The Israel lobby and the Jewish kings

When people ask why Obama has capitulated to the prime minister of a tiny state– Bibi Netanyahu– various theories are offered about Health care first, or the economy, or Afghanistan, or oil. Few say directly: Netanyahu feels invulnerable because of the Israel lobby in the U.S. As readers of this site know, I am a bull on this issue: I think the lobby has a tremendous amount of power. And all efforts to poohpooh its influence strike me as foolish until such time as the media address it openly and vigorously, as they do, say, the gun lobby. Once there’s information and sunshine, we can argue about its magnitude.

The difficulty is that you cannot be plain about this matter without addressing the idea of Jewish influence. Israelis are often more plain about this. Anshel Pfeffer wrote in Haaretz the other day, “the most significant joint endeavor of America’s Jews [is] six decades of unswerving support for the Israeli government of the day.” I.e., a hammerlock on U.S. policy. And last year at the NYPL, former Knesset speaker Avraham Burg described “two structures” built by Jews, one being Israel, the other “the semi-autonomous American Jewry, which was not here 150 years ago– powerful influence, access to the corridors of power, impact on the culture, and civilization… plus the infrastructure of the community of solidarity and fraternity and support system and education etc.”

Obama’s crumple cannot be explained without talking about that influence, and Obama’s/Rahm Emanuel’s fears for a second term. Some of this power is media/Establishment presence, to which I was long a personal witness. (And yes I wonder why Nina Totenberg referred to Emanuel as “Rahm” three times in a report last night on NPR.) Some of it is financial. As former AIPAC boss Tom Dine told Helena Cobban lately of a political epiphany he had on the Kennedy campaign in 1980: “[Jews] were the kings in every city!”

The Jews were kings because of money. As I insist on stating, more than half of the money in Democratic politics comes from Jews, the richest group by religion in the U.S. The two baronial families that lifted Barack Obama in Chicago, the Crowns and the Pritzkers, are both Jewish (and one, the Crowns, includes fire-and-brimstone Israel supporters; I am not sure about the Pritzkers).

Money is famously the mother’s milk of politics, and the money that the lobby directs is playing a huge role in limiting debate of Israel/Palestine in the U.S. What follows are several items. The first three are from the recent J Street conference, which prompted this post. The later items are recycled:

–If you look at Video 5 here from J Street, at Minute 48 or so, Congressman Bob Filner speaks openly about the financial threat to a politician in going against the Israel lobby. “Campaign contributions,” he explains, are the reason “why you get 400 votes for these measures” in support of Israel. “An economic weapon?” moderator Bob Franken ventures. “Of course,” Filner says, with feeling. “On the issue of Israel, people are taking positions that could lead to war on the basis of…’Am I going to get a campaign contribution?’… The dangerous thing here is that people are making decisions– you could have nuclear war in this whole world, and they’re making it on narrow political, parochial grounds.” [emphasis Weiss's]

What are those contributions worth? Filner says (at minute 25 or so) said that 10 years ago he voted against a resolution to condemn Khalid Muhammad, an associate of Louis Farrakhan who was making anti-Semitic speeches. Filner didn’t like what Muhammad was saying, but he felt that it wasn’t Congress’s place to condemn speech. “What about the First Amendment?” But only 10 people voted against it, Filner says. “You know you’re going to pay for that,” he was told by fellow congressmen. “Then I started getting all these calls. I’m not sure which organization was behind it.I will tell you… on that vote I lost about $250,000 an election cycle in contributions. That’s intimidating to most of my colleagues. That kind of money… is an intimidating factor. Not many people would stand up to it.”

–Also at J Street, Elissa Barrett, the executive director of the Progressive Jewish Alliance, in rationalizing her organization’s pitiful silence on Israel’s human rights record, said “we can’t be blase about our funders and how they stand with us.” She said that “PJA has lost funders around this.” Sad. Presumably she was referring to this type of lame statement in the midst of the Gaza war. This demonstrates that even in the leftleaning Jewish community, people are scared of the neoconservative shadow.

–Jonathan Chait of the New Republic warned J Street that because it was providing a forum for (mild) criticisms of Israel, a leading Democratic consultant had told him recently that he would have to advise political candidates to return contributions from the group.

–Back when Harvard professor Steve Walt co-authored his bombshell paper on the Israel lobby, Bernard Steinberg, director of Harvard’s Hillel center, brought up the money issue unprompted when I was interviewing him for the Nation: “I talked to someone in Harvard development and asked what the fallout had been, and he said, ‘It’s been seismic.’” Subsequently the New York Sun tried to maumau the Jewish benefactor of Walt’s chair at the school, Robert Belfer, and described “snowballing outrage from Harvard donors.

–When Lawrence Summers was forced out as Harvard’s president, Martin Peretz said it was out of “anti-Israel and even anti-Jewish animus” and threatened financial repercussions: “…[M]y own impression of wealthy alumni who were once my students is that Summers made them more generous… I know of at least three gifts in the $100 million range that were very likely to materialize and now are dicey.”

The UK is currently being run by a Masonic group who consider themselves untouchable. These people are often high end criminals who use their Freemasonry links to hide their illegal activities.

These untouchables include drug dealers, pimps, murderers, and gangsters. They have Masonic links to UK police and security services. For example, if a dirty job is required,the criminal gangs will happily carry it out allowing it to be completely deniable to security service and the police. In the event that the criminal gangs require a blind eye or even assistance, security services and the police are very happy to become involved.

In fact, I have specific evidence of the activities of these people and the line between untouchable criminals, MI5 and the police is often blurred: Police and MI5 acting as criminals for the criminals, criminals doing “Favours” for the police.
This level of corruption runs through the justice system, lawyers, politicians and much of local government.

The links these untouchables have enabled them to commit murder, drug trafficking, and any other heinous crime you can think of with the collusion of masonic police officers, judges, politicians and lawyers.

Ever so often in the UK a “special” police unit is set up to tackle police corruption. These units are allowed to continue as long as they do not uncover the truth. If they ever do, then they are shut down very quickly.
Once such unit based in London was set up to expose pedophile rings trafficking children. Senior people within this covert operation were very close to exposing a network that served important people and was operated by untouchables. The specialist police unit was immediately disbanded.

Some of these “Untouchables” operate with complete impunity. They have access to some of the most advanced technology and resources including equipment which is normally only available to secret service and special forces.

The willingness or obligation from officials at all levels to assist these people comes from two directions. The Freemasonry oath to help “Brothers” before anything else; and the fact that once you cross the line and help these people, you then become their property. These “Untouchables” with the right connections can call on assistance from the very top. When orders come through, those carrying out the dirty work will often believe they are just doing their job. This means these untouchable criminals can do anything and will tell you if you happen to become their target.
This network of senior freemasons is unknown to the lower ranks who willingly comply to orders.

The level of corruption has now reached a stage that they are willing to expose themselves to the public in the belief that they are completely untouchable. The Freemasonry untouchable criminals, corrupt police officers (not all of them) and security services are in for a suprise. The truth is coming out.

