Don’t think of it as the federal government but as your “federal family.”

In a Category 4 torrent of official communications during the approach and aftermath of Hurricane Irene, the Federal Emergency Management Agency has repeatedly used the phrase “federal family” when describing the Obama administration’s response to the storm.

The Obama administration didn’t invent the phrase but has taken it to new heights.

“Under the direction of President Obama and Secretary Janet Napolitano, the entire federal family is leaning forward to support our state, tribal and territorial partners along the East Coast,” a FEMA news release declared Friday as Irene churned toward landfall.

The G-word — “government” — has been nearly banished, with FEMA instead referring to federal, state and local “partners” as well as “offices” and “personnel.”

“’Government’ is such a dirty word right now,” says Florida State University communication professor Davis Houck. “Part of what the federal government does and any elected official does is change the terms of the language game into terms that are favorable to them.”

“Family” can evoke favorable thoughts of motherhood and security. But it can also conjure images of Big Brother and organized crime.

The phrase “federal family” has been used in connection with FEMA at least as far back as 1999.

In this interview, Kenney states that FEMA was deployed to New York on Monday night, September 10th, to be ready to go into action on Tuesday morning, September 11th.

Kenney: “We’re currently one of the first teams that was deployed to support the city of New York for this disaster. We arrived on late Monday night, and went into action on Tuesday morning. And not until today did we get a full opportunity to work the entire site.”

Needless to say, this recording caused quite a stir. The official reaction was Kenney was simply confused about the dates.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency has said it did not have urban search and rescue teams in place in New York City prior to the Sept. 11 attacks, contrary to an Internet-based rumor alleging otherwise. … FEMA officials said Kenney, in the heat of the moment, misstated his team’s arrival date. However, on the recording Kenney is complaining about not getting full access to the site until “today”. Kenney talks about a Monday, a Tuesday, and “today”. That’s three days.

Ifthe above recording was made on Wednesday, September 12th as claimed, then the explanation that Kenney was simply confused about the days doesn’t work, because there is one more day than can be accounted for.

Some news sources went to great lengths to dismiss Kenney’s remarks…

Information provided through FOIA requests … show that FEMA had no personnel in place Sept. 10, 2001 – the day before Sept. 11, 2001 – which would have suggested the agency had prior knowledge of the terrorist attacks.”This interview [with Tom Kenney] took place sometime on the 13th, two full days after all hell had broken loose,” [Devvy Kidd - former head of the now-defunct Wallace Institute] said, noting that she has an audio copy of Rather’s interview. “Kenney sounds winded on the audio as if he had been exerting himself. It is more than likely Kenney, having worked virtually nonstop since his arrival in NYC, had his days run together, and his statement simply came out wrong.” [WorldNetDaily 11/27/02]

Did Rudy say something wrong?

“… the reason Pier 92 was selected as a command center was because on the next day, on September 12, Pier 92 was going to have a drill, it had hundreds of people here, from FEMA, from the Federal Government, from the State, from the State Emergency Management Office, and they were getting ready for a drill for biochemical attack. So that was gonna be the place they were going to have the drill. The equipment was already there, so we were able to establish a command center there, within three days, that was two and a half to three times bigger than the command center that we had lost at 7 World Trade Center. And it was from there that the rest of the search and rescue effort was completed.”

Major questions exist as to why FEMA would deny being in New York City prior to 9/11 without mentioning the 9/12 bioterror drill. These questions must now be addressed as the initial suspicions of those who learned of the Tom Kenney statement have been clearly validated. The coincidental presence of a large FEMA team in NYC at the location, Pier 92, which became the Command Center for the entire emergency operation is disturbing. An alert press and a legitimate 9-11 Commission should have raised this issue long ago. [Scoop]

Maj. Gen. Michael Walsh has given the order to move barges carrying 265 tons of explosives upriver in Kentucky from Hickman to Wickliffe, putting them in position to blow the Birds Point levee in Mississippi County, Mo. But corps officials said the general has yet to decide whether he will blow the levee and will re-evaluate the situation Sunday.

“We are moving the barges to Wickliffe, Ky., and they are going to hold there,” spokesman Jim Pogue said. “We’re essentially at 24 hours out of operating the floodway, but essentially in a holding plan.”

Walsh, a top commander at the Corps, has decided to move to the next step in the process, but Pogue said it was not indicative of whether Walsh was leaning toward fully activating the plan, which would divert floodwaters through approximately 130,000 acres of spillway mostly in Mississippi County.

The exercise was to be based on National Planning Scenario 1 which simulates a nuclear detonation in a U.S. city. However, recent political pressure has led to the exercise being “scaled back” according to the Washington Post, Christian Science Monitor and a variety of other publications. The woman concerned about “FEMA Camps” who was arrested outside a military base in July 2009 and reportedly held for a “psych exam” was released on bail a few days later. Nancy Genovese of Quogue was arrested in the summer of 2009 outside an Air National Guard base at Gabreski Airport in Westhampton. [See my initial report at PrisonPlanet.com, "Armed Woman Reportedly Concerned About FEMA CAMPS Arrested In N.Y., Sent For Psych Exam"]. Genovese, who is described by conflicting media reports as both age 49 and 53 at the time of her arrest, was interviewed at her home after being bailed out of jail and had initially said the arrest was a misunderstanding.

At the time of her arrest, local news 27east.com reported that Genovese “had an XM-15 assault rifle and a shotgun—both registered and unloaded—in her car, and an estimated 500 rounds of ammunition in her trunk.” Ms. Genovese, who said “a chill went down her spine” when asked if she had any ties to Al Qaeda, faced a possible three months in jail if convicted.

The Suffolk County District Attorney’s office eventually dropped the third-degree criminal trespassing charges in November 2009 but a spokesman defended the arrest, saying “The Sheriff’s Department did what they thought they had to do to protect public safety.”

Genovese has filed two lawsuits, against Southampton Town and Suffolk County New York seeking unspecified compensation and punitive damages. She says Suffolk County Sheriff’s Department called her a “right-wing extremist”, questioned her for eight hours without a attorney, and didn’t tell her she was under arrest until 2 a.m. July 31st. She also alleges an off-duty Southampton Town Police officer initially approached her outside the Air Force Base, took her camera, searched her car without a warrant and seized her two guns unlawfully. 27East.com reports that according to Genovese, FBI and Homeland Security officers questioned her for six hours on the roadside before she was taken to the Sheriff’s station at midnight. Genovese, a mother of three who said she took the photos for a website she planned to make supporting the troops, was quoted as saying “They made the biggest scene you could ever imagine…I can’t believe this was done…They destroyed my name in one night, everything I worked hard for.”

Genovese is reportedly a Glenn Beck fan. Beck, four days after her arrest, ran a segment in which he implored Americans not to become violent and said only a crazy person would progress to using a gun, adding “just one lunatic, like Timothy McVeigh, could ruin everything that everyone has worked so hard for, because these people in Washington won’t pass up the use of an emergency.

Genovese’s myspace page, which lists her as “Female 101 years old East Coast U S A United States” indicates her Last Login was on 3/5/2010. An NGenovese also has a twitter account with 120 followers. The account notes “This person has protected their tweets…You need to send a request before you can start following this person”.
Suffolk County Court records online do not currently show any court minutes with Nancy Genovese listed.

This extrajudicial execution of human beings constitutes a grave violation of international human rights law and, under certain circumstances, can also constitute a war crime under the Four Geneva Conventions of 1949. In addition, the extrajudicial execution of U.S. citizens by the United States government also violates the Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution mandating that no person “be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.”

