colorado Springs in 2003 and a protest against Columbus Day in Denver in 2002.

Arizona Maricopa County Sheriff Department Surveils Political Enemies.
An internal report accuses the Maricopa County’s Chief Deputy Sheriff of using Maricopa’s anti-corruption unit to conduct politically motivated investigations and of surveiling Maricopa County Sheriff Arpaio’s political rivals.

California — Military Monitors Campus Anti-Recruiting Protests. Two Department of Defense (DOD) Threat and Local Observation Notices (TALON) from April 2005 describe anti-recruiting protests by students at the University of California campuses of Berkeley and Santa Cruz. The source for both TALON reports, a “special agent of the federal protective service, U.S. Department of Homeland Security,” relayed protest information he received through email alerts.

Undercover Campus and County Sheriffs Attend Cal State Fresno Lecture on Veganism. On November 10, 2004, the California State Fresno student group Campus Peace and Civil Liberties Coalition (CPCLC) hosted an on-campus lecture by a speaker formerly employed by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA). The lecturer addressed approximately 60 people about the benefits of a vegan diet. Six of those 60 attendees were undercover police officers—three from the county sheriff’s de­partment and three from the campus police department.

The scope of the incidents compiled on the ACLU map reflects a new America; one where the Bill of Rights and Constitution have been re-defined as the most serious threat, rather than the greater threat that exists from promoting an atmosphere of hysteria and fear that is inevitably leading to the eradication of protections afforded by those very documents.

Paul supports reopening investigation into the attacks to discover why the Federal Bureau of Investigation did not act on 70 internal field tips: “We had one FBI agent, I think sent dozens and dozens of memos to his superiors saying that there are people trying to fly airplanes but not land them, and nobody would pay any attention.”

He also advocates investigating why the various intelligence agencies could not collaborate on information to prevent the attacks while spending $40 billion per year. He has called the 9/11 Commission Report a “charade”, saying spending more money abroad or restricting liberties at home will do nothing to deter terrorists, yet this is exactly what the 9-11 Commission recommends.”

He believes the 9/11 Commission Report’s main goal was “to protect the government and to protect their ineptness — not … to do this so they can use this as an excuse to spread the war … Some who did want to spread the war would use it as an opportunity. But, it wasn’t something that was deliberately done.” He does not think the government would have staged such an attack. When asked whether “9/11 was orchestrated by the government”, Paul emphasized, “Absolutely not.”

Paul has stated that he is concerned that someone might create a “contrived Gulf of Tonkin – type incident” to justify the invasion of Iran or suspend the democratic process, adding, “Let’s hope I’m wrong about this one.”

Ryan Dawson 911, Iraq, PNAC , All roads lead to Israel

When some people hear the word “conspiracy” they start thinking of a tinfoil hat crowd and invoke images of space aliens, paranoia, or a variety of cults and nonsense. Well there are a lot of wacky conspiracies about many things but that does not mean that conspiracies don’t or can’t happen. For example, the Iran Contra Affair was a massive government conspiracy hidden from the press and public for years. It happened in my life time and it involved billions of dollars and multiple countries. It has since been admitted to but many of the people involved did not get into trouble. They were given presidential pardons either by Bush Sr. or Bill Clinton. Most of them still have jobs and are working in the government right now! That is a fact. The CIA and Mossad have gotten away with countless covert operations and false flags. There are too many to name. So for those who think a covert operation or conspiracy can’t happen, you need to open a history book, or at the very least start doing some online research. To just reject conspiracies as a whole just because there are some kooks who think the moon landing was fake or Elvis or Tu Pac are still alive etc is not a reason to just reject the concept all together. I have had people tell me conspiracies never work and that they can’t be done because someone always snitches. Well that argument just does not float in reality. There are way too many counter examples of successful conspiracies and Hoaxes. See here CIA’s Secret Wars and that’s only a fraction.

What really happened on 911? Poll after poll the majority of Americans believe that the official story of 911 is false and that the government is part of a cover up. (Compare that to Fox News Viewers who staggeringly still blieve in the lies of Saddam being linked to 911 even after the president and vice president admitted that there was no conneciton.) There seem to be four main 911 theories, one from the main stream press and the 911 commission and others from researchers who bothered to look at things like physical evidence, the paper trail, and the money trail. I have a fifth theory which unifies the war in Iraq with the cabal that planned 911. The 4 theories briefly go as follows.

1 Is the official story.
We got caught with our pants down and terrorists did 911. And the wars in the Middle East are part of the greater war on terrorism.

2 The incompetence excuse
There was information available about the coming attacks but because of our incompetence we failed to see it. Terrorists attacked the US. And the wars in the Middle East were based on mistakes (more incompetence) but now we got to stay.

3 They let it happen
They knew full well about the coming 911 attacks but allowed it to happen in order to use it as a pretext to go to war with Iraq and Afghanistan as it was in military and corporate interests (particularly oil) to do so.

4 They made it happen. (They meaning just vaguely the Bush Admin) -AKA 911 was in inside Job.
The Bush government either helped protect the terrorists or simply used them as patsies, and assisted the plane crashes effects with bombs placed inside the towers prior to 911. The wars in the Middle East were about oil. (a problem with this theory is its vagueness. People in this camp will call for an independent investigation. That’s not going to happen and I think there are enough facts available for us to do our own research. [Which I have done]) Another problem with this group is their associations with other irrelevant cult like propositions that do nothing but discredit the rest of it. This will be discussed at the end of this document.