Maureen Spalek who’s video is at the bottom of the page was once married to an individual who told her openly that he was an untouchable high level Freemason. After a major disagreement and subsequent divorce her children were illegally taken after a visit to hospital for one of her children who was knocked over by a motor cycle in suspicious circumstances. The nurse involved wrote a report saying that Maureen was unstable and an unfit mother. The children were immediately taken in to care and very soon after adopted. Maureen has had independant reports stating that she is perfectly fit.

She decided to contact the nurse who made the report. However, the nurse was murdered before she could speak to her. An individual was convicted of the murder and sentenced. Maureen attempted to get a visiting pass to the prison in an attempt to find out if this person did murder the nurse and why. Before she could make the visit the prisoner was killed in prison. Maureen is recieving daily harrasment from Cheshire and Mersyside police organised through the untouchable masonic connections, she has also been the victim of corrupt judges and medical staff.

UK Security services, UK police and untouchable criminals attempted an illegal operation on Saturday 31st October 2009 in central London. The security services were used for surveillance and tracking of the victim, the untouchables planned to carry out a heinous crime and the police colluded by standing by once these people had done their work to take the victim of this high level organised masonic crime.

UK security services protect untouchables who organise and run a high level child trafficking ring for elite masonic groups who call themselves illuminati. Theses people will be called upon by security services to set a target up as a pedophile inorder to drive the target to suicide. This is probably the most hainus tactic of MI5 and clearly a target not wanting to allow these thugs to bring discrace on family and friends would have no option.

Police tracking techniques and the masonic stooges will be used to follow the target until he reaches a location then the team will swing in to action orchestrating a crime scene inorder to set up the target. Bribes will be paid to as many people as required inorder for them to carry out their crimes at any given location and they will often tell members of the public anything to get their agreement including labeling the target as a dangerous attacker when in fact the rouge elemenets of the security services and police combined with Freemason untouchables are the most dangerous people in society. There have been unsubstanciated claims that these groups participate in satanic ritual sacrifices, from what I have witnessed I can certanly not dismiss these claims.

ISTANBUL – After decades in charge, the club of rich, industrialised nations is fast losing sway as a share of global economic power shifts towards big developing countries.

That was a lesson of the Group of Seven’s meeting in Istanbul at the weekend, when the absence of China showed the G7 could no longer tackle the world’s economic problems on its own.

Finance ministers and central bank chiefs from the G7 implored China in a diplomatically worded statement to let the Chinese currency rise, as they have done for several years.

But China showed no sign of complying, and the G7 spent much of its time to discussing whether it should meet less often, with less pomp and perhaps with fewer public statements.

G7 statements have all too often “interested nobody because there’s no follow-up most of the time”, said Dominique Strauss-Kahn, the head of the International Monetary Fund.

Marco Annunziata, chief economist at UniCredit bank in London, said: “Istanbul is being seen by many as the G7’s swan song, before it relinquishes power.”

The G7’s weakness in Istanbul was a far cry from the status it enjoyed before the financial crisis of the past two years.

Founded in 1976 to bring together top financial officials of Britain, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan and the United States, the G7 guided world financial markets for decades.

In 2000, G7 central banks intervened in the foreign exchange market to boost the value of the euro off record lows.

Now, as the world emerges from the worst slump since the Great Depression, policymakers have once again to deal with imbalances in the global economy — but China is a major source of the trade imbalances, and it is not a member of the G7.

G20

As a result, world leaders decided in Pittsburgh last month that the larger Group of 20, which includes China, India and other big developing nations in addition to G7 countries, should become the premier forum for managing the global economy.

China seized on the Istanbul meeting to ram that point home in a commentary by the official Xinhua news agency.

“As emerging markets have substantially increased their weight in the global economy, especially after the subrprime crisis exploded, the G7 cannot effectively address international economic issues, and its replacement by the G20 conforms with the tide of history,” Xinhua said.

Before the Istanbul meeting, some G7 officials said the group might not bother to issue its customary policy communique. Tim Adams, a former U.S. Treasury undersecretary for international affairs who attended many G7 meetings, said there was speculation the G7 might even decide to shut itself down.

Those worst-case scenarios did not happen. Canada said it would host a G7 meeting next February, declaring that the group would continue to play a “pivotal role”.

By issuing a communique, the G7 kept alive its claim to have some jurisdiction over key areas of global economic policy, such as foreign exchange.

But Adams, now managing director at the Lindsey Group, a macroeconomic consultancy in the United States, said the G7’s image in the currency market had been somewhat compromised.

“To carry optimal weight and force, there has to be more than the G7 as part of the currency discussion,” he said.

“What we saw yesterday was the G7 commenting about exchange rate policy including China, but China was not at the table at those discussions. With an empowered G20, that kind of commentary looks a bit awkward.”

NEW ROLE

G7 officials did not reach concrete decisions in Istanbul on exactly how the group would continue operating and what role it would play.

But the common thread in comments from several officials was that the G7 should consider reinventing itself as a more informal forum which met less often to discuss important issues, including exchange rates.

“It might be better we meet more informally with less of an entourage,” said British finance minister Alistair Darling.

There was also talk that the G7 might be used to prepare for G20 meetings. Conceivably, it could become the focus of a rich nations’ faction within the G20.

“There is a long history of interactions among those individuals and those countries; there’s an infrastructure and relationships that were incredibly important in a time of crisis,” said Adams.

“So it’s worth keeping it around for some time, as a kind of subcommittee of like-minded interactive entities, until they figure out how the G20 is going to work on a more operational basis.”

One veteran G7 official, who declined to be named, remained sceptical.

UNITED NATIONS — Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva on Wednesday made a strong plea for a new world economic order in the wake of the global financial crisis.

“Because the global economy is interdependent, we are obliged to intervene across national borders and must therefore re-found the world economic order,” he said in a speech to the UN General Assembly.

Lula, who is to attend a summit of 20 leading developed and emerging economies hosted by US President Barack Obama in Pittsburgh later this week, reiterated his call for regulation of financial markets and an end to protectionism.

And he insisted anew that multilateral institutions such as the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank must become “more representative and democratic” to deal with complex problems such as overhauling the international monetary system.

“Poor and developing countries must increase their share of control in the IMF and the World Bank,” he said.

Turning to Brazil’s domestic situation, he said his country had now emerged from a brief recession.

“Our economy has regained its impetus and shows promise for 2010. Foreign trade is recovering vitality, the labor market is doing amazingly well and macro-economic equilibrium has been preserved,” he added.

Much of the turnaround in Latin America’s biggest economy has been thanks to buoyant domestic consumption, spurred by government tax breaks and incentives to boost car sales in the hard-hit auto industry, state credit for exporters and central bank interest rate cuts.

Lula also vowed that his country would do its share to roll back global warming and would present “precise alternatives and commitments” at the crucial Copenhagen conference in December which aims to seal a new climate deal to succeed the landmark Kyoto Protocol which expires in 2012.