The U.S. Government has now established a “death list” for U.S. citizens abroad akin to those established by Latin American dictatorships during their so-called “dirty wars.” The Bush Administration reduced the United States of America to a Banana Republic waging a “dirty war” around the world in gross violation of international law, human rights law, and the laws of war. It is only a matter of time before the United States government will establish a similar “death list” targeting U.S. citizens living here at home. As someone who used to teach Constitutional Law, President Obama knows better.

My Adventure In Georgia – To see What is Real and What is Not – I went to a “FEMA” camp – Coffins AND Georgia Guidestones in One Day!

We have all heard about the FEMA camps, the Georgia Coffins AND the Georgia Guidestones (well lots of us, have heard about them before). We have seen pictures on the internet and have read all kinds of things about them.

I wanted to check these out for myself. I was visiting someone in Georgia, so I thought it would be a Great time to look into all of the internet claims and conspiracy theories. The person I was visiting was Totally up for it too. We felt like kids, our first ever spy type adventure. We met a friend for lunch and she wanted to join in on the adventure also. The three of us women, set out in 2 cars to tour Georgia and the conspiracies surrounding the FEMA camps, coffins and Guidestones.

We started out wanting to check out the FEMA camp claims at Fort Gillem in Forest Park, Georgia (an out skirt of Atlanta). Fort Gillem is listed as being a FEMA camp on various sites.

Before we went, we completely checked out the area with Google Earth – to see what rail lines were by it and if there were any suspicious looking things around it. We spotted what looked like could be “trailers/trains” on Google adjoining the base, so we wrote down that information and planned our adventure by going around the perimeter of the base. Including into a housing development, where the back yards ended at the fencing for the base.

We went to the “trailer” area first. It ended up being a bust for us, nothing there, but regular company containers for shipping. We did see a deer grazing within the base. We then went to the other side of the base, into the housing development. The houses were older ones and there seemed to be quite a few abandoned ones at that. Knowing from the Google map, we were directly at the spot on the other side of the fence, which the FEMA camp area is claimed to be.

I spotted an abandoned house – got out of the car and went around the back of the house to see if I could see anything inside Fort Gillem. I did not see anything but woods on the other side, BUT a few houses down (occupied houses) there seemed to be a building inside the fence with a chimney, it looked new. My friend took a picture for me (too bad – I didn’t check before leaving the area) – the picture is not a close up and you really can’t tell there is a beige building with a chimney from it.

My findings are completely inconclusive on Fort Gillem being a FEMA camp. I saw no real evidence of that, by going around the perimeter of it.

Our next stop on our adventure were the infamous Georgia Coffins, located in Madison Georgia. It is about 50 miles from Atlanta on I-20. They are located, right off the highway. I have seen many pictures of them before – but I found there to be MANY more than what I have seen on the internet previously.

One guy did pass us on his bike, he seemed to work at the business next door to them. He casually passed by saying “those are grave liners”. That didn’t go over well with a friend there, who had no clue of them before having lunch with us! She kept saying “did you hear what he said?”. I would just say “Yep”, very casually – as I already knew what they were.

A few men walked down the road towards us – about 5 different ones at various times while we were there. They would pass by us, but stare while they were doing so. Once or twice we stood in front of our license plates so they could not be seen too easily. But of course – when I drove the car all the way to the end of them, I had to turn around for my license plate to be seen by all who may have been looking out from the buildings.

I have great pictures and a short youtube video of the coffins.

Our Next Stop was about 80 miles away from the coffins, we were traveling through small country roads to get to the Infamous Georgia Guidestones! I was really excited about seeing them. Since the Georgia Guidestones is what so many conspiracies are based on, because of them saying only 500,000 million people were to live on the Earth and controlled births.

The Guidestones are the foundation of what people believe is happening with the Swine Flu and Vaccines coming soon. The fact the Guidestones ultimately say – that 5 1/2 billion people need to die, for the Earth to be set correctly in balance with nature. The Balancing with Nature is repeated twice at the end.

After an almost 2 hour drive from the coffins to the Guidestones – as I rounded the last curve anxious to see them, my breath was taken away and I literally Gasped! They were completely impressive out in the middle of no where to be standing there in a small grass cut field. The fields all around the Guidestones are overgrown fields with weeds. Yet the stones stand magnificiently in the middle of it all. I do not approve of what they say, but they ARE very impressive and beautiful architectually. The sun was beginning to go down in the West, so I was able to take some photos with great shadows of the Guidestones stretching out tall across the grass.
The Words on the Georgia Guidestone repeated over in different languages on each side of the large pillars are as follow:

Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature.
Guide reproduction wisely – improving fitness and diversity.
Unite humanity with a living new language.
Rule passion – faith – tradition – and all things with tempered reason.
Protect people and nations with fair laws and just courts.
Let all nations rule internally resolving external disputes in a world court.
Avoid petty laws and useless officials.
Balance personal rights with social duties.
Prize truth – beauty – love – seeking harmony with the infinite.
Be not a cancer on the earth – Leave room for nature – Leave room for nature.

I have no idea what the hole through the middle stone is about – it does go up at an angle through the stone and faces North. Also the center square hole goes from East to West through the center stone. People have defaced the stones. In one way, it is sad they are defaced, but in another way – it is good, because of what they say. Now that I have seen them in person, they are a sight to behold out in the middle of nowhere and very regal looking.

I would like to know, who pays to have the grass cut. It was very manicured and well kept around the Guidestones. What is interesting is, it looked like the huge stone slab explaining the guidestones and in the ground, has been dug out from around it. Is that from the people that keep the place manicured or is it from vandals trying to dig out the stone? Will we ever find out who R.C. Christian is, who originally had them built for a group of “concerned citizens”?

So, in conclusion, the FEMA camp investigation was a bust, I found no proof of one at Fort Gillem (though I could not get inside the base to check it out completely). I found the coffins and there are more there now, then I have seen before in pictures. The Guidestones are impressive – especially the way they rise out in the middle of nowhere. I do not like or agree with what they say at all!

I will hunt more FEMA camp locations, to discover if any are manned or real. Until I see one for myself, I will question if there are really lots of locations around the country set up to hold people in mass. I know the National Guard are now looking for “Relocation Specialist”, and have seen what looks like one in a youtube video. I still want to see one for myself.

If I find one, I will put it up here and all the information about it.

I just remembered and thought it Odd – on my way to Atlanta I had come across various military vehicles going towards Atlanta – ALSO – the day we were on our way to the Coffins – a whole line of Military Swat/Riot Type Vehicles were heading towards Atlanta. I just wanted to add that information here.

CONCENTRATION CAMPS IN US: ARE THEY REAL?

A bill introduced on Jan. 22 of this year “to direct the Secretary of Homeland Security to establish national emergency centers on military installations,” as the text of HR 645 actually states as its central purpose, could conceivably be geared toward creating what many Americans have feared in recent years—detention centers, or concentration camps, on American soil.

These fears are more acute these days due to the imploding economy, swine flu scares and other fear factors—real, imagined or concocted—that could lead to food runs, bank runs, and other signs of civil unrest that may spark a government crackdown.

FILMMAKER DISCUSSES FEMA CAMPS IN US

Thus, AMERICAN FREE PRESS, in dealing with an issue that includes speculation and unverified sightings of these detention facilities, takes a cautious approach to monitor this issue. AFP obtained a copy of HR 645 and determined that the bill had just two cosponsors as of July 13. On Feb. 6 it was referred to the House Subcommittee on Terrorism, Unconventional Threats and Capabilities. It apparently has not moved.