The “911 was an inside job camps” then say the evidence must land you somewhere between 3 and 4 with more research dropping you firmly on number 4. Let me now throw in a 5th scenario

5 The Neocons Made it happen with the assistance of a foreign government, the same government where PNAC’s papers were first written, and the same foreign nation who we have caught spies from who have been stealing secrets from the US about Iran, and who made up the shadow government of the OSP which is who cherry picked and fabricated the lies told about Iraq in order to start that war. The Wars in the Middle East were for separate reasons, Afghanistan was about a few pipelines as noted but more so about controlling large quantities of un-tapped uranium (a reason for both the Russian and US invasions) and secondly for controlling opium as the CIA uses drug money to fund it’s off the book black operations such as the now known massive secret prison systems, (torture camps and human medical/scientific testing). Location-wise Afghanistan is coupled with other color coded revolutions to circle China and Russia with US bases and puppets, (add to that the lesser known negotiations with Japan to allow nuclear subs into the Japanese Sea [pointed at China] in exchange for moving troops from Okinawa to Guam). The main goal however, which the PNAC think tank states, is to keep the eye on the pie: Iran, which Afghanistan and Iraq both boarder. The invasion of Iraq was to solve Israel’s oil crisis and stop the threat of a secular Middle East which would become a true economic player and was a threat to the aggressive state of Israel.

The evidence if it was ALL being stated, especially pertaining to the war in Iraq, would land you in scenario 5. To better understand the Iraq War and why the US invaded go here. <- I highly recommend seeing that link after you finish reading this. This timeline may help beginners as well.

911 was the Mossad. But that is not an Israeli intelligence agency per say it is a terrorist agency for the military industrial complex which feeds off of the hatred of the bigots and useful idiots concentrated in Israel. The US and Israel are not really different countries in a way. The US and Israeli agencies and their Neocon governments work for their own interests and those interests are guided by a racist, political ideology mixed up with a fascist version of a religion and Straussian philosophy. There is a total disconnect between the people of America (the sane ones) and the government. US foreign policy works for Likud Israeli interests first second and third. This is because the Zionists and MIC have overlapping financial interests. But most of all the press is Zionist. There is no war greater right now than the information war. Nothing would fix things faster than taking back the media or totally discrediting the corrupt lying fear mongering war cheerleaders we have now.

A lot of people have written about and shown the problems with official 911 story. There is the demolition of building number 7, there are the firemen’s reports that the fires were almost out, there are numerous reports of secondary explosions etc. Because it has been said on radio and more so because people have made films about it, many people can recite the arguments for the inside job in their sleep. Fire burns buildings; it does not burn on the top of one for an hour or so and then blow it up in a matter of ten seconds, completely destroying everything including the foundations and leaving molten steal in the basements weeks after the event. It is physically impossible.

But what has been hidden from you and the dots which have not been connected in any 911 films is the Israeli connection. 911 has been hit with heavy disinformation. This tactic worked well for Area 51 a secretive base that was wasting trillions of dollars. Because of disinformation and a lot of idiots, if anyone said a thing about area 51 it was unfairly linked to everything from space creatures to crop circles. Currently in 911 “truth” there is disinfo spanning from Bavarian death cults, to a black pope, to lasers from outer space. Do not associate any of that nonsense with what I am saying.

911 was an inside job which was part of a larger plan for perpetual war hatched in Israel. Understand that Israel is not Jewish people OK please get that through your warped heads. Israel is a violent nation that engages in false flag operations routinely and serves the interests of the MIC not any particular ethnicity. For a long time during the Cold War, Israel was the medium the MIC used to bully the Middle East indirectly and increase arms sales across the board. 911 and the recent wars in the Middle East were carefully planned attacks carried out by a faction of Zionist Neocons and the Israeli Mossad. The policy papers that acted as propaganda for the war were written by Dual Citizens with Israel. The equity firms profiting from the Iraq War like Carlyle and Trireme and the law firms processing contracts like Feith and Zell, the Anthrax attack, and the anthrax attack speech, the PNAC documents, the DPG the lies from journalists about Iraq’s WMD are all connected back to the same Zionist cabal in the DOD and office of the vice president. Just think back to the propaganda about Iraq before the war and then go read what PNAC was writing in the 90s.

On top of that the Niger forgeries, which are Clear concrete proof to show that these men were consciously lying, have still not been reported in the Main Stream media. There is no surprise there, they can’t even admit that Israel has Nukes, or any information about multiple spy-rings Spies (Pollard, Art Students, AIPAC, ADL, too many to even name. ) The Niger-gate scandal as well as (the mini-AIPAC) the ATC’s dealings with the MIC were covered up by Lewis Libby leaking information about a BJA CIA agent to the press. He leaked it to exactly the same warmongering trash journalists who had been lying about WMD in Iraq from the start.

Also it was the INC and Chalabi who served as “sources” for these yellow journalists who lied about WMDs. The INC and Chalabi were suggested as replacements to Saddam as far back as the mid 90s by none other than Wolfowitz and Libby. Further more AIPAC the largest Israeli lobby was caught red handed (Rosen & Weissman) spying on the US about Iraq and Iran through moles (Larry Franklin, Gilon) inside the very same offices that were meeting with Israeli generals. (Feith and Perle). Not only was the lobby caught spying but a Zionist lobbyist (Jack Abramoff) was busted bribing congress. [and possibly blackmailing them]. Then in a story that was pulled from FOX News, there was another separate massive Israeli spy ring that had agents living next door to the said hijackers of 911. (Israeli Art students) and on top of that the Mossad with its front (Urban Moving systems) was busted filming 911 and cheering.

The 911 commission was comprised of John Lehman a PNAC member, Fred Feilding Bush’s current Lawyer who is also a lawyer for Blackwater, James R. Thompson a Hollinger BOD member with Perle and Kissinger, and other dubious characters. They did not even address the collapse of Building 7 which the BBC reported fell before it had even fallen. The DoD and the Military industrial complex are not separate they are one in the same.