And the Brazilian leader, whose country has been lobbying to become a permanent member of the UN Security Council, said that “the United Nations and its Security Council can no longer be run under the same structures imposed after the Second World War.”

The United States will urge world leaders this week to launch a new push in November to rebalance the world economy, but there are doubts national governments will bow to external advice.

A document outlining the U.S. position ahead of the September 24-25 Group of 20 summit in Pittsburgh said exporters, which include China, Germany and Japan, should consume more, while debtors like the United States ought to boost savings.

“The world will face anemic growth if adjustments in one part of the global economy are not matched by offsetting adjustments in other parts,” said the document, which was obtained by Reuters on Monday.

The framework drafted by U.S. policy makers foresaw analysis of G20 members’ economic policies by the International Monetary Fund to figure out if they were consistent with better balanced growth.

“We call on our finance ministers to launch the new framework by November,” the document said, signaling a determined effort to maintain momentum for change created by last year’s global financial crisis.

The United States envisages the IMF playing a central role in a process of “mutual assessment” by making policy recommendations to the G20 every six months.

Finance ministers and central bankers from the G20 countries are due to meet November 7-8 in Scotland.

European Central Bank President Jean-Claude Trichet said persuading Europe, the United States and China to accept IMF advice on economic policy may be difficult. In the past, many countries have ignored suggestions the IMF dished out in regular reviews.

Trichet told French newspaper Le Monde the G20 had made progress on reforms to make the financial system more stable after the crisis.

“The most difficult question is still open: Europe, America, China, are they ready to modify their macroeconomic policies in the future — by following the advice of the IMF and under pressure from their peers, for the common good, and world economic stability?” he said in the piece on Monday.

G7 sources told Reuters there was a renewed determination to cooperate because the crisis had driven home the interconnected nature of the global system. That said, governments would not allow themselves to be told what to do.

“We can’t get to a situation where any country is giving up its own decision-making,” said one source, who spoke on the condition of anonymity.

Germany, a major exporter to the United States, was singled out on Sunday by U.S. President Barack Obama as a country that, like China, exports a lot but does not buy much back.

But a top European Union official said that the euro zone, where 16 countries share a common currency, had to act as a collective.

“It is difficult to think about one country without taking into consideration what is the impact in the euro area,” European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso told reporters in New York.

Taxpayer money to the tune of $5 trillion has been pumped into the world economy to keep it from seizing up since the beginning of the crisis last September.

G20 leaders will maintain that pace of stimulus while acknowledging that at some point it will have to be wound down, the document said.

But, mindful of how a disorderly rush to raise interest rates could roil world markets again, they will also ask finance ministers to thrash out a “transparent and credible” exit strategy.

There were no details of how to achieve this in practice, but the document echoed the caution of G20 finance ministers at their meeting in London earlier this month acknowledging the pace of change would vary by country.

Simon Johnson, a former chief economist at the IMF, warned there was a risk the Pittsburgh summit would be an empty public relations exercise.

“The point of the meetings is to try to reassure themselves and everyone else that they’re broadly on track and have a round of applause and some back patting,” he said.

But John Bruton, the EU ambassador to Washington, said it was important not to ignore the summit’s symbolic power.

“I think we’re seeing the beginning of a conversation between world leaders,” he told Reuters in an interview.

In 1894, a French artillery captain, Alfred Dreyfus, was falsely accused of passing secrets to the Germans. A Jew, he seemed to confirm the belief that Jews, led by Baron Edmund de Rothschild, constituted a fifth column and undermined French independence and culture.

Dreyfus was publicly stripped of his commission and given a life sentence at Devil’s Island where he was put in leg irons. Throughout his trial and imprisonment, Dreyfus professed his innocence.

The Dreyfus Affair was an elaborate psy-op. The real spy , Ferdinand Esterhazy, was in the pay of Baron Edmund de Rothschild. They deliberately implicated the Jew Dreyfus so that when he was finally vindicated, the conservative anti-Semitic anti-Rothschild party would be humiliated and discredited.

In 1895,  the new Intelligence Chief Georges Picquart was fed evidence that the spy was actually Esterhazy, who was not a Jew. Nevertheless the army, its prestige at stake, buried the new information and forged new evidence against Dreyfus. Picquart was exiled to a remote location. Anti-Semitism flourished in the army and there was a strong bias against Dreyfus. The Rothschilds used this to entrap them.

The Esterhazy information was “leaked” to the press and for ten years France was convulsed (destabilized) as the nationalists (army, landowners and church) faced off against the Dreyfus family, liberals and socialists demanding justice. Governments fell, anti-Semitic rioters roamed the streets, duels were fought, and the whole world watched in dismay. Emile Zola, a Rothschild protege and Freemason, wrote the famous “J’Accuse” exposing the cover-up. Celebrities signed petitions demanding justice for the innocent Jewish artillery captain.

Eventually Esterhazy was fired, escaped to England and, in 1899, admitted he was the spy. Nevertheless the government and army dug itself a deeper hole, ignoring the evidence and prosecuting Dreyfus’ defenders. Inevitably, the government changed and after numerous trials and appeals, partial reality was finally recognized.

Dreyfus was exonerated in 1906 and made “Chevalier of the Legion of Honor” in the same courtyard where he had been disgraced. The forces of religion, nation and anti-Semitism were discredited. All history books tell this story in terms of a comforting morality play where the innocent Jew (Dreyfus-Rothschild) is vindicated.  Dreyfus was innocent but Rothschild certainly was not.

WHAT ARE THE CHANCES?

The man guilty of the treasonous acts blamed on Dreyfus, Major Ferdinand Esterhazy, was an agent of Baron Edmund de Rothschild.

Esterhazy was a translator with the French General Staff.  In July 1894, he approached the German Military Attache in Paris, Von Schwartzkoppen, saying that financial duress compelled him to sell military secrets.  In fact, Esterhazy had  just received a large sum from Edmund de Rothschild in June 1894. He had been a schoolmate of Edmund de Rothschild, and this was only one of many payments.  (Herbert Lottman, The French Rothschilds The Great Banking Dynasty Through Two Turbulent Centuries, 1995, pp. 115-117)

There are many other indications that the whole “Dreyfus Affair” was orchestrated. At the beginning, news of Captain Dreyfus’ guilt was leaked to the anti-Semitic newspaper  “La Libre Parole.” The publisher Edouard Drumont took the bait and began a vitriolic campaign against the Jewish officer. In fact, Esterhazy was also a friend of Drumont.

In Jan 1898, Emile Zola published his “J’Accuse” in the newspaper L’Aurore edited by Freemason and future Prime Minister Georges Clemenceau. Zola was charged with libel and sentenced to a year in jail and fined 3000 francs. In 1902, Zola died “accidentally” in his home, poisoned by carbon monoxide. Did he learn something he should not have?

On Feb. 16, 1899 the President of the Republic Felix Faure died suddenly in his office. He had just met with an exponent of Dreyfus’ cause and argued.  There was speculation he was poisoned. Faure was succeeded by Emile Loubert, a supporter of Dreyfus. The Rothschild press made up a story that he was engaged in sex, and this is repeated in Wikipedia.