So, the bill’s status regarding potential passage appears to be nearly “dead in the water,” but there is much more to this subject than HR 645, whose sponsor is U.S. Rep. Alcee Hastings, a Florida Democrat whose career has been mired in controversy and wrongdoing. Regardless of its status, the bill’s text reads like it’s mainly about emergency recovery for first responders, various other local, state and federal personnel and the general public—although the Defense and Homeland Security secretaries, not just emergency management agencies, are directly involved in decisionmaking. The bill calls for “not fewer than six national emergency centers on military installations,” which would be located in designated Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) regions. The bill specifies “a preference for designation of closed military installations.”

There are many of these since a special panel, the Base Realignment and Closure Commission, began to close bases when the “ColdWar” with the USSR ended.

The bill also states it would provide for creating facilities “capable of hosting the infrastructure necessary to rapidly adjust to temporary housing, medical and humanitarian assistance needs. . . .”

But whenever closed military installations are not available, the bill’s wording says that the secretaries of Defense and Homeland Security “shall jointly designate portions of existing military installations . . . as national emergency centers.”

Notably, the use of former military bases, or parts of operational ones, is what many observers say is apparent when they venture out to view U.S. detention facilities that reportedly have already been built, HR 645 notwithstanding. Martial law could be right around the corner, some fear, pointing to 15 executive orders that—if ever implemented—would give the federal government control over all communications, food, transportation and almost everything else imaginable. Thus, the big picture regarding this issue is disturbing, but also is unclear. A lengthy list of about 800 alleged detention centers/concentration camps has circulated on the Internet for several years. AFP west coast correspondent Anthony Hilder, an author and filmmaker, said in March 2009 (see AFP news video posted at American-FreePress.net) that a Russian-made film, Concentration Camps in America, claims to have solid proof that such camps are a reality and are sitting empty, awaiting some sort of major civil breakdown—be it another terrorist attack or mass influx of illegal aliens—that would justify a limited or full-scale use of such facilities, many of which are said to have guard towers, barbwire, various barracks and other menacing surroundings.

Hilder himself said that, of the places on the list, perhaps 40 percent are actual camps, in his estimation.

In the Midwest, for example, the list of camps includes everything from a former hospital across from the Crown Point, Indiana county jail—the hospital is reportedly 80 percent vacant and is thought to be a Federal EmergencyManagementAgency holding facility—to the highly scrutinized former Amtrak repair facility in Marion County, Indiana near Indianapolis, where the rail lines, the high razor-wire fencing, the huge vacant buildings, color-coded zones allegedly designed for processing incoming people, helicopter landing pads and other physical features suggest to observers that this is among the largest detention centers in the continental United States.

Another large facility is claimed to be in Alaska at, or near, Elmendorf Air Force Base, near Anchorage, with a capacity of 500,000. The biggest of them all is said to be just outside of Fairbanks, which is described as having a capacity for 2 million people, with mental health facilities.

AFP will continue probing this subject while checking out facilities across the nation.

Interestingly, HR 645’s sponsor, Rep. Hastings, is a former federal judge who is one of only six judges ever to be impeached by the U.S. Congress—which is no small distinction in a nation where federal impeachment efforts rarely get past first base. Previously a practicing attorney, Hastings spent 10 years as a federal judge until 1989 but was impeached, convicted and removed from office for corruption and perjury. “He was the sixth federal judge to be impeached and removed from office in American history,” hisWikipedia online profile states. The 23rd District Democrat, first elected to the U.S. House in 1992 and never seriously challenged for his seat since then, was impeached for some early shenanigans that caught up with him. Back in 1981, he was charged with accepting a $150,000 bribe in exchange for a lenient sentence and the return of seized assets for 21 racketeering counts against Frank and Thomas Romano. Hastings also was charged with perjury in his testimony about the case. So in 1988, the Democraticcontrolled House took up the case, and Hastings was impeached for bribery and perjury by a resounding vote of 413-3. He was then convicted by the Senate in 1989.

Prior to his impeachment, he was acquitted by the jury in the Romano case after his alleged co-conspirator, William Borders, refused to testify in court (resulting in a jail sentence for Borders).

EXECUTIVE ORDERS EXPAND POWERS OF FEMAEXECUTIVE ORDER 12148 created the Federal Emergency Management Agency that is to interface with the Department of Defense for civil defense planning and funding.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 12656 appointed the National Security Council as the principal body that should consider emergency powers. This allows the government to increase domestic intelligence and surveillance of U.S. citizens and restrict the freedom of movement within the United States of civilians and grant the government the right to isolate large groups of civilians. The National Guard could be federalized to seal all borders and take control of U.S. air space and entry ports.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990 allows the government to take over all transportation.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995 allows the government to seize and control the communication media.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997 allows the government to take over all fuel depots and power plants.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into federal work brigades.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002 designates the postmaster general to run a national registration.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including ones in the commercial service.

The New York Post ran an article August 1st entitled ‘GUN NUT’ BUSTED AT BASE, which begins

“A Long Island mother of three — armed to the teeth with an assault rifle and shotgun — was arrested for scouting out and taking pictures of an Air National Guard base in the Hamptons, authorities said.”

The article goes on to allege that Nancy Genovese was “trespassing outside the Gabreskie Airport ANG facility Thursday night, and Homeland Security and the FBI are also investigating”.

This begs the question, how is she ‘trespassing’ if she was outside the base? Is this another case of “it’s illegal to film” government buildings? The woman was then held for a “psychiatric examination” after she allegedly went “berserk” in court. On first guess, I would bet that a forced mental health hold may be enough under their ‘law’ to be used as a pretext to seize her guns. Sheriff Joseph Caracappa is quoted in the article saying they guns are “registered”, but “scary” weapons, despite the fact that there are no laws requiring gun “registration”.

It’s very amusing, and perhaps cautionary, what a quick 2 second google search can reveal. I searched Nancy Genovese fema camps and came up with the following myspace blog:

Assuming from first glance that this GENOVESE is indeed the same NANCY GENOVESE who was arrested in New York, her blog reveals that she watches Glenn Beck and still seems to be somewhat stuck in a left- right paradigm. The keywords “Genovese, McCain, Palin” are listed at the top of her blog. She is very anti-Obama, which I consider a good thing; she is for capitalism, is anti-corruption, and pro-constitution. Once of her most recent blogs was about a boycott of MSNBC, ABC, CBS, NBC, and CNN (Fox was noticably missing form her boycott post). She wrote “These networks are biased leftwing organizations”.

She blogs about FEMA camps, military drills, and details how FEMA called her at her home recently. She also posted an interesting story of her recent interaction with an abusive police officer who grabbed her arm and shouted to her that “THERE IS NO MORE CONSTITUTION”. Her posts are usually very long, but they reveal a peek into the mindset of a woman fighting the good fight.