The 911 investigation was a farce it was on a Scooby Doo level for a detective story. Oh look we magically found a passport of a lead hijacker the same one who we will later lie about (a week later) and connect with Saddam by using a fabricated story claiming that he met an anonymous Iraqi in Prague. Here the war party was lying about Iraq and lying about 911.

Much of the 911 cover up which the MSM just repeated was done by Popular Mechanics a magazine whose editor was B. Chertoff, Michael Chertoff’s cousin. Michael Chertoff of course was the author of the pre-written Patriot Act quickly who became the head of Joe Lieberman and Arlen Spector’s new creation the department of Homeland security. Note that the Patriot Act was passed while congress was under the duress of anthrax attacks which turned out to be from a Jewish American Zionist and the speech that Colin Powell read to the UN was written by Lewis Libby. Were it not for this attack the Act as well as the Department of Homeland Security may not have passed, at least not so quickly. They already had these documents previously written before 911 just waiting for it to happen. Also the US was alreadyin place to invade Afghanistan before 911 happened.

Central banks with the MIC are controlling the show right now. They’re the current cash cow to feed off of Zionism. The Defense department is a corporation, one that was missing trillions of dollars and admitted this the day before 911. The secretary for Policy (Richard Perle, Trireme inc, Hollinger, Boeing) The Army Secretary (Thomas White Enron) The Navy Secretary (Gordon England General Dynamics) The Air force secretary (James Roche Northrop Grumman) all acted in their own personal interests. The Office of Special Plans’ Douglas Feith and Paul Wolfowitz were also Northrop Grumman employees. The hijackers just so happen to live next door to an uncovered Israeli spy ring. The flight schools were a false trail easily gobbled up by the left to show incompotence while at the same time reinforcing the idea that there were Muslim hijackers. The said hijackers myth falls apart when 20% of them turn up to STILL BE ALIVE. So if there were no hijackers then the official story is false and then that means the flight school information was also disinformation created to frame patsies and given that Israelis lived next door/with to these agents who were making as much noise as possible and went as far as leaving behind a list with their names on it to be found, means they were actually Mossad. Then seperate Mossad agents get caught on 911 and the information connecting them is classified and the criminals simply deported back to Israel.

Obviously since many of the hijackers are still alive there is no way they could have crashed planes into building or have gone to these flight schools. Israeli Mossad was setting them up with stolen passports, as we will go over.

This is not some illuminati, it is not the Catholic Church, there was no missile hitting the pentagon, it is not Jews in general or America in general, it is not just “THE government,” it is definitely not lasers from space or human morphing lizards. That kind of outright crap is the same kind of discrediting disinfo that was leaked out to mask Area 51 a real formerly secret military base that spent trillions on new toys for the military but was covered up by nonsense about UFOs and aliens with big eyes that were featured on unsolved mysteries and now can be found on T-shirts.

911 was a classic false flag operation by the country which can do no wrong in the eyes of the media and would have nothing to fear from the press or an investigation because they have already been getting away with brutal murder for 38 years while sucking billions of dollars from the US the whole time. [even after attacking a US ship.] The greater story here is how the Israel can be busted murdering Americans in an attack that if you look at the details was irrefutably deliberate and planned, and yet the Main Stream Media made hardly any mention of it other than back pages on a few news papers. And even after 40 years of the survivors telling their stories and making it painfully obvious what happened the Media has refused to report it and there are no investigations. This is why they could lie about Weapons of Mass Destruction in Iraq without worry when they knew it would sooner or later be dscovered false. They have no need to worry or explain anything (like the demolition of building 7) because they know the press will ignore it and even excuse it. So the story here is not just that Israel can murder people in an attempted false flag, it is that the US media can, has, and will, cover it up. This is because the false flag was set up jointly between a faction in the US (that included LBJ…long story see my All Roads JFK paper) and Israel. Only the Israelis failed to sink a sitting duck before a message got out to the seventh fleet and the operation was blown so they had to go to plan B.. Plan be was to just shamelessly lie and deny all evidence contrary to their claims like a religious zealot immune to all reason and factual evidence. It worked then and it is working now. However because of the web that barrier is starting to crack and we are pushing back in the info war.

Israel was behind 911 and the war in Iraq (though that overlaps with oil interests and many other things) the cabal made it happen. The X-communist Trotskyite Neocon dual citizen Zionists are the driving force behind a war with Iran and Syria. PNAC’s Rebuilding America’s Defenses (RAD) which mentioned the need for a new Pearl Harbor like attack, was based on the Israel Clean Break paper written by Richard Perle. RAD although signed by partially composed by many Neocons was primarily written by Lewis Libby the lawyer for the Mossad Agent Marc Rich who was involved in Iran Contra and the “privatization” of Russia, a regular mafia thug who got a pardon from Bill Clinton. Also in Iran Contra was Elliot Abrams who got a pardon from Bush’s father. The players behind what went down are not secret, they do everything openly. It is almost like they want to be caught as if they are bragging about it. If people can ignore the disinfo and focus on real people which we have plenty of actual documentation for being behind 911 and the following wars, then we can expose these crooks and let the consequences fall on them however they may.

So who did it? To answer this question one should first ask, "who had the power to cover it up?" Who would have the power to censor the media and have total confidence that they could censor the media given an event this size? One look at the non-coverage of Israel's illegal occupation of Palestine should give you one answer. Nowhere, in the US televised media, do they even mention that there is an occupation. This massive conflict, which one would assume would be impossible to conceal, is totally shielded from the American public. The Occupation is missing from the news and they purposely paint the distorted picture that Israel just defends itself from crazy suicide bombers. This is not something they can hide, or even debate about, the occupation is visible, you can go visit it, and it is widely covered in media outside the US, but you will never ever hear Israel's crimes even mentioned. There is no news of the Jewish-Only racial colonies that the US calls "Settlements" and "Neighborhoods" reported on Fox, ABCNNBCBS which is really one net work that tells the same stories often in the same order. I will explain why in the media section.