SIGNIFICANCE

Edmund de Rothschild (1845-1934) was the man who financed the Zionist colonization of Palestine. Like the Holocaust, the Dreyfus Affair told assimilated Jews that they must have a country of their own. It is legend that the Hungarian-Jewish journalist Theodor Herzl was greatly affected by the Dreyfus trial and its aftermath.

According to Wikipedia, “Soon afterward, Herzl wrote Der Judenstaat (The Jewish State, 1896) and founded the World Zionist Organization, which called for the creation of a Jewish State in Palestine. The anti-Semitism and injustice revealed in France by the conviction of Alfred Dreyfus had a radicalizing effect on Herzl, demonstrating to him that Jews, despite the Enlightenment and Jewish assimilation, could never hope for fair treatment in European society.”

This is another example of how the Rothschilds secretly incite anti-Semitism in order to dupe Jews into advancing their demented scheme for a world government based in Israel. The same principle guided the Jewish holocaust where millions of innocent Jews became Dreyfus and worse.

Thus, the Rothschilds trick Jews who want to assimilate, into acting as agents and human shields for their Satanic agenda.  The same Jews, of course, will be blamed.

CONCLUSION

The Dreyfus Affair is yet another example of how historical events are manufactured by the Rothschilds for their psychological and political value. Looking back, we have:
9-11; the Kennedy Assassination; the Cold War; Vietnam War; Korean War; Hiroshima; Second World War, the Jewish holocaust; Pearl Harbor  and so on…

Obviously the Rothschilds’ command of the media helps them put over their subterfuges . Another example is the phony banker’s coup of 1933, used to give their pawn FDR credibility. Social movements and ideologies are also Rothschild psy-ops: sexual liberation, women’s liberation,the civil rights movement,  gay rights, feminism, diversity, multiculturalism.

We can apply these lessons today by looking at current events in terms of how they advance the New World Order.

First proposed in 1966 and named after Columbia University sociologists Richard Andrew Cloward and Frances Fox Piven, the “Cloward-Piven Strategy” seeks to hasten the fall of capitalism by overloading the government bureaucracy with a flood of impossible demands, thus pushing society into crisis and economic collapse.

Inspired by the August 1965 riots in the black district of Watts in Los Angeles (which erupted after police had used batons to subdue a black man suspected of drunk driving), Cloward and Piven published an article titled “The Weight of the Poor: A Strategy to End Poverty” in the May 2, 1966 issue of The Nation. Following its publication, The Nation sold an unprecedented 30,000 reprints. Activists were abuzz over the so-called “crisis strategy” or “Cloward-Piven Strategy,” as it came to be called. Many were eager to put it into effect.

In their 1966 article, Cloward and Piven charged that the ruling classes used welfare to weaken the poor; that by providing a social safety net, the rich doused the fires of rebellion. Poor people can advance only when “the rest of society is afraid of them,” Cloward told The New York Times on September 27, 1970. Rather than placating the poor with government hand-outs, wrote Cloward and Piven, activists should work to sabotage and destroy the welfare system; the collapse of the welfare state would ignite a political and financial crisis that would rock the nation; poor people would rise in revolt; only then would “the rest of society” accept their demands.

The key to sparking this rebellion would be to expose the inadequacy of the welfare state. Cloward-Piven’s early promoters cited radical organizer Saul Alinsky as their inspiration. “Make the enemy live up to their (sic) own book of rules,” Alinsky wrote in his 1972 book Rules for Radicals. When pressed to honor every word of every law and statute, every Judaeo-Christian moral tenet, and every implicit promise of the liberal social contract, human agencies inevitably fall short. The system’s failure to “live up” to its rule book can then be used to discredit it altogether, and to replace the capitalist “rule book” with a socialist one.

The authors noted that the number of Americans subsisting on welfare — about 8 million, at the time — probably represented less than half the number who were technically eligible for full benefits. They proposed a “massive drive to recruit the poor onto the welfare rolls.”  Cloward and Piven calculated that persuading even a fraction of potential welfare recipients to demand their entitlements would bankrupt the system. The result, they predicted, would be “a profound financial and political crisis” that would unleash “powerful forces … for major economic reform at the national level.”

Their article called for “cadres of aggressive organizers” to use “demonstrations to create a climate of militancy.” Intimidated by threats of black violence, politicians would appeal to the federal government for help. Carefully orchestrated media campaigns, carried out by friendly, leftwing journalists, would float the idea of “a federal program of income redistribution,” in the form of a guaranteed living income for all — working and non-working people alike. Local officials would clutch at this idea like drowning men to a lifeline. They would apply pressure on Washington to implement it. With every major city erupting into chaos, Washington would have to act.

This was an example of what are commonly called Trojan Horse movements — mass movements whose outward purpose seems to be providing material help to the downtrodden, but whose real objective is to draft poor people into service as revolutionary foot soldiers; to mobilize poor people en masse to overwhelm government agencies with a flood of demands beyond the capacity of those agencies to meet. The flood of demands was calculated to break the budget, jam the bureaucratic gears into gridlock, and bring the system crashing down. Fear, turmoil, violence and economic collapse would accompany such a breakdown — providing perfect conditions for fostering radical change. That was the theory.

Cloward and Piven recruited a militant black organizer named George Wiley to lead their new movement. In the summer of 1967, Wiley founded the National Welfare Rights Organization (NWRO). His tactics closely followed the recommendations set out in Cloward and Piven’s article. His followers invaded welfare offices across the United States — often violently — bullying social workers and loudly demanding every penny to which the law “entitled” them. By 1969, NWRO claimed a dues-paying membership of 22,500 families, with 523 chapters across the nation.

Regarding Wiley’s tactics, The New York Times commented on September 27, 1970, “There have been sit-ins in legislative chambers, including a United States Senate committee hearing, mass demonstrations of several thousand welfare recipients, school boycotts, picket lines, mounted police, tear gas, arrests – and, on occasion, rock-throwing, smashed glass doors, overturned desks, scattered papers and ripped-out phones.”These methods proved effective. “The flooding succeeded beyond Wiley’s wildest dreams,” writes Sol Stern in the City Journal.  ”From 1965 to 1974, the number of single-parent households on welfare soared from 4.3 million to 10.8 million, despite mostly flush economic times. By the early 1970s, one person was on the welfare rolls in New York City for every two working in the city’s private economy.”As a direct result of its massive welfare spending, New York City was forced to declare bankruptcy in 1975. The entire state of New York nearly went down with it. The Cloward-Piven strategy had proved its effectiveness.

The Cloward-Piven strategy depended on surprise. Once society recovered from the initial shock, the backlash began. New York’s welfare crisis horrified America, giving rise to a reform movement which culminated in “the end of welfare as we know it” — the 1996 Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act, which imposed time limits on federal welfare, along with strict eligibility and work requirements. Both Cloward and Piven attended the White House signing of the bill as guests of President Clinton.