Officer screams in my face, “There is no more Constitution!!” I have to admit, if it were not for this video, posted on youtube.com, 2 years ago, I would have done anything this police officer demanded. He threatened me with jail, and more. But I viewed this video a few weeks ago; someone sent it out in a bulletin. I recommend all of you to take the 45 minutes to view it. I have shown it to my three teens and some of their friends. It’s not boring and the kids’ sat through the entire thing. As I was being threatened by the police officer, I remembered this video and what my rights were and I used them. This is an amazing story, skipping over much of the details; my concern is; why how could, this police officer, after losing his professional conduct and his temper, scream at me “there is no more Constitution.”ï¿½ The above statement worries me, about the real condition of this country, and the fate of our constitution and our constitutional rights, more than anything. This was one hell of a long two days. I had a landlord tenant issue that went on, today, and continued to the next day. My Tenant was avoiding me for 2 days, didn’t pay his rent, completely out of character for this guy. Something was very wrong. My tenant arrives, he had been drinking heavily, also out of character, (well maybe not, he is in AA) and he was behind the wheel of a van. My tenant told me he was moving out. I asked him to return tomorrow, sober, to pick up his things. End result, my tenant phoned the police. The officer arrived, I took out my files, I showed him all the docs I had. These docs were in proper order, explaining official use of the home between my tenant and myself. Nothing about the tenant having use of storage is mentioned. The officer kept insisting he wanted to go, with my tenant, into my house. Also they wanted access into the area where the tenant said had some boxes stored. I told the officer I would not allow him to go into the storage area. I didn’t do anything illegal. The officer insisted I open the outside door and let him go into the storage room and my house, which is on a different floor. I just kept saying “no, sir, you have no warrant. I know my rights.” This went on for hours. I gave the same answers for hours. I insisted the officer needed a warrant; he had no right to enter my house, or my storage area. There was lots of screaming from the officer, and my tenant, screaming commands, demands, and so on. The police officer wanted to intimidate me and my teenagers. The police officer took me by the arm and told me I was under arrest. I knew I didn’t do anything and stood my ground. I didn’t say a word; I walked towards his police car, as he held my arm. I think he expected me to be upset, in tears, begging to let me change my mind and open the storage door for him. Nope, I knew he had no reason to arrest me. This is MY house. He HAD no warrant. I didn’t have to unlock the door and I didn’t have to LET THE OFFICER IN MY HOUSE WITHOUT A WARRANT. He had no reason to get a warrant either. I have to admit, the officer was totally taken back by the fact that I would not let him in my home without a warrant or that I didn’t get the least bit upset as he was pretending to arrest me. I remained calm. This officer was in my face, nose to nose over and over again, threatening to put me in jail, again, unless I opened my door for him. He asked my two sons to open the door for him; they gave the reply, “NO”. The officer became so unprofessional, because we were not intimidated by his demands, his temper tantrums, his screaming and his treats to take me off to jail. Please view the above video for future reference, just in case. I know I would have caved in to this police officers demands if I had not seen that video, called; “BUSTED: The Citizen’s Guide to Surviving Police Encounters”; No, sir, you may not enter my home without a search warrant,”; (over and over again.) I don’t submit to a search, I do not have to speak to you. Remaining calm, I told the officer, over and over again, “This is private property, it’s posted, this is a private road, I want you to leave my property, and you do not have a warrant. This is my house. I do not have to open my door in any part of my house to let you in. I know my constitutional rights!!”ï¿½ Well”ï¿½ this is when the police officer lost it completely and screamed in my face, ” “There is no more Constitution.”ï¿½ Can you imagine this? How could these words roll off his tongue so easily, in a fit of rage? Is he being trained for the day he can say these words and mean them? My two boys were as floored as I was. My one son took me by the arm as I felt myself fill with horror! I felt my face drain; I was shocked, my eyes lit up and I gasped for air! My boys knew exactly what it meant to me to hear the police officer to say “there is no more Constitution,” simply adds more truth to all we have been reading about our country and our rights taken away from us on a daily basis. I have been reading and showing my teens the videos regarding these topics, their Constitutional Rights. If marshal law is imposed, there is a possibility of the government freezing the constitution, the bill of rights. I read some of the info to the kids often and it paid off tonight. The boys were clam, confident even in the face of a screaming officer. I was so proud of my two boys, doing the same thing, giving the officer the same answer, over and over again. I believe most people would have given in to his demands, especially after the officer grabbed my arm and told me I was under arrest. I can’t believe I had the nerve to follow what I learned in this video, and I can’t believe it worked. Several times the officer called for backup. We remained calm, we repeated ourselves, regarding the officer demanding entry into the house. The three of us even replied in harmony, all at once to the officer’s demands to enter the house, “No, you need a warrant.”ï¿½ Just remember, OUR constitutional rights still work FOR us! Even today, with all we have going on in America, our Rights are still there for US to use, IF we know how to use them. Don’t believe everything the police tell you. They will lie through their teeth to get what they want at that moment, and then lie again later when you complain to their supervisors. My last words to the officer (a town cop) were;I do not submit to searches, I do not have to speak to you, I do not want to speak to you, this is private property, this is a private road, get off my property, NOW!!! We went inside the house, locked the door and they all left my property. I was not under arrest, he lied, I never did get arrested for anything, I did nothing wrong. This cop was simply bulling me and I used, what I learned in the above video, for the strength and knowledge, to stand up to him. Putting out this video is the only thing I can say thanks to the ACLU for. Remember the police are there to do a job and that job is NOT to be your friend.

Are you ready for the violent overthrow of the United States federal government? The federal government is. Do you wonder why? Well, wonder no more. The greatest depression is just barely started, and all federal plans are intended to deepen and prolong the crushing economic disaster. How many of our 320 million population will have to be homeless or starving before the riots reduce this country to a rubble-strewn war zone?

Now consider this: The concentration camps [see video] were built years ago because the riots were planned and engineered. The 20-26 million Mexican refugees, the open Mexican border, and the hideous banking practices were necessary to precipitate the housing bubble, the collapse, and the subsequent riots. Economic pressures are forcing states to open their prison doors. That should provide the final sparks needed to begin the conflagration.

Concentration camps are ready in every state

Plagued with 411,000 home foreclosures, California hasn’t been able to pay its bills for weeks. Other states and cities have no idea where the money for their budget gaps is coming from. In neighboring Arizona, where at least one copper mine and its town are closing, foreclosures have reached nearly 99,000 homes. Kansas is bankrupt. In Michigan, the median price of a house in Detroit has fallen to $7,500.

Now that America is bankrupt from coast to coast, this would be an ideal time to stop pretending that most Americans are liable for an income tax. Permanently dismantle that beast, and turn Americans loose to rediscover the incentive they once had to produce and save. Americans don’t need a bailout; they need to keep 100 percent of their income, to save and spend as they see fit, free of government coercion.

The news that Texas officials are working on contingency plans to deal with a sudden influx of illegal aliens following a collapse of the Mexican government has sparked fears that FEMA detention camps, the expansion of which is the subject of current legislation in Congress, are being readied to detain thousands of illegals as well as American citizens.

According to an Elpaso TImes report, “Texas officials are working on a plan to respond to a potential collapse of the Mexican government and the specter of thousands fleeing north in fear for their lives after recent reports indicated the country could be on the verge of chaos.”

“You hope for the best, plan for the worst,” Katherine Cesinger, spokeswoman for Gov. Rick Perry, said last week. “At this point, we’ve got a contingency plan that’s in development.”

Texas Homeland Security Director Steve McCraw stated that a “preliminary plan” was in place that dealt only with “law enforcement concerns” and did not address “humanitarian needs”.

Such a plan is likely to include designated internment locations, including “national emergency centers” to be located on military installations for the purpose of to providing “temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to an emergency or major disaster,” the expansion of which under FEMA is codified under HR 645, otherwise known as the National Emergency Centers Act.

Is Obama preparing to send dissenters to prisoner camps?

As a rule, I do not engage in this sort of this speculation. But seeing the way things are going here, it does sound a bit plausible.

Within the last few weeks since Americans witnessed the transition between a Bush Administration to an Obama Administration, some conservatives have noticed an escalation in using the US military and military-style tactics to deal with “national security concerns.” Such actions include use of army troops within US borders and the building of camps designed to house and control American citizens.

For example, in January immediately following the inauguration of President Barack Hussein Obama, Newswithview.com dispatched a reporter to participate in a US Department of Defense press conference.

Armed Forces Press Service representative Donna Miles reported to news reporters, bloggers and Internet journalists that troops from the 3rd Infantry Division’s 1st Brigade Combat Team were deployed to the Naval facility located in Indian Head, Maryland. Their assignment was allegedly to get hands-on training in skills they could depend on to provide “support during a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or high-yield explosive incident, known here as a CBRNE.