Also there has been no reporting on the second Israeli spy-ring, none, zero, and the first spy ring uncovered was yanked from Fox News.

Even though it is an open secret to the rest of the world, in the US there has been no mention of Israel's secretly built nuclear weapons. The list goes on... the faction that has nothing to fear from the US media and who could cover up something as huge as 911 or larger are the Zionists of Israel and their allies in the US government and press who all profit through the MIC and investments from fringe element religious organizations who are rewarded with air-time.

One should also look at the list of congressmen on the AIPAC lobby's "payroll" and then look at the astonishing number who we know had connections the Zionist lobbyist and criminal Jack Abramoff. (who is deeply connected to the Israeli Mossad and 911 as I will show you later).

The second question one should ask, is 'what did 911 serve'? The answer to that is very simple. The aftermath of 911 led to two different wars, and we all know how 911 was falsely attached to the justifications for America's wars. Almost 90% of US troops in Iraq (in 2006) think that Saddam had a role in 911 and that the war was revenge for it. That level of total ignorance is mind-blowing. War, of course, is good for select businesses and central banks because wars are debt generators. Iraq was not a threat to the US. They were a threat to Israel, and the same case can be said about Iran. We know who really wants these wars.

There can be no doubt that the press consciously distorted information leading up to the wars, and that they never made any clear pronouncements about how they had been wrong about their lies, with the Weapons of Mass Destruction myth being a clear stinging example. There are people in the US who still believe that Iraq had WMDs or that they moved them to Syria lol. If you want to know who planned 911 then a good place to look would be who do we know planned and then lied about Iraq? (also who has been lying the most about Iran) Who championed the disinformation? Where were the lies coming from? And when was this war really planned and where? The answered to all of those questions are sadly the same. Israel and American Zionists. And that is a fact we can prove.

If you want to know who the Neocons are that orchestrated 911 then you should look at some of their other messes. We will start with PNAC (Project for a New merican Century) and then work backwards from the War in Iraq to 911. It is always important to look at what happened both before an after an event when you are investigating it. The myths told by the media prior to the war in Iraq had been written out in PNAC papers form the 1990s

Iraq War Planned Long Before 911

As soon as puppet Bush got into office, his handlers went to work actualizing their long pushed-for plans for Iraq.

I pointed out in my book that Bush and Blair bombed Baghdad 27 days after Bush was sworn into office. This was well before 911 and had nothing to do with “stopping terrorism.”

Iraq had nothing to do with 911.

Many of us already know who had been calling for war with Iraq - and who had written the rhetoric about WMD etc. Every pre-war lie was a PNAC talking point. All of it was written in PNAC papers in the 90s by the same authors who peddled their lies to the media during the run up to the war. These same people made up the Israeli cabal that wrote a IASPS paper [an Israeli group] called the Afghan Vortex, which called for war in Afghanistan as well as the need for a “new Pearl Harbor. “

Want to know why I drive the point home that the PNAC and the war in Iraq came from the same cabal? Let’s just look back at some of their policy papers. These quotes are in their own words, from their own website.

These authors, who wrote Israeli policy papers stating the same things, wrote exactly what became the pre-invasion script to Iraq.

1) The PNAC letter to President Clinton in 1998

“The policy of “containment” of Saddam Hussein has been steadily eroding over the past several months. As recent events have demonstrated, we can no longer depend on our partners in the Gulf War coalition to continue to uphold the sanctions or to punish Saddam when he blocks or evades UN inspections. Our ability to ensure that Saddam Hussein is not producing weapons of mass destruction, therefore, has substantially diminished. Even if full inspections were eventually to resume, which now seems highly unlikely, experience has shown that it is difficult if not impossible to monitor Iraq’s chemical and biological weapons production. The lengthy period during which the inspectors will have been unable to enter many Iraqi facilities has made it even less likely that they will be able to uncover all of Saddam’s secrets. As a result, in the not-too-distant future we will be unable to determine with any reasonable level of confidence whether Iraq does or does not possess such weapons.”

“Such uncertainty will, by itself, have a seriously destabilizing effect on the entire Middle East. It hardly needs to be added that if Saddam does acquire the capability to deliver weapons of mass destruction, as he is almost certain to do if we continue along the present course, the safety of American troops in the region, of our friends and allies like Israel and the moderate Arab states, and a significant portion of the world’s supply of oil will all be put at hazard. Is that not verbatim what was used as propaganda in 2002-3 for the pretext to invade Iraq? They even used the same catch phrases: “weapons of mass destruction” and “avoiding inspectors,” which were lies. However, the Israelis were unable to get their war until they could also attach the myth of Saddam’s men meeting with Al Qaeda. William Safire, who received a Guardian of Zion award, wrote this up and then Cheney and Rice (etc) repeated it on TV over and over again.

2)From the PNAC paper, “How to attack Iraq”

“CIA director George Tenet said last January that Iraq already had the “technological expertise” to produce biological weapons “in a matter of weeks.” (lie) And according to former U. N. weapons inspector Scott Ritter, Saddam needs only six months without inspectors looking over his shoulder to build those weapons and deploy them on missiles capable of reaching Israel and other targets in the Middle East.”

Yes, Saddam had missiles that could reach Israel. Israel also had missiles that can reach Iraq. The inspectors were removed after they were caught doubling as spies for the US and that is a fact that Scott Ritter pointed out on CNN crossfire back in 2003.

3) Paul Wolfowitz made a Statement before the US House National Security Committee It calls for war with Iraq. He also wrote this letter (1999) claiming that the bloodlust for Iraq was not partisan because a couple of democrats (you might recognize them) Joe Lieberman and John Kerry also agreed with their position. Wow that IS interesting a Vice presidential and a presidential hopeful just so happen to be those two Democrats. Well Wolfowizt was right about something. It was not partisan because both parties are one party on foreign affairs and both parties wanted war. It is still that way.