Most Americans to this day have never heard of Cloward and Piven. But New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani attempted to expose them in the late 1990s. As his drive for welfare reform gained momentum, Giuliani accused the militant scholars by name, citing their 1966 manifesto as evidence that they had engaged in deliberate economic sabotage. “This wasn’t an accident,” Giuliani charged in a 1997 speech. “It wasn’t an atmospheric thing, it wasn’t supernatural. This is the result of policies and programs designed to have the maximum number of people get on welfare.”

Cloward and Piven never again revealed their intentions as candidly as they had in their 1966 article. Even so, their activism in subsequent years continued to rely on the tactic of overloading the system. When the public caught on to their welfare scheme, Cloward and Piven simply moved on, applying pressure to other sectors of the bureaucracy, wherever they detected weakness.

In 1982, partisans of the Cloward-Piven strategy founded a new “voting rights movement,” which purported to take up the unfinished work of the Voting Rights Act of 1965. Like ACORN, the organization that spear-headed this campaign, the new “voting rights” movement was led by veterans of George Wiley’s welfare rights crusade. Its flagship organizations were Project Vote and Human SERVE, both founded in 1982. Project Vote is an ACORN front group, launched by former NWRO organizer and ACORN co-founder Zach Polett. Human SERVE was founded by Richard A. Cloward and Frances Fox Piven, along with a former NWRO organizer named Hulbert James.

All three of these organizations — ACORN, Project Vote and Human SERVE — set to work lobbying energetically for the so-called Motor-Voter law, which Bill Clinton ultimately signed in 1993. The Motor-Voter bill is largely responsible for swamping the voter rolls with “dead  wood” — invalid registrations signed in the name of deceased, ineligible or non-existent people -- thus opening the door to the unprecedented  levels of voter fraud and “voter disenfranchisement” claims that followed in subsequent elections.

The new “voting rights” coalition combines mass voter registration drives -- typically featuring high levels of fraud -- with systematic intimidation of election officials in the form of frivolous lawsuits, unfounded charges of “racism” and “disenfranchisement,” and “direct action” (street protests, violent or otherwise). Just as they swamped America’s welfare offices in the 1960s, Cloward-Piven devotees now seek to overwhelm the nation’s understaffed and poorly policed electoral system. Their tactics set the stage for the Florida recount crisis of 2000, and have introduced a level of fear, tension and foreboding to U.S. elections heretofore encountered mainly in Third World countries. 

Both the Living Wage and Voting Rights movements depend heavily on financial support from George Soros’s Open Society Institute and his “Shadow Party,” through whose support the Cloward-Piven strategy continues to provide a blueprint for some of the Left’s most ambitious campaigns.

One year after the near collapse of the global financial system, this much is clear: The financial world as we knew it is over, and something new is rising from its ashes.

Historians will look to September 2008 as a watershed for the U.S. economy.

On Sept. 7 , the government seized mortgage titans Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac . Eight days later, investment bank Lehman Brothers filed for bankruptcy, sparking a global financial panic that threatened to topple blue-chip financial institutions around the world. In the several months that followed, governments from Washington to Beijing responded with unprecedented intervention into financial markets and across their economies, seeking to stop the wreckage and stem the damage.

One year later, the easy-money system that financed the boom era from the 1980s until a year ago is smashed. Once-ravenous U.S. consumers are saving money and paying down debt. Banks are building reserves and hoarding cash. And governments are fashioning a new global financial order.

Congress and the Obama administration have lost faith in self-regulated markets. Together, they’re writing the most sweeping new regulations over finance since the Great Depression. And in this ever-more-connected global economy, Washington is working with its partners through the G-20 group of nations to develop worldwide rules to govern finance.

“Our objective is to design an economic framework where we’re going to have a more balanced pattern of growth globally, less reliant on a buildup of unsustainable borrowing . . . and not just here, but around the world,” said Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner .

The first faint signs that the U.S. economy may be clawing its way back from the worst recession since the Great Depression are only now starting to appear, a year after the panic began. Similar indications are sprouting in Europe , China and Japan .

Still, economists concur that a quarter-century of economic growth fueled by cheap credit is over. Many analysts also think that an extended period of slow job growth and suppressed wage growth will keep consumers — and the businesses that sell to them — in the dumps for years.

“Those things are likely to be subpar for a long period of time,” said Martin Regalia, the chief economist for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce . “I think it means that we probably see potential rates of growth that are in the 2-2.5 (percent) range, or maybe . . . 1.8-1.9 (percent).” A growth rate of 3 percent to 3.5 percent is considered average.

The unemployment rate rose to 9.7 percent in August and is expected to peak above 10 percent in the months ahead. It’s already there in at least 15 states. Regalia thinks that it could be five years before the U.S. economy generates enough jobs to overcome those lost and to employ the new workers entering the labor force.

All this is likely to keep consumers on the sidelines.

“I think this financial panic and Great Recession is an inflection point for the financial system and the economy,” said Mark Zandi , the chief economist for forecaster Moody’s Economy.com. “It means much less risk-taking, at least for a number of years to come — a decade or two. That will be evident in less credit and more costly credit. If you are a household or a business, it will cost you more, and it will be more difficult to get that credit.”

The numbers bear him out. The Fed’s most recent release of credit data showed that consumer credit decreased at an annual rate of 5.2 percent from April to June, after falling by a 3.6 percent annual rate from January to March. Revolving lines of credit, which include credit cards, fell by an annualized 8.9 percent in the first quarter, followed by an 8.2 percent drop in the second quarter.

That’s a sea change. For much of the past two decades, strong U.S. growth has come largely through expanding credit. The global economy fed off this trend.

China became a manufacturing hub by selling attractively priced exports to U.S. consumers who were living beyond their means. China’s Asian neighbors sent it components for final assembly; Africa and Latin America sold China their raw materials. All fed off U.S. consumers’ bottomless appetite for more, bought on credit.

“That’s over. Consumers can do their part — spend at a rate consistent with their income growth, but not much beyond that,” Zandi said.

If U.S. consumers no longer drive the global economy, then consumers in big emerging economies such as China and Brazil will have to take up some of the slack. Trade among nations will take on greater importance.

In the emerging “new normal,” U.S. companies will have to be more competitive. They must sell into big developing markets; yet as the recent Cash for Clunkers effort underscored, the competitive hurdles are high: Foreign-owned automakers, led by Toyota , reaped the most benefit from the U.S. tax breaks for new car purchases, not GM and Chrysler .

Need a loan? Tough luck: Many U.S. banks are in no condition to lend. Around 416 banks are now on a “problem list” and at risk of insolvency. Regulators already have shuttered 81 banks and thrifts this year.

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. reported on Aug. 27 that rising loan losses are depleting bank capital. The ratio of bank reserves to bad loans was 63.5 percent from April to June, the lowest it’s been since the savings-and-loan crisis in 1991.

For all that, the U.S. economy does seem to be rising off its sickbed. The latest manufacturing data for August point to a return to growth, and home sales are rising. Indeed, there are many encouraging signs emerging in the global economy.