It is a interesting report indeed. I mean, I am not totally sold in the idea, but it reeks of the Alex Jones type of nonsense. But, Obama is a far lefty, his birth certificate has still not been released. He does seem be to a far left socialist. I mean, it could be plausible. What is the harm in asking the question?

It may be easy to find fault with the premise of this article. You may even know of numerous sites that are not used as camps. But the plain fact remains that the USA maintains illegal prisons around the world. It remains a secret only to imbeciles in the US. The rest of the world knows for certain that it’s quite real.

The way things are going in the US, it’s not a matter of if, but when these underused facilities come online to serve the master — otherwise known as Moloch. Most likely, not many Japanese in the US doubt the premise of this article. And for Jews in Europe during the Holocaust, the article must hit a hard note.

So, what makes you think it can’t happen here?

There over 800 prison camps in the United States, all fully operational and ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by full-time guards, but they are all empty. These camps are to be operated by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law need to be implemented in the United States and all it would take is a presidential signature on a proclamation and the attorney general’s signature on a warrant to which a list of names is attached. Ask yourself if you really want to be on Ashcroft’s list. The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a “mass exodus” of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84 allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into prisons.

Operation Cable Splicer and Garden Plot are the two sub programs which will be implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated for its proper purpose. Garden Plot is the program to control the population. Cable Splicer is the program for an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by the federal government. FEMA is the executive arm of the coming police state and thus will head up all operations. The Presidential Executive Orders already listed on the Federal Register also are part of the legal framework for this operation.

The camps all have railroad facilities as well as roads leading to and from the detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. The majority of the camps can house a population of 20,000 prisoners. Currently, the largest of these facilities is just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. The Alaskan facility is a massive mental health facility and can hold approximately 2 million people.

Avon Park – Air Force gunnery range, Avon Park has an on-base “correctional facility” which was a former WWII detention camp. Camp Krome – DoJ detention/interrogation center, Rex 84 facility Eglin AFB – This base is over 30 miles long, from Pensacola to Hwy 331 in De Funiak Springs. High capacity facility, presently manned and populated with some prisoners. Pensacola – Federal Prison Camp Everglades – It is believed that a facility may be carved out of the wilds here.

GEORGIA

Ft. Benning – Located east of Columbus near Alabama state line. Rex 84 site – Prisoners brought in via Lawson Army airfield. Ft. Mc Pherson – US Force Command – Multiple reports that this will be the national headquarters and coordinating center for foreign/UN troop movement and detainee collection. Ft. Gordon – West of Augusta – No information at this time. Unadilla – Dooly County – Manned, staffed FEMA prison on route 230, no prisoners. Zion Rd approximately 5.7 miles south of Camilla. Unmanned – no prisoners, no staff. Hawkinsville – Wilcox County; Five miles east of town, fully manned and staffed but no prisoners. Located on fire road 100/Upper River Road Abbeville – South of Hawkinsville on US route 129; south of town off route 280 near Ocmulgee River. FEMA facility is staffed but without prisoners. McRae – Telfair County – 1.5 miles west of McRae on Hwy 134 (8th St). Facility is on Irwinton Avenue off 8th St., manned & staffed – no prisoners. Fort Gillem – South side of Atlanta – FEMA designated detention facility. Fort Stewart – Savannah area – FEMA designated detention facility

HAWAII

Halawa Heights area – Crematory facility located in hills above city. Area is marked as a state department of health laboratory. Barbers Point NAS – There are several military areas that could be equipped for detention / deportation. Honolulu – Detention transfer facility at the Honolulu airport similar in construction to the one in.Oklahoma (pentagon-shaped building where airplanes can taxi up to).

IDAHO

Minidoka/Jerome Counties – WWII Japanese-American internment facility possibly under renovation. Clearwater National Forest – Near Lolo Pass – Just miles from the Montana state line near Moose Creek, this unmanned facility is reported to have a nearby airfield. Wilderness areas – Possible location. No data.

ILLINOIS

Marseilles – Located on the Illinois River off Interstate 80 on Hwy 6. It is a relatively small facility with a cap of 1400 prisoners. Though it is small it is designed like prison facilities with barred windows, but the real smoking gun is the presence of military vehicles. Being located on the Illinois River it is possible that prisoners will be brought in by water as well as by road and air. This facility is approximately 75 miles west of Chicago. National Guard training area nearby. Scott AFB – Barbed wire prisoner enclosure reported to exist just off-base. More info needed, as another facility on-base is believed to exist. Pekin – This Federal satellite prison camp is also on the Illinois River, just south of Peoria. It supplements the federal penitentiary in Marion, which is equipped to handle additional population outside on the grounds. Chanute AFB – Rantoul, near Champaign/Urbana – This closed base had WWII – era barracks that were condemned and torn down, but the medical facility was upgraded and additional fencing put up in the area. More info needed. Marion – Federal Penitentiary and satellite prison camp inside Crab Orchard Nat’l Wildlife Refuge. Manned, staffed, populated fully. Greenfield – Two federal correctional “satellite prison camps” serving Marion – populated as above. Shawnee National Forest – Pope County – This area has seen heavy traffic of foreign military equipment and troops via Illinois Central Railroad, which runs through the area. Suspected location is unknown, but may be close to Vienna and Shawnee correctional centers, located 6 mi. west of Dixon Springs. Savanna Army Depot – NW area of state on Mississippi River. Lincoln, Sheridan, Menard, Pontiac, Galesburg – State prison facilities equipped for major expansion and close or adjacent to highways & railroad tracks. Kankakee – Abandoned industrial area on west side of town (Rt.17 & Main) designated as FEMA detention site. Equipped with water tower, incinerator, a small train yard behind it and the rear of the facility is surrounded by barbed wire facing inwards.

INDIANA

Indianapolis / Marion County – Amtrak railcar repair facility (closed); controversial site of a major alleged detention / processing center. Although some sources state that this site is a “red herring”, photographic and video evidence suggests otherwise. This large facility contains large 3-4 inch gas mains to large furnaces (crematoria??), helicopter landing pads, railheads for prisoners, Red/Blue/Green zones for classifying/processing incoming personnel, one-way turnstiles, barracks, towers, high fences with razor wire, etc. Personnel with government clearance who are friendly to the patriot movement took a guided tour of the facility to confirm this site. This site is located next to a closed refrigeration plant facility. Ft. Benjamin Harrison – Located in the northeast part of Indianapolis, this base has been decommissioned from “active” use but portions are still ideally converted to hold detainees. Helicopter landing areas still exist for prisoners to be brought in by air, land & rail. Crown Point – Across street from county jail, former hospital. One wing presently being used for county work-release program, 80% of facility still unused. Possible FEMA detention center or holding facility. Camp Atterbury – Facility is converted to hold prisoners and boasts two active compounds presently configured for minimum security detainees. Located just west of Interstate 65 near Edinburgh, south of Indianapolis. Terre Haute – Federal Correctional Institution, Satellite prison camp and death facility. Equipped with crematoria reported to have a capacity of 3,000 people a day. FEMA designated facility located here. Fort Wayne – This city located in Northeast Indiana has a FEMA designated detention facility, accessible by air, road and nearby rail. Kingsbury – This “closed” military base is adjacent to a state fish & wildlife preserve. Part of the base is converted to an industrial park, but the southern portion of this property is still used. It is bordered on the south by railroad, and is staffed with some foreign-speaking UN troops. A local police officer who was hunting and camping close to the base in the game preserve was accosted, roughed up, and warned by the English-speaking unit commander to stay away from the area. It was suggested to the officer that the welfare of his family would depend on his “silence”. Located just southeast of LaPorte. Jasper-Pulaski Wildlife Area – Youth Corrections farm located here. Facility is “closed”, but is still staffed and being “renovated”. Total capacity unknown. Grissom AFB – This closed airbase still handles a lot of traffic, and has a “state-owned” prison compound on the southern part of the facility.