4) Saddam’s Impending Victory -1998 -Robert Kagan

This one goes compared Saddam to Hitler and talks about weapons of mass destruction saying the lid is about to come off and calls Saddam’s palaces the “so-called presidential palaces–” Doesn’t that sound familar? It is the same lie that we got later from Judith Miller (Dec 20th 2001 NYT) who said she learned of secret WMD labs hidden under the presidential palaces from “an Iraqi defector” later in the INC to be. That is about as accurate of reporting as when Fox wants to insert their own rhetoric and quotes as a “source” their infamous line of “Some people say”.

“For Saddam, whose conventional military strength had been decimated in 1991 and could not be restored for many years, weapons of mass destruction provided the quickest, surest, and indeed, the only route back to strategic dominance in the Middle East. As Rolf Ekeus, the former head of UNSCOM, the U.N.’s weapons-monitoring operation, said last year, weapons of mass destruction “make the difference between Iraq’s being a regional power and a major international power.” Finding and destroying Saddam’s ability to produce weapons of mass destruction, therefore, was an essential part of guaranteeing that Saddam could not again threaten neighboring states. The U.N. effort to rid Iraq of such weapons capabilities was supposed to put the lid on Saddam’s grand strategic ambitions. Today the lid is about to come off. Saddam Hussein, weak, isolated, and impoverished as he is, has decided to take his big gamble. The crisis he set off last October when he blocked U.N. inspectors came to a head last week when Iraqi deputy prime minister Tariq Aziz told UNSCOM chief Richard Butler that a number of sites in Iraq—the so-called presidential palaces—would remain off-limits for two more months at least. Saddam Hussein also issued an ultimatum last week calling for the U.N. to wrap up its inspections by May and lift the sanctions.”

5) Speaking of Iraq The Neocon Robert Kagan wrote an op-ed in the Washington Times. You can read this on your own time. It basically staes how certain they are of Saddam producing Weapons of Mass Destruction. Bla bla bla same old song and dance that you heard in 2002-3 just before the war.

6) From the PNAC paper, “Bombing Iraq Isn’t Enough.“

“Saddam Hussein must go. This imperative may seem too simple for some experts and too daunting for the Clinton Administration. But if the United States is committed, as the President said in his State of the Union Message, to insuring that the Iraqi leader never again uses weapons of mass destruction, the only way to achieve that goal is to remove Mr. Hussein and his regime from power. Any policy short of that will fail.”

“Mr. Hussein has obviously thought through this scenario, and he likes his chances. That is why he provoked the present crisis, fully aware that it could lead to American bombing strikes. He has survived them before, and he is confident he can survive them again. They will not succeed in forcing him to abandon his efforts to obtain weapons of mass destruction. The only way to remove the threat of those weapons is to remove him, and that means using air power and ground forces, and finishing the task left undone in 1991?

Anyone who cannot see that the Iraq war was carried out and planned by this cabal of dual citizen Israelis must be a fool. They wrote verbatim the pre-war hype five years before the war. These same people later faked the evidence and used their moles in the media to repeat the garbage they’d already been writing in the PNAC. However, until born-again Zionist Christian Bush, no one was stupid enough to listen.

All these “let’s bomb Iraq” papers came from as early as 1998.

6) This one was written on July 30 of 2001, just a month and 12 days before 9/11. It has a big fat picture of Usama Bin Laden on it (they were propping up that patsy early).

The lies about Iraq and 911 are all inside PNAC papers. The authors are the same people who created and covered up the Niger forgeries. They were involved in an Israeli spy scandal (which STILL has not seen a trial) and at least two of them (John Lehman and James Thompson) were on the 911 commission!

This same lying Israeli cabal was behind the PNAC papers, as well as the lies about Iraq and 911 (when the Mossad was caught filming the towers and living next door to said hijackers). Over 200 Israeli spies were busted in the largest spy ring ever to be carried out on American soil. After 911, Israel was caught spying on the US again – through a Department of Defense (DOD) employee who worked out of an office that met with Israeli generals and was run by Douglas Feith. Feith is a war profiteer whose company, Feith & Zell is partners with Israeli Settler Marc Zell. This law firm got to delegate reconstruction projects in Iraq.

5) This one takes the cake though. It came from Wolfowitz, the Kagans, Lewis Libby, who at that time was with Dechert Price & Rhoads. (pgs 63 and 79 are especially relevant)

Update: Adam Pearlman (”Al Qaeda” spokesman who faked Bin Laden Tapes) is the grandson of Carl Pearlman, who is on the Board of Directors for the Anti Defamation League (a Zionist organization with spies in the US who also support Apartheid states).

These lies were told by embedded Zionist journalists who worked with the Administration’s PNAC members. For example the lie that the lead hijacker in 911 Mohamed repeated by Willaim Safire of the New York Times (May 9, 2002) came from Gary Schmitt who wrote it in 2001 (for PNAC in the Weekly Standard run by William Kristol the chairman of PNAC). The story was leaked to Reuters on September 18, 2001 just seven days after the attacks. Wow they knew about the lead hijacker as well as a meeting that never took place all within seven days. Reminds me of the BBC report on Iraq that was plegerized from a college student in Florida. This Atta meet with Iraqi officilas lie was repeated by Dick Cheney on national television Dec 9th 2001. He later denied this despite being on tape saying it.