It’s all growth from a low starting point, however, and many economists think that there’ll be a lower baseline for U.S. and global growth if the new financial order means less risk-taking by lenders and less indebtedness by companies and consumers.

That seems evident now in the U.S. personal savings rate. It fell steadily from 9.59 percent in the 1970s to 2.68 percent in the easy-money era from 2000 to 2008; from 2005 to 2007, it averaged 1.83 percent.

Today, that trend is in reverse. From April to June, Americans’ personal savings rate was 5 percent, and it could go higher if the unemployment rate keeps rising. Almost 15 million Americans are unemployed — and countless others are underemployed or uncertain about their job security, so they’re spending less and saving more.

A few years ago, banks fell all over themselves to offer cheap home equity loans and lines of consumer credit. No more. Even billions in government bailout dollars to spur lending haven’t changed that.

“The strategy that was stated at the beginning of the year — which is that you would sustain the banking system in order that it would resume lending — hasn’t worked, and it isn’t going to work,” said James K. Galbraith , an economist at the University of Texas at Austin .

Over the course of 2008, the nation’s five largest banks reduced their consumer loans by 79 percent, real estate loans by 66 percent and commercial loans by 19 percent, according to FDIC data. A wide range of credit measures, including recent FDIC data, show that lending remains depressed.

Why? The foundation of U.S. credit expansion for the past 20 years is in ruin. Since the 1980s, banks haven’t kept loans on their balance sheets; instead, they sold them into a secondary market, where they were pooled for sale to investors as securities. The process, called securitization, fueled a rapid expansion of credit to consumers and businesses. By passing their loans on to investors, banks were freed to lend more.

Today, securitization is all but dead. Investors have little appetite for risky securities. Few buyers want a security based on pools of mortgages, car loans, student loans and the like.

“The basis of revival of the system along the line of what previously existed doesn’t exist. The foundation that was supposed to be there for the revival (of the economy) . . . got washed away,” Galbraith said.

Unless and until securitization rebounds, it will be hard for banks to resume robust lending because they’re stuck with loans on their books.

“We’ve just been scared,” said Robert C. Pozen , the chairman of Boston -based MFS Investment Management . He thinks that the freeze in securitization reflects a lack of trust in Wall Street and its products and remains a huge obstacle to the resumption of lending that’s vital to an economic recovery.

Enter the Federal Reserve. It now props up the secondary market for pooled loans that are vital to the functioning of the U.S. financial system. The Fed is lending money to investors who’re willing to buy the safest pools of loans, called asset-backed securities.

Through Sept. 3 , the Fed had funded purchases of $817.6 billion in mortgage-backed securities. These securities were pooled mostly by mortgage finance giants Fannie Mae , Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae . In recent months, the Fed also has moved aggressively to lend for purchase of pools of other consumer-based loans.

Today, there’s little private-sector demand for new loan-based securities; government is virtually the only game in town. That’s why on Aug. 17 , the Fed announced that it would extend its program to finance the purchase of pools of loans until mid-2010. That suggests there’s still a long way to go before a functioning securitization market — the backbone of consumer lending — returns to a semblance of normalcy.

In a startling display of downright weirdness, presidents astronauts musicians and many others gathered today at the Lincoln center in New York City to pay tribute to deceased news anchor Walter Cronkite.

Other than the fact that Cronkite has been dead now for almost 2 months (Cronkite died on July 17th 2009) what makes this memorial service so odd, is the date in which it was chosen to be held. Today is 9-9-9 a very important number in occult circles.

To occultists, 9 is the number of an ‘end’.

Cronkite went on record many times calling openly for global government even saying he was proud to sit at the right hand of Satan as in the clip below.

So why almost 2 months after his death did many well known people gather to pay tribute to this man the likes of which include president Obama former president Clinton as well as high level Freemason Buzz Aldrin and Bohemian Grover member drummer Mickey Hart of the Grateful Dead.

One can only conclude that because of Cronkite’s status in perpetuating the false reality of  the elite that gathered to honor him today this date was chosen for it’s occult significance to the elite controllers who run our society.

A radical plan to raise £100 billion by privatising the motorway network has been presented to the three main political parties by NM Rothschild, the influential investment bank.

Rothschild, an architect of several privatisations, made its pitch in the weeks running up to the summer recess on July 21, Whitehall sources said. Bankers told leading politicians that the sale of the roads overseen by the Highways Agency — all motorways and most big trunk roads — could help revive battered public finances.

Toll-road companies and infrastructure funds would compete to operate and maintain stretches of the network.

In one version of the scheme, the government would pay for upkeep through a system of “shadow” tolls. A more radical, and less politically palatable, option would be for companies to charge motorists directly through toll booths or electronic card readers. The RAC Foundation, a motorists’ group, advocated privatisation in a report last week.

The Rothschild plan has already won the support of Vince Cable, the Liberal Democrats’ deputy leader and Treasury spokesman.

“This is an attractive, positive idea which could release considerable resources to the public finances and may have real environmental merits,” Cable said. “The scale of it is vast — it makes rail privatisation look like small beer.”

Theresa Villiers, the shadow transport secretary, said the Conservatives had “no plans” to back Rothschild’s proposals: “Rothschilds, like many other banks and consultancies, have approached me and my team on a range of ideas for our transport network, including their ideas for our road infrastructure, but we are not working on any proposals for privatisation of the strategic road network and have no plans to do so.”

Motorway privatisation was considered by John Major’s Conservative administration, which sold British Rail, but was rejected.

A spokesman at the Department for Transport said: “It is not unusual for organisations to suggest ideas to government departments but ultimately all policy is decided by ministers and there are no plans to sell off a stake in the Highways Agency.” Rothschild declined to comment.

The bank was behind many of the key privatisations of the 1980s and 1990s, including British Steel, British Gas and British Coal. It has close links to the Conservatives, having employed several senior Party figures including Lord Lamont, John Redwood and Lord Wakeham. Oliver Letwin, the former shadow chancellor, works there part-time.

Politicians of all Parties are seeking ways to decrease the need for large tax rises or heavy cuts in public services. The bank bailouts and a recent collapse in tax revenues has seen public sector debt rise to more than £800 billion, 56.8% of GDP — up from 35.5% just two years ago.

Road tolls are unpopular, however. When Labour mooted road pricing two years ago, more than 230,000 signed a petition on the Downing Street decrying the plan .

The author has monitored the chemtrail situation for the past year and a half, but refrained from writing an article about it until adequate data had been gathered to formulate a viable theory that was both original and more explanatory than any other out there. This theory was wrought both by contradiction and by positive proof. In other words, it exists because other explanations do not hold water. The impossible is eliminated, and what is left over, no matter how improbable, must be close to the truth. In this article, sample references will be given as positive proof, and the contradictory evidence shall be summarized below. Note that the sample references are merely samples, and not which this article’s validity hinges upon.

Three Faulty Theories Seeking to Explain Chemtrails
Chemtrails are unusually persistent airplane contrails with impacts upon weather and the health of those exposed to chemtrail fallout. They have been sighted in many countries and during all hours of the day and night, though chemtrail spraying usually begins early in the morning and slows in the evening. Air crafts involved in this phenomenon are commercial and military planes, the latter identifiable by traveling in areas and directions otherwise restricted for commercial flights.