UNICOR

Jefferson Proving Grounds – Southern Indiana – This facility was an active base with test firing occuring daily. Portions of the base have been opened to create an industrial park, but other areas are still highly restricted. A camp is believed to be located “downrange”. Facility is equipped with an airfield and has a nearby rail line. Newport – Army Depot – VX nerve gas storage facility. Secret meetings were held here in 1998 regarding the addition of the Kankakee River watershed to the Heritage Rivers Initiative. Hammond – large enclosure identified in FEMA-designated city.

Leavenworth – US Marshal’s Fed Holding Facility, US Penitentiary, Federal Prison Camp, McConnell Air Force Base. Federal death penalty facility. Concordia – WWII German POW camp used to exist at this location but there is no facility there at this time. Ft. Riley – Just north of Interstate 70, airport, near city of Manhattan. El Dorado – Federal prison converted into forced-labor camp, UNICOR industries. Topeka – 80 acres has been converted into a temporary holding camp.

KENTUCKY

Ashland – Federal prison camp in Eastern Kentucky near the Ohio River. Louisville – FEMA detention facility, located near restricted area US naval ordnance plant. Military airfield located at facility, which is on south side of city. Lexington – FEMA detention facility, National Guard base with adjacent airport facility. Manchester – Federal prison camp located inside Dan Boone National Forest. Ft. Knox – Detention center, possibly located near Salt River, in restricted area of base. Local patriots advise that black Special Forces & UN gray helicopters are occasionally seen in area. Land Between the Lakes – This area was declared a UN biosphere and is an ideal geographic location for detention facilities. Area is an isthmus extending out from Tennessee, between Lake Barkley on the east and Kentucky Lake on the west. Just scant miles from Fort Campbell in Tennessee.

LOUISIANA

Ft. Polk – This is a main base for UN troops & personnel, and a training center for the disarmament of America. Livingston – WWII German/Italian internment camp being renovated?; halfway between Baton Rouge and Hammond, several miles north of Interstate 12. Oakdale – Located on US route 165 about 50 miles south of Alexandria; two federal detention centers just southeast of Fort Polk.

MAINE

Houlton – WWII German internment camp in Northern Maine, off US Route 1.

MARYLAND, and DC

Ft. Meade – Halfway between the District of Criminals and Baltimore. Data needed. Ft. Detrick – Biological warfare center for the NWO, located in Frederick.

MASSACHUSETTS

Camp Edwards / Otis AFB – Cape Cod – This “inactive” base is being converted to hold many New Englander patriots. Capacity unknown. Ft. Devens – Active detention facility. More data needed.

MICHIGAN

Camp Grayling – Michigan Nat’l Guard base has several confirmed detention camps, classic setup with high fences, razor wire, etc. Guard towers are very well-built, sturdy. Multiple compounds within larger enclosures. Facility deep within forest area. Sawyer AFB – Upper Peninsula – south of Marquette – No data available. Bay City – Classic enclosure with guard towers, high fence, and close to shipping port on Saginaw Bay, which connects to Lake Huron. Could be a deportation point to overseas via St. Lawrence Seaway. Southwest – possibly Berrien County – FEMA detention center. Lansing – FEMA detention facility.

Richards-Gebaur AFB – located in Grandview, near K.C.MO. A very large internment facility has been built on this base, and all base personnel are restricted from coming near it. Ft. Leonard Wood – Situated in the middle of Mark Twain National Forest in Pulaski County. This site has been known for some UN training, also home to the US Army Urban Warfare Training school “Stem Village”. Warsaw – Unconfirmed report of a large concentration camp facility.

MONTANA

Malmstrom AFB – UN aircraft groups stationed here, and possibly a detention facility.

NEBRASKA

Scottsbluff – WWII German POW camp (renovated?). Northwest, Northeast corners of state – FEMA detention facilities – more data needed. South Central part of state – Many old WWII sites – some may be renovated.

NEVADA

Elko – Ten miles south of town. Wells – Camp is located in the O’Niel basin area, 40 miles north of Wells, past Thousand Springs, west off Hwy 93 for 25 miles. Pershing County – Camp is located at I-80 mile marker 112, south side of the highway, about a mile back on the county road and then just off the road about 3/4mi. Winnemucca – Battle Mountain area – at the base of the mountains. Nellis Air Force Range – Northwest from Las Vegas on Route 95. Nellis AFB is just north of Las Vegas on Hwy 604. Stillwater Naval Air Station – east of Reno . No additional data.

NEW HAMPSHIRE / VERMONT

NEW JERSEY

Ft. Dix / McGuire AFB – Possible deportation point for detainees. Lots of pictures taken of detention compounds and posted on Internet, this camp is well-known. Facility is now complete and ready for occupancy.

NEW MEXICO

Ft. Bliss – This base actually straddles Texas state line. Just south of Alomogordo, Ft. Bliss has thousands of acres for people who refuse to go with the “New Order”. Holloman AFB (Alomogordo)- Home of the German Luftwaffe in Amerika; major UN base. New facility being built on this base, according to recent visitors. Many former USAF buildings have been torn down by the busy and rapidly growing German military force located here. Fort Stanton – currently being used as a youth detention facility approximately 35 miles north of Ruidoso, New Mexico. Not a great deal of information concerning the Lordsburg location. White Sands Missile Range – Currently being used as a storage facility for United Nations vehicles and equipment. Observers have seen this material brought in on the Whitesands rail spur in Oro Grande New Mexico about thirty miles from the Texas, New Mexico Border.

Ft. Drum – two compounds: Rex 84 detention camp and FEMA detention facility. Albany – FEMA detention facility. Otisville – Federal correctional facility, near Middletown. Buffalo – FEMA detention facility.

NORTH CAROLINA

Camp Lejeune / New River Marine Airfield – facility has renovated, occupied WWII detention compounds and “mock city” that closely resembles Anytown, USA. Fort Bragg – Special Warfare Training Center. Renovated WWII detention facility. Andrews – Federal experiment in putting a small town under siege. Began with the search/ hunt for survivalist Eric Rudolph. No persons were allowed in or out of town without federal permission and travel through town was highly restricted. Most residents compelled to stay in their homes. Unregistered Baptist pastor from Indiana visiting Andrews affirmed these facts.

NORTH DAKOTA

Minot AFB – Home of UN air group. More data needed on facility.

OHIO

Camp Perry – Site renovated; once used as a POW camp to house German and Italian prisoners of WWII. Some tar paper covered huts built for housing these prisoners are still standing. Recently, the construction of multiple 200-man barracks have replaced most of the huts.

Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus – FEMA detention facilities. Data needed. Lima – FEMA detention facility. Another facility located in/near old stone quarry near Interstate 75. Railroad access to property, fences etc.

OKLAHOMA

Tinker AFB (OKC) – All base personnel are prohibited from going near civilian detention area, which is under constant guard. Will Rogers World Airport – FEMA’s main processing center for west of the Mississippi. All personnel are kept out of the security zone. OREGON

Sheridan – Federal prison satellite camp northwest of Salem. Josephine County – WWII Japanese internment camp ready for renovation.

PENNSYLVANIA

Allenwood – Federal prison camp located south of Williamsport on the Susquehanna River. It has a current inmate population of 300, and is identified by William Pabst as having a capacity in excess of 15,000 on 400 acres.