Schmitt wrote “SHORTLY BEFORE getting on aplane to fly to New Jersey from Europe in June 2000, Mohamed Atta, the lead hijacker of the first jet airliner to slam into the World Trade Center and, apparently, the lead conspirator in the attacks of September 11, met with a senior Iraqi intelligence official. This was no chance encounter. Rather than take a flight from Germany, where he had been living, Atta traveled to Prague, almost certainly for the purpose of meeting there with Iraqi intelligence operativeAhmed Samir Ahani.”source

Essentially this was a complete lie designed to connect Iraq to Al Qaeda and the 911 attacks. It was false, yet all the networks ABCNNBCBS FOX repeated it anyway because it had been in the NY Times. The source for the Times “reporters” were members of the INC (Iraqi Nation Congress) such as Chalabi a man convicted of bank fruad and the person who Wolfowitz had suggested should lead the INC back in the 1990s when he wrote to then President Clinton about regime change. William Safire who made the bogus report was awarded a Guardian of Zion award in 2005 for his defense of Zionism and Israel. He also got a presidential medal of Freedom from Bush in 2006. It’s their way of saying good job. What the Neocons were doing is planting stories from known false sources on willing journalists and then quoting them as sources for what was in reality their own lies to begin with. The triangle was the OSP told INC what to say and then the journalist claimed them as sources and then the pentagon quoted the journalists.

Also working with William Safire at the New York Times was Judith Miller. She made up the lies about aluminum tubes (which physically would not even work anyway) being used as centrafuses in Iraq’s alleged nuclear program. She was also the journalist that spread the story about Saddam having weapons of mass destruction hidden under his palaces or in mobile trucks. Lewis Libby who I will talk about in a bit, also promoted the mobile weapons labs myth as well as the myths about Iraq’s Anthrax.

It turns out they didn’t have any. Libby wrote the Anthrax speech that Collin Powel read like a sucker to the UN. Every claim was false. This was also an attempt to link 911 to Iraq by claiming that the anthrax attacks that followed 911 may have come from Iraq. They did not. They actually came from Dr. Philip Zack who the FBI has on tape stealing anthrax from a lab in Fort Detrick MD which he had been fired from for his racist antics to an Egyptian employee who he had tried to frame. Judith Miller it would be revealed was also one of the journalists who Libby leaked the name of Valerie Plame to in order to blow the cover of the CIA agent as well as her entire team using the front company of Brewster Jennings & Associates. The reason for that as I will get into later was to cover up more lies and fabrications about yellowcake uranium coming from Niger as well as massive profiteering by the ATC a MIC lobby involving all these same players.

PNAC’S co-founders are William Kristol and Robert Kagan.(CFR) Now Kagan is the most active writer in PNAC. He and both his brothers were part of the team that compiled the modern Mein Kampf Rebuilding America’s defenses… Kagan writes for Kristol’s Weekly Standard and cranked out more propaganda than anyone. The majority of the let’s Bomb Iraq rhetoric from PNAC which was identical to the pre-invasion excuses (lies) that Zionists in the media later used in it’s pre-invasion blitz, was written by Robert Kagan. Here is a guy who wrote speeches for George P. Shultz the former Secretary of State who was part of the attempted cover up of Iran Contra. Shultz also worked for LBJ. He is the former President of Bechtel. Bechtel is second only to Haliburton KBR in terms of war profiteering contracts. Shultz is still currently a board member of both Bechtel and its subsidiarity Fremont (formerly called Bechtel Investments). And you know who has tens of millions invested in Fremont? The Bin Laden Family.

Back to Kagan. Kagan is a member of the Aspen Institute. (Something Libby wrote to jailed Judith Miller about in code. Remember the leaves turning out West in Aspen bit) Now the Aspen Institute was founded by Walter Paepcke and his nephew William Nitze is currently a Chair and on the Board of Trustees for the Aspen Institute. William Nitze is the son of Paul Nitze who used to be the Secretary of the Navy from 63-67 and then Assistant Secretary of Defense. He pushed for an infamous bit of foreign policy called Operation Northwoods! This was a plan to crash drone airplanes supposedly full of Americans into buildings and blame it on Cuba.

So this nut’s son on the board of trustees and serves as a Chair for the Aspen Institute which his uncle founded and the co-founder of the Project for a New American Century, which also promoted false flags propaganda, and the principle writer of the lies that we know were regurgitated by the press to start a war with Iraq, is also a member. And Kagan is not the only one at Aspen either. Remember that it was Kagan, Libby, and Wolfowitz who compiled the PNAC paper which spoke of the need for a New Pearl Harbor and outlined a plan of Straussian imperialism where the ends justify the means. Do you want to know how deep the rabbit hole goes?

The Aspen Institute has something it calls the “Round Table” bastradizing the term from the fairytales, the Roundtable reads like a whose who of Neocons, Lynne Cheney, Paul Wolfowitz, Richard Perle etc… Perle (the Prince of Darkness) was the Defense Dapartment’s chairman of the DPB Defense Policy Board which obviously advocated war with Iraq. Serving with Perle on the DPG was fellow PNAC member Christopher Williams who is also a member of the Aspen Institute with Kagan.

On the Board of Trustees with Nitze is Clinton’s Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, as well as Michael Powell the former FCC director and son of former Secretary of state and mouth piece for Libby Colin Powell. Most notably on the BOT is Billionaire Michael Eisner who at the time of the Iraq war was the CEO of Disney which owns ABC. On Disney’s board of directors sits John E. Bryson who also happens to be on the board of directors of Boeing which invested $20 billion into Richard Perle’s equity firm. Boeing then is offered a deal worth $30 billion (May 2003) to supply the empire with 100 military tanker plane. The deal was approved by Pete Aldrige Jr on his very last day in office as the Chief weapons buyer at the pentagon. On top of that Perle’s Defense Policy Board Advisory Committee consisted an MIC check list with ultra Neocons like Herny Kissinger and Kagan’s and Betchel’s good buddy George P. Shultz as well as yet another Aspen Institute Strategy group member Eliot Cohen. Cohen, a professor and director at the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at Johns Hopkins University. Guess who they named that after…. Paul Nitze, the Northwoods man. Sick isn’t. Oh there is a lot more but it’s just over kill.