As pointed out in Stan and Holly Deyo’s May 31’st Newsletter, there are three major theories concerning an explanation of the chemtrail phenomenon:

1) weather modification
2) mass inoculation
3) population control

These theories do not adequately explain the range of data gathered.

Weather Modification
The weather modification theory arises from two clues, first that increasing cloudiness and precipitation sometimes occurs after a day of spraying, and second that EDB (ethylene dibromide or dibromethane) has been found in chemtrail fallout. Ethylene dibromide has similar effects on cloud formation as silver iodide, a chemical normally used in cloud seeding.

But this theory does not explain the presence of genetically engineered viruses and bacteria in chemtrail residue, or the resulting epidemic of flu-like symptoms.

If anything, EDB serves partly as a condensation nuclei around which water vapor in the atmosphere can condense, making thick chemtrails visible for satellite tracking.

Mass Inoculation
The mass inoculation theory is more viable, as aerosol dispersion of vaccines is certainly possible as mentioned in a previous post. The government has put effort into vaccinating its military forces against anthrax. Supposedly, chemtrails are an attempt to vaccinate the entire population against anthrax.

But why would anthrax be the only agent, if not the major one, used in such an attack? There are others just as effective and easily dispersible. And with all the exposure of our bioterrorism efforts to protect against anthrax, what terrorist group would be dumb enough to choose something military forces, and possibly with chemtrails the entire population, are already vaccinated against?

The government is suspiciously certain that anthrax will be the method of choice, implying factions within, and not domestic or foreign terrorists, will be the initiators of such an attack.

Furthermore, spraying is occurring worldwide. Foreign governments are putting money and risk into spraying their respective populations. Since America would be the target of any such attack, spraying the rest of the world is a waste of money and time. Fact is, biological attacks are too localized an event to account for global spraying.

The secrecy of the chemtrail phenomenon puts it into the domain of black budget projects and shadow government operations. It is unwise to claim that the shadow government (the same one responsible for the Gulf War Syndrome cover-up, dangerous biological testing upon unsuspecting American citizens, avocation of fluoride in public water supplies, forceful suppression of alternative medicinal and technological inventions, electronic harassment of dissenters, and murder of whistle blowers) is spraying Joe Schmoe in Oklahoma just so that he can live and contribute to the overpopulation problem.

Overpopulation
Which brings us to the point of overpopulation. If the world’s population is indeed to be reduced as drastically as demanded by the World Health Organization and the World Wildlife Fund among many, people need to die, not just stop reproducing. Supposedly, chemtrails are an effort to accomplish this.

Single agent spraying, whereby what’s being applied now to the population will eventually kill them, is unlikely. Right now, people are recovering from chemtrail induced sickness. If single agent spraying was indeed the method, more people would be dead by now. And even with an agent possessing delayed lethality, the variability in immune responses among affected persons would result in some dying prematurely. Since chemtrail related deaths have been extremely low, the possibility of chemtrails containing delayed single agents is equally low.

Double agent spraying is another possibility. One benign agent is applied now, and its combination with an activator in the future would turn it lethal. The activator can be anything from another biological or chemical substances to electromagnetic fields such as those potentially generated by HAARP. The electromagnetic method is pure speculation and thus considered unlikely.

Applying the activator agent would result only in the deaths of those affected by the benign agent. This is a lot of work, hassle, and risk compared to just applying a single agent at that time and skipping ever having to deal with a benign agent. Why do double agent spraying and take the risk with visible chemtrails and whistle blowers now, when you can keep everything clandestine until that final day when you apply a lethal single application?

Double agent spraying is obviously not the method employed. Since single agent spraying has been discounted above, the “population control” theory does not hold.

With these major chemtrail theories discounted, a new theory is required to fit the data.

There are three pieces, chemtrails, gene therapy, and mass human mutation, that when put together, give rise to the following theory. So, let’s take a look at the pieces of the puzzle in detail.

Piece 1: The Chemtrails
From the many analyses performed upon chemtrail residue samples and listed on the web, the following substances have been gathered and listed here (as mentioned in such sources as http://www.egroups.com/message/fr2/126? , http://www.carnicom.com/bio1.htm, and http://members.tripod.com/conspiracy2/contrailsanalyzed.htm)

1) Ethylene dibromide (dibromethane) – Banned in 1984 by the EPA, EDB (C2H4Br2) is a carcinogenic fuel additive and insecticide with a chloroform-like odor. It is claimed similar to silver iodide, which was once used for cloud seeding and weather modification purposes. When absorbed, EDB causes central nervous system depression and pulmonary edema, which is fluid accumulation in the lungs. Symptoms of pulmonary edema include shortness of breath, anxiety, wheezing, and coughing. It is extremely irritant to mucous membranes and the respiratory tract.

2) Pseudomonas aeruginosa – A common hardy bacteria that can be found in dirt (suggesting possible contamination of chemtrail ground samples) but commonly genetically engineered by companies as PathoGenesis for various purposes. The natural strains have been found to contaminate hospitals and drinking water. When inhaled into immunosuppressed lungs such as those of victims with cystic fibrosis, forms slime clusters called biofilms which are virtual bunkers against immune system defenses and antibiotics. It can transfer horizontally, meaning between species, genetic information to the host via transduction and conjugation. Conjugation involves the bacteria injecting a genetic package called a plasmid via a ‘handshake’ into a host cell, which receives it and in effect makes it a part of its own DNA. Transduction is similar, but instead of the bacteria sending a plasmid into the host, it sends bacteriophages (viruses) that contain some of the original bacteria’s DNA and implants it within the host’s DNA.

3) Pseudomonas fluorescens – another strain of the Pseudomonas variety found most often in soil and on plants. On plants, it produces antibiotics which shield the plant from fungal and bacterial infections. Most likely a contaminant in the analysis.

4) Enterobacteriaceae – Includes E.coli and salmonella which are culprits in cases of food poisoning. Most interesting of the Enterobacteriaceae family is the Klebsiella genus, whose species is responsible for pneumonia infections.

5) Serratia marcescens – a dangerous pathogen that can cause pneumonia.

This link reports that

“One of the biggest experiments involved the use of Serratia marcescens being sprayed over San Francisco. This organism is especially nice because it produces a red/pink pigment when grown on certain media, which makes identification very easy. At one point, 5000 particles/minute were sprayed from the coastal areas inward. During this time, 1 man died(in the hospital) and 10 others became infected in what was described as “a mystery to doctors.” Although the military never did many follow up studies on these tests, one results was that it showed nearly every single person became infected with the test organism. In hindsight, now that some of this information has become declassified, it’s been shown that during periods following spraying tests, there were 5-10 times the normal infections reported.”

Visit this link from the Canadian Intelligence Security Service to view more information on the San Fransisco 1950 biological testing. In summary, the military released Serratia marcescens upon the San Fransisco population to test the effectiveness of a terrorist bio-attack. Following this was an outbreak of pneumonia which killed on man.