Indiantown Gap Military Reservation – located north of Harrisburg. Used for WWII POW camp and renovated by Jimmy Carter. Was used to hold Cubans during Mariel boat lift.

Camp Hill – State prison close to Army depot. Lots of room, located in Camp Hill, Pa. New Cumberland Army Depot – on the Susquehanna River, located off Interstate 83 and Interstate 76.

Schuylkill Haven – Federal prison camp, north of Reading.

SOUTH CAROLINA

TENNESSEE

Ft. Campbell – Next to Land Between the Lakes; adjacent to airfield and US Alt. 41.

Millington – Federal prison camp next door to Memphis Naval Air Station.

Crossville – Site of WWII German / Italian prison camp is renovated; completed barracks and behind the camp in the woods is a training facility with high tight ropes and a rappelling deck.

Nashville – There are two buildings built on State property that are definitely built to hold prisoners. They are identical buildings – side by side on Old Briley Parkway. High barbed wire fence that curves inward.

TEXAS

Austin – Robert Mueller Municipal airport has detention areas inside hangars.

Bastrop – Prison and military vehicle motor pool.

Eden – 1500 bed privately run federal center. Currently holds illegal aliens.

Ft. Hood (Killeen) – Newly built concentration camp, with towers, barbed wire etc., just like the one featured in the movie Amerika. Mock city for NWO shock- force training. Some footage of this area was used in “Waco: A New Revelation” Reese AFB (Lubbock) – FEMA designated detention facility.

Sheppard AFB – in Wichita Falls just south of Ft. Sill, OK. FEMA designated detention facility.

North Dallas – near Carrolton – water treatment plant, close to interstate and railroad.

Mexia – East of Waco 33mi.; WWII German facility may be renovated.

Amarillo – FEMA designated detention facility

Ft. Bliss (El Paso) – Extensive renovation of buildings and from what patriots have been able to see, many of these buildings that are being renovated are being surrounded by razor wire.

Beaumont / Port Arthur area – hundreds of acres of federal camps already built on large-scale detention camp design, complete with the double rows of chain link fencing with razor type concertina wire on top of each row. Some (but not all) of these facilities are currently being used for low-risk state prisoners who require a minimum of supervision.

Ft. Worth – Federal prison under construction on the site of Carswell AFB.

UTAH

Millard County – Central Utah – WWII Japanese camp. (Renovated?)

Ft. Douglas – This “inactive” military reservation has a renovated WWII concentration camp. Migratory Bird Refuge – West of Brigham City – contains a WWII internment camp that was built before the game preserve was established.

Cedar City – east of city – no data available. Wendover – WWII internment camp may be renovated.

Skull Valley – southwestern Camp William property – east of the old bombing range. Camp was accidentally discovered by a man and his son who were rabbit hunting; they were discovered and apprehended. SW of Tooele.

VIRGINIA

Ft. A.P. Hill (Fredericksburg) – Rex 84 / FEMA facility. Estimated capacity 45,000.

Petersburg – Federal satellite prison camp, south of Richmond.

WEST VIRGINIA

Beckley – Alderson – Lewisburg – Former WWII detention camps that are now converted into active federal prison complexes capable of holding several times their current populations. Alderson is presently a women’s federal reformatory.

Morgantown – Federal prison camp located in northern WV; just north of Kingwood.

Mill Creek – FEMA detention facility.

Kingwood – Newly built detention camp at Camp Dawson Army Reservation. More data needed on Camp Dawson.

WASHINGTON

Seattle/Tacoma – SeaTac Airport: fully operational federal transfer center

Okanogan County – Borders Canada and is a site for a massive concentration camp capable of holding hundreds of thousands of people for slave labor. This is probably one of the locations that will be used to hold hard core patriots who will be held captive for the rest of their lives.

Sand Point Naval Station – Seattle – FEMA detention center used actively during the 1999 WTO protests to classify prisoners.

Ft. Lewis / McChord AFB – near Tacoma – This is one of several sites that may be used to ship prisoners overseas for slave labor.

WISCONSIN

Ft. McCoy – Rex 84 facility with several complete interment compounds.

Oxford – Central part of state – Federal prison & satellite camp and FEMA detention facility.

WYOMING

Heart Mountain – Park County N. of Cody – WWII Japanese interment camp ready for renovation.

Laramie – FEMA detention facility

Southwest – near Lyman – FEMA detention facility

East Yellowstone – Manned internment facility – Investigating patriots were apprehended by European soldiers speaking in an unknown language. Federal government assumed custody of the persons and arranged their release.

OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE UNITED STATES

There are many other locations not listed above that are worthy of consideration as a possible detention camp site, but due to space limitations and the time needed to verify, could not be included here. Virtually all military reservations, posts, bases, stations, & depots can be considered highly suspect (because it is “federal” land). Also fitting this category are “Regional Airports” and “International Airports” which also fall under federal jurisdiction and have limited-access areas. Mental hospitals, closed hospitals & nursing homes, closed military bases, wildlife refuges, state prisons, toxic waste dumps, hotels and other areas all have varying degrees of potential for being a detention camp area. The likelihood of a site being suspect increases with transportation access to the site, including airports/airstrips, railheads, navigable waterways & ports, interstate and US highways. Some facilities are “disguised” as industrial or commercial properties, camouflaged or even wholly contained inside large buildings (Indianapolis) or factories. Many inner-city buildings left vacant during the de-industrialization of America have been quietly acquired and held, sometimes retrofitted for their new uses.

CANADA

Our Canadian friends tell us that virtually all Canadian military bases, especially those north of the 50th Parallel, are all set up with concentration camps. Not even half of these can be listed, but here are a few sites with the massive land space to handle any population:

Suffield CFB – just north of Medicine Hat, less than 60 miles from the USA.

Primrose Lake Air Range – 70 miles northeast of Edmonton.

Wainwright CFB – halfway between Medicine Hat and Primrose Lake.

Ft. Nelson – Northernmost point on the BC Railway line.

Ft. McPherson – Very cold territory ~ NW Territories. Ft. Providence – Located on Great Slave Lake. Halifax – Nova Scotia. Dept. of National Defense reserve…. And others.

OVERSEAS LOCATIONS

Guayanabo, Puerto Rico – Federal prison camp facility. Capacity unknown.

Guantanamo Bay, Cuba – US Marine Corps Base – Presently home to 30,000 Mariel Cubans and 40,000 Albanians. Total capacity unknown.

U.S. Concentration Camps: FEMA and the REX 84 Program

There over 600 prison camps in the United States, all fully operational and ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by full-time guards, but they are all empty. These camps are to be operated by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law need to be implemented in the United States.

The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a mass exodus of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84 allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into prisons.

A person named Terry Kings wrote an article on his discoveries of camps located in southern California. His findings are as follows: Over the last couple months several of us have investigated three soon-to-be prison camps in the Southern California area. We had heard about these sites and wanted to see them for ourselves.

The first one we observed was in Palmdale, California. It is not operating as a prison at the moment but is masquerading as part of a water facility. Now why would there be a facility of this nature out in the middle of nowhere with absolutely no prisoners? The fences that run for miles around this large facility all point inward, and there are large mounds of dirt and dry moat surrounding the central area so the inside area is not visible from the road. There are 3 large loading docks facing the entrance that can be observed from the road. What are these massive docks going to be loading?

We observed white vans patrolling the area and one came out and greeted us with a friendly wave and followed us until we had driven safely beyond the area. What would have happened had we decided to enter the open gate or ask questions?

This facility is across the street from the Palmdale Water Department. The area around the Water Department has fences pointing outward, to keep people out of this dangerous area so as not to drown. Yet, across the street, the fences all point inward. Why? To keep people in? What people? Who are going to be it’s occupants?