I can talk till I am blue in the face but it doesn’t matter. We got people too interested in chasing down some Illuminati Jesuit masonic weather controlling German death cult to pay attention to facts we can prove and real people with names and positions we can deal with. I know there are certain people that want to make money and sell Armageddons hype Orwellian videos but I just don’t see the point in the sensationalism, it is bad enough how it really is. 911 was an Israeli false flag and the Iraq war was a Zionist/MIC sell that used 911 as a launching pad. I mean the same psychos who wrote about false flags in the past and each pre-war lies were the ones selling the war and who were on the 911 commission.

How one could make a film about 911 and not say anything about Israel is beyond me. One would have to intentionally avoid it. Some 911 films have even been misleading, mentioning PNAC without telling the origins and then dropping some big names like Cheney and Rumsfeld who actually didn’t write one word of any of the PNAC papers. But I will leave that for the disinformation section. Don’t get me wrong, those two guys are the scum of the earth, but let’s be clear on who did what. Cheney had a central role in abetting the Mossad by personally having the authority to command NORAD moved to his position prior to 911, so that he could personally make NORAD stand down and assure that the planes hit their targets. And yes a plane DID hit the pentagon. I don’t want to argue here about that or get accused of dividing the movement, but you can see that here. This really should not be where our focus is as we already have much stronger evidence about the WTC towers. There is no motive to use a missile, why not just drop the plane? And before you say pilots could not make that kind of flight, let me remind you many of the said hijackers were found alive. So that part of the argument is pointless. They were never on those planes, they were flown by remote control via ultra Zionist Dov S. Zakheim. (another PNAC founder).

A lot of people know a little about PNAC, but very few people have taken a hard look at its origins. PNAC was a spin off from the American Enterprise Institute, and 100% of the members are Zionists. People have also gotten confused between the actual authors and people who just signed their letters. Rumsfeld for example is not part of the special in-group as its chairman William Kristol revealed, ironically on the Colbert report. PNAC was co-authored by the same people who have been caught lying about the Iraq War’s pre-invasion intelligence. We are talking about only around 38 people who helped fabricate evidence and pass it off to the president and journalists (and in some cases fake journalists like Gannon). PNAC’s ideas and statements stem from Israeli policy papers. And PNAC’s papers are comprised by Israeli citizens who are connected to every major Zionists group on earth. The war in Iraq and control over energy resources ect is all lined out in Israel’s A Clean Break: A New Strategy for Securing the Realm” which was written by Richard Perle and Douglas Feith. That is just one of many papers this little blood for money cabal cranked out. The IASPS (Institute for Advanced Strategic and Political Science) also wrote a paper called the Afghan Vortex a year before the invasion. Note also that the US had troops already in place set to invade Afghanistan before 911.

One principle PNAC author was Paul Wolofawitz. In 1992 Paul Wolfowitz wrote the Defense Planning Guidance, with his former Student Lewis Libby:

The Weapons of Mass Destruction claim is important because it was the legal reason for the invasion. If they were complying with UN resolution 1441 then the US did not have grounds to invade. please go here and listen to my Feb 10th radio interview which outlines more background on that as well as the sanctions which helped starve half a million people. Allow that statistic to sink in. 500,000 people mostly children starved to death. Can you comprehend the horror of that? It gets worse, but that is an extra tangent for now.

Paul Wolfowitz presented an open letter to Bill Clinton on January 26, 1998 where the opening lines clearly state the desire to go to war with Iraq. “Wolfowitz urged Clinton to recognize a provisional [Iraqi] government headed by the Iraqi National Congress under Chalabi.” Wow sound familiar? This would is what would later become PNAC’s doctrine and US foreign policy.

Later in 2000 PNAC released what is normally referred to as the document more of you are familiar with which is commonly but mistakenly just called “PNAC” and that was PNAC’s magnum opus, the paper, “Rebuilding America’s Defenses: Strategies, Forces and Resources for a New Century” This is the paper stating the infamous lines about the need for a New Pearl Harbor. The bulk of the document however is about going to war with Iraq. It reiterates what this same dirty cabal had written for Israel’s Prime Minister (1996) Benjamin Netanyahu.

When Israeli intelligence on Iraq had been rejected by the CIA Wolfowitz created his own “Team B” to go over it and work scientifically backwards, that is they started with a conclusion and then set out to prove it by any means possible including just lying. Wolfowitz did not do this on his own, Lewis Libby, Douglas Feith and Richard Perle and others who have recently resigned and or are or have been caught up in criminal activity in the past, all took part. Interestingly, Ricahrd Perle and Wolfowitz both worked as aides to senator Henry “Scoop” Jackson. In 1970 while working for Jackson (A Democrat!) Perle was charged with two heinous acts, spying for the state of Israel and leaking information about the CIA in regards to its nuclear deterrent program, to Russia. Now keep that in mind because it is very important. It’s the very same things that have happening with AIPAC and the Plame Affair from under Perle and Feith’s offices. Perle is even part of the tax-exempt Henry Jackson Society. He is a trustee for the UACC (U.S.-Azerbaijin Chamber of Commerce) which worked with Blackwater to get troops in to Azerbaijan using the loop hole that they were not troops but “body guards.”

Boieng invested 20 Million in Trireme run by Richard Perle which was apporoved by Aldridge on his last day at the pentagon just before he took a job with Lockheed Martain. Jermy Scahill wrote:

 There are far too many different definitions given for it, and those definitions given vary in scope, depending on those organizations or their agendas thereof.  We now find ourselves having to define terrorism every day for want of knowing what the media is talking about.  In the years prior to 9/11, the definition also included the use of the media to garner support, attention,  and sympathy to the terrorists’ views.  Today that part is missing.