There are also signs posted every 50 feet stating: State of California Trespassing Loitering Forbidden By Law Section 555 California Penal Code.

The sign at the entrance says: Pearblossom Operations and Maintenance Subcenter Receiving Department, 34534 116th Street East. There is also a guard shack located at the entrance.

We didn’t venture into this facility, but did circle around it to see if there was anything else visible from the road. We saw miles of fences with the top points all directed inward. There is a railroad track that runs next to the perimeter of this fenced area. The loading docks are large enough to hold railroad cars.

I wonder what they are planning for this facility? They could easily fit 100,000 people in this area. And who would the occupants be?

Another site is located in Brand Park in Glendale. There are newly constructed fences (all outfitted with new wiring that point inward). The fences surround a dry reservoir. There are also new buildings situated in the area. We questioned the idea that there were four armed military personnel walking the park. Since when does a public park need armed guards?

A third site visited was in the San Fernando Valley, adjacent to the Water District. Again, the area around the actual Water District had fences logically pointing out (to keep people out of the dangerous area). And the rest of the adjacent area which went on for several miles was ringed with fences and barbed wire facing inward (to keep what or who in?) Also, interesting was the fact that the addition to the tops of the fences were fairly new as to not even contain any sign of rust on them. Within the grounds was a huge building that the guard said was a training range for policemen. There were newly constructed roads, new gray military looking buildings, and a landing strip. For what? Police cars were constantly patrolling the several mile perimeter of the area.

From the parking lot of the Odyssey Restaurant a better view could be taken of the area that was hidden from site from the highway. There was an area that contained about 100 black boxes that looked like railroad cars. We had heard that loads of railroad cars have been manufactured in Oregon outfitted with shackles. Would these be of that nature? From our position it was hard to determine.

In searching the Internet, I have discovered that there are about 600 of these prison sites around the country (and more literally popping up overnight do they work all night). They are manned, but yet do not contain prisoners. Why do they need all these non-operating prisons? What are they waiting for? We continuously hear that our current prisons are overcrowded and they are releasing prisoners because of this situation. But what about all these facilities? What are they really for? Why are there armed guards yet no one to protect themselves against? And what is going to be the kick-off point to put these facilities into operation?

What would bring about a situation that would call into effect the need for these new prison facilities? A man-made or natural catastrophe? An earthquake, panic due to Y2K, a massive poisoning, a panic of such dimensions to cause nationwide panic?

Once a major disaster occurs (whether it is a real event or manufactured event does not matter) Martial Law is hurriedly put in place and we are all in the hands of the government agencies (FEMA) who thus portray themselves as our protectors. Yet what happens when we question those in authority and how they are taking away all of our freedoms? Will we be the ones detained in these camp sites? And who are they going to round up? Those with guns? Those who ask questions? Those that want to know what’s really going on? Does that include any of us? The seekers of truth?

When first coming across this information I was in a state of total denial. How could this be? I believed our country was free, and always felt a sense of comfort in knowing that as long as we didn’t hurt others in observing our freedom we were left to ourselves. Ideally we treated everyone with respect and honored their uniqueness and hoped that others did likewise.

It took an intensive year of searching into the hidden politics to discover that we are as free as we believe we are. If we are in denial, we don’t see the signs that are staring at us, but keep our minds turned off and busy with all the mundane affairs of daily life.

We just don’t care enough to find out the real truth, and settle for the hand-fed stories that come our way over the major media sources television, radio, newspaper, and magazines. But it’s too late to turn back to the days of blindfolds and hiding our heads in the sand because the reality is becoming very clear. The time is fast approaching when we will be the ones asking “What happened to our freedom? To our free speech? To our right to protect ourselves and our family? To think as an individual? To express ourselves in whatever way we wish?”

Once we challenge that freedom we find out how free we really are. How many are willing to take up that challenge? Very few indeed, otherwise we wouldn’t find ourselves in the situation that we are in at the present time. We wouldn’t have let things progress and get out of the hands of the public and into the hands of those that seek to keep us under their control no matter what it takes, and that includes the use of force and detainment for those that ask the wrong questions.

Will asking questions be outlawed next? Several instances have recently been reported where those that were asking questions that came too near the untold truth (the cover up) were removed from the press conferences and from the public’s ear. Also, those that wanted to speak to the press were detained and either imprisoned, locked in a psychiatric hospital, slaughtered (through make-believe suicides) or discredited.

Why are we all in denial over these possibilities? Didn’t we hear about prison camps in Germany, and even in the United States during World War II? Japanese individuals were rounded up and placed in determent camps during the duration of the War. Where was their freedom?

You don’t think it could happen to you? Obviously those rounded up and killed didn’t think it could happen to them either. How could decent people have witnessed such atrocities and still said nothing? Are we going to do the same here as they cart off one by one those individuals who are taking a stand for the rights of the citizens as they expose the truth happening behind the scenes? Are we all going to sit there and wonder what happened to this country of ours? Where did we go wrong? How could we let it happen?

Pendleton, Leavenworth, Miramar Included as Possible New Home for 250 Detainees

The U.S. military has prepared a list of U.S. military bases that could be used to house as many as 250 detainees currently being held at the U.S. Naval base in Guantanamo Bay, military officials tell ABCNews.com.

The list — which includes Camp Pendleton in California, Fort Leavenworth in Kansas; the Marine Air Station in Miramar, California; and the U.S. Naval Consolidated Brig in South Carolina — has been circulated in a classified brief to members of Congress and was prepared by the Pentagon’s Joint Staff.

President-elect Barack Obama is expected to order that the Guantanamo Bay detainee facility be closed on his first day in office, officials say. Officials say it would take at least a year to prepare a new prison and transfer the detainees.

The preliminary list was based on cost, logistic, and security concerns, but the Department of Defense is expected to present a more comprehensive recommendation based on a variety of factors, according a military official.

Camp Pendleton was determined to be the least expensive option and officials say its vast 125,000 acre size would allow for a new prison to be built in an isolated and secure area.

60,000 Residents, Employees at Camp Pendleton

Camp Pendleton has a daytime population of 60,000, according to its website, including military personnel, their families and civilian employees.

Three San Diego county Congressmen have already voiced opposition to sending the terror detainees to Camp Pendleton.

Congressmen Duncan Hunter (R-CA), Brian Bilbray (R-CA) and Darrell Issa (R-CA) sent a letter Tuesday to Defense Secretary Robert Gates saying Camp Pendleton was too busy preparing Marines for combat.

“We feel that introducing Guantanamo Bay terrorist suspects would certainly negatively impact Camp Pendleton’s training and wartime missions,” the letter stated. “For those Marines serving in harm’s way they should now not have to worry about the safety of their families.”

A spokesperson for Hunter, a retired Marine combat veteran, said he had not been informed of the recommendation.

A spokesman for Senator Sam Brownback (R-KS) said that the Senator called Secretary Gates and Admiral Mullen earlier this week to convey his concerns about using Fort Leavenworth to house detainees..

Brownback, who was not briefed on this list, spoke out against the possible use of Leavenworth at Thursday’s confirmation hearings for Attorney General nominee Eric Holder.

“Fort Leavenworth does not want these detainees,” Brownback flatly told Holder. “If I could put it any clearer to you, I would. But they don’t want these detainees.”

Brownback said the use of Leavenworth to house prisoners would interfere with the primary mission of the base which is education.

“And if you hurt that by moving detainees to a place at Leavenworth that’s not fit anyway to move this, this is a big hit,” said Brownback. “And I would just plead you really to look at the specifics. “