The best definition I have found thus far, that fits with my recollection in anti-terror training in the 90s, is from the Britannica:

The reason people cannot consistently define terrorism, is because we are talking about fear.  Fear takes many forms and is expressed in many ways.  Among people there is no consistent formula to create or use fear.  For, there are different things that frighten different people.  Since the sources of fear are so varied, so too will be the definitions of a fear based word.

If we boil it down, we can say terror is a great or acute fear:  ‘The thought of spiders terrorized the girl each time, she descended to the basement.’   She feared spiders.  The spiders did not do anything to her, it was the girl’s thoughts of them that caused the terror.  To anyone else, she is irrational, for spiders are not fearsome.  Some people have a fear of being hungry, and some have an abject terror of needles and nearly faint in the doctors’ offices for that fear.   There are also cases of fear that are thoroughly justified such as a rapidly raised hand of a man that causes a woman to inexplicably flinch is indicative of a woman who had learned that fear based reaction to previous incidences of physical abuse.

Sometimes there is a group fear.  A great example of a group fear is that of Friday the 13th. A cursory investigation of the fear of that day will reveal the association is from the event on Friday the 13th   October 1307, and the betrayal and murder of Templars and the beginning of a campaign of institutional torture of those Templars.  This and other negative associations with the number 13 have caused much of the Western or English speaking societies a fear.  That fear of 13 is not present in other countries, such as Japan, where there, their  ‘unlucky’ or number to be feared is 7.  Another example is that of rough and tough Marines going absolutely ballistic if a person brings peaches or apricots on board a tracked or treaded vehicle.

Regardless of the rationale of peoples fear, real or imagined, fear can cause just as varied reactions as the causes of fear.  With all the varieties of fear, it is not difficult to understand why all the different definitions of terrorism exists.  And now that we understand that, we can address the forced or programmed definition of fear.

What was the first response you felt?  Was it fear?  Was it revulsion, which is closely related to fear?

There are many reactions to this term ‘nine eleven’ today.  Many have an initial jolt of fear even 10 years after the incident that took down the WTC, but not as many as there used to be.  Terrorists are blamed for the incident.  But for the present fear that infects the social consciousness, who is benefiting and who is causing that present fear?  The government who gets to pass more laws and taxes that suck the joy of life out of the people, is benefiting.  And the mainstream media who generate sales and ad money from the blaring headlines, yeah, they are benefiting also.   With this use of terror in the headlines, that show the government and the media working hand in glove, they get to assert their will over the populace in the nation and in some cases, throughout the world.

When I was a girl, my father used to threaten us with the phrase:  “If you don’t straighten up, I am going to sell you to the gypsies.   Apparently gypsies did something one time that in later times people would refer to it as if it were common knowledge.  Anyway, other families will tell their misbehaving children, the ‘boogeyman is going to get you’.  This act is actually a form of terrorism, “to create fear” as Britannica pointed out.  Violence is not always necessary to create fear, it is the threat of violence that can be just as effective.  So too are the supposedly alternative media heads that would scare us so much we are tempted to live the rest of our days in a cave, cowering and defecating ourselves in fear of the government boogeyman; but that part is left for another article for another day.

So with all of that said.  I must ask, why are the media pounding 9/11 into our heads?  Why is the U.S. Government coming out with all these alerts of ‘possible’ terrorist activities.  Even in the Patriot Community and in the Truther Community, there are so many headlines barking about 9/11.  I was talking on the phone yesterday with Chris Geo, and I thanked him for not talking about 9/11, as I am so stinking tired of hearing it.  My reaction every time I hear 9/11, is a sigh and turning my head away from the speaker.  Like whenever I used to see fat-assed Sally Struthers begging for food money for the children on TV and I would immediately feel disgust and hit that channel change button on the remote control faster than free fall of building WTC7.

Do not misunderstand.  The victims of that day and their families, have my deepest sympathy.  The troops who have been sent to their needless deaths, and their families have my sympathy.  Know that on that day I was also alarmed and scrambling on the phone and the internet to find a loved one who may have been harmed.  However, the use of the terms associated with that fateful day, utterly disgust me.  The media and the US government have become like tank topped, beer bellied, spittle crusted beater who terrorizes his family.  They continue to nag us to death with the dangers, real or otherwise, and quite frankly when a person tries to play mind games on me, I simply shut down.  This constant barrage of 9/11 is making me shut down to it.  I am almost getting as jaded to it as I am about the holocaust.  Not quite though.  As I know that the latter is much fabricated.  Where the former is much fabricated to the source of the terror, rather than the existence of the crime.

I am resolved to pay no more attention to the topic of 9/11.  That is, until I see Dick Cheney hanging from the gallows, like the U.S. did to Saddam Hussein [wpvideo 11KFzdRv] . And  only when Dick Cheney is hanging for his crimes, then will I know that justice is alive.

But the cymbals of the mainstream media do keep clanging about the 9/11 terror that many of us are now turning a deaf ear to it.  Those of us who have researched and know who the true perpetrators of that infamous crime, we want to see all those real criminals tried and punished for their roles.  Oh and not a one of them is wearing a thaub, so if you see the government or media accusing or chasing down a person wearing one, you know that it is sheer propaganda for the sake of murdering another person.

I WANT JUSTICE!  I HAVE RIGHTEOUS INDIGNATION FOR WHAT HAPPENED THAT LED UP TO 9/11 AND FOR THE CRIMES THAT OCCURRED THEREAFTER!  UNTIL I SEE THE REAL CRIMINALS PROSECUTED FOR IT, I AM SICK OF HEARING ABOUT 9/11 AND TERRORISM!