9) Streptomyces – “Streptomycetes are used to produce the majority of antibiotics applied in human and veterinary medicine and agriculture, as well as anti-parasitic agents, herbicides, pharmacologically active metabolites (e.g. immuno-suppressants) ”

10) A restriction enzyme used in research labs to snip and combine DNA — such an enzyme cleaves open DNA and allows desired segments to be inserted before recombining.

11) Other bacteria and toxic molds capable of producing heart disease, encephalitis, meningitis, as well as acute upper respiratory and gastrointestinal distress.

It is known that within three days of a particular heavy spraying, outbreaks of respiratory illnesses occur in the exposed population. Some develop pneumonia, others colds, flu-like symptoms, and depressed immune functions. Instances of meningitis and encephalitis have also increased in correlation with sprayings.

Note that no viruses are listed above. This is because viruses are difficult to detect in the laboratory, much less identify. However, most of the resulting illnesses do not respond to antibiotics, suggesting their causes are indeed viral. From points made later in this article, such viruses are most likely retroviruses such as the adenovirus for use in sinister gene ‘therapy.’

It has been discussed what is in chemtrails, but how particularly are they generated and for what reasons?

Account of an Airline Mechanic
An airline mechanic describes his accidental discovery of a commercial plane’s chemtrail pumping system:

…When I got into the bay I realized that something was not right. There were more tanks, pumps, and pipes then should have been there. At first I assumed that the system had been changed. It had been 10 years since I had worked on one. As I tried to find the problem I quickly realized the extra piping and tanks were not connected to the waste disposal system.
…The next day I was on the company computer to look up a wiring schematic. While I was there I decided to look up the extra equipment I had found. To my amazement the manuals did not show any of the extra equipment I had seen with my own eyes the day before.

…The system had 1 large and 2 smaller tanks. It was hard to tell in the cramped compartment but it looked like the large tank could hold 50 gallons.

Later is a response from an airline manager concerning Project Cloverleaf:

“…Airline companies in America have been participating in something called Project Cloverleaf for a few years now. The earliest date anyone remembers being briefed on it is 1998. I was briefed on it in 1999.
…They told us that the government was going to pay our airline, along with others, to release special chemicals from commercial aircraft.

When asked what the chemicals were and why we were going to spray them, they told us that information was given on a need-to-know basis and we weren’t cleared for it. They then went on to state that the chemicals were harmless, but the program was of such importance that it needed to be done at all costs. When we asked them why didn’t they just rig military aircraft to spray these chemicals, they stated that there weren’t enough military aircraft available to release chemicals on such a large basis as needs to be done. That’s why Project Cloverleaf was initiated, to allow commercial airlines to assist in releasing these chemicals into the atmosphere.

Someone asked one of the G-men then if the chemicals are harmless, why not tell the public what the chemicals are and why we are spraying them? He seemed perturbed at this question and told us in a tone of authority that the public doesn’t need to know what’s going on, but that this program is in their best interests.”

The veracity of these comments are uncertain, but with other circumstantial evidence at hand, they appear to be truthful. They suggest that for at least the past two years, commercial airlines have participated in dispersing unknown substances during regular flight, unbeknownst to all but the waste disposal mechanics and need-to know staff.

How Chemtrails are Dispersed
Next comes the question of how exactly chemtrails are dispersed. This was hinted at in the airline mechanic’s account of seeing three tanks containing liquid. The purpose of these three tanks is evident when present patented technology is taken into account.

Here is the abstract of patent # 03994437:

A method and apparatus are provided for evenly disseminating by broadcast techniques trace quantities of biologically active chemicals such as nutrients, insecticides, fungicides, growth regulators and the like. The biologically active chemical is encapsulated in a microdispenser such as a filamentary conduit of regulated cross-section and length. The filled microdispensers are then metered into a moving carrier fluid stream, preferably air, and the carrier fluid containing the microdispensers is then evenly dispensed throughout the area. In an alternate preferred embodiment, the microdispensers are coated with a second material which may be either another biologically active material or a sticker for attaching the microdispenser to living organisms such as plants or animals. The method and apparatus is also applicable to biologically active chemicals contained in laminated microdispenser structures for dissemination and release.

In the actual patent, however, the author states that the fiber sizes are quite large, with inside diameters of 7-50 mils and lengths of two inches. These sizes he states, are preferred, though not limiting numbers. It is possible that this technology has been updated to produce microfilaments such as the ‘cobwebs’ seen falling from the sky after chemtrail sprayings.

What’s important is the encapsulation of biologically active materials in a polymer coating. The minimum number of liquids to accomplish this is three, two to form polymers such as polyesters, polyolefins, acrylics, modacrylics, polyamides upon reaction during mixing with one another, and the third being the biologically active liquid. Another patent entitled “ENCAPSULATION BY INTERFACIAL POLYCONDENSATION” 3577515, describes this process perfectly.

Overview of the Chemtrail Phenomenon
Chemtrails appear worldwide, though it has been claimed that none have been sighted in China. The author has personally witnessed them in Germany. Although chemtrails in foreign countries may be due to planes originating from the US, or from US military bases in those countries, the heaviness of spraying there suggests that foreign governments and commercial agencies are involved. As stated, this contradicts the hypothesis that chemtrails are sprayed to protect Americans from an anthrax attack, as terrorists would not target countries other than America, especially many of the lesser countries in which chemtrails have still been sighted.

What is to be gleaned from the preceding point is that governments worldwide are involved in aggressively spraying the population with agents that have biological effects. They are in a hurry, considering their frequency and density of coverage, as if a deadline is to be met. The project has risked discovery by employing commercial airlines to help with the spraying, and such a risk can only be justified if the project itself were in the nature of an emergency. They have also risked their secrecy by spraying during the day to affect as many people as possible, when all below can plainly see these contrails are anything but.

What worldwide emergency could be of such importance and threat to the world governments?

Piece 2: Bacterially Induced Transcession and Gene Therapy via Vector Viruses
This section concerns altering one’s DNA via incorporation of foreign DNA from bacteria or viruses.

First Clue that Viruses Affect Host’s DNA

The term ‘transcession’ appears in a Leading Edge article, quoted as follows:

“One of the indications that vaccinations may in fact be changing the genetic structure of humans became evident in September of 1971, when scientists at the University of Geneva made the discovery that biological substances entering directly into the bloodstream could become part of human genetic structure. In one experiment, scientists in Geneva extracted the auricles of frog hearts and dipped them for several hours in a suspension of bacteria.

Afterward, they found a high percentage of RNA-DNA hybridization between bacterial DNA extracted from bacteria of the same species as that used in the experiment and titrated DNA extracted from the auricles which had been dipped in the bacterial suspension. Bacterial DNA had been absorbed by the animal cells. This phenomenon has been dubbed transcession. There is evidence that this kind of phenomenon is happening all the time within the human body. It is conceivable, for example, that heart damage following rheumatic fever could the the result of the immune system reacting to its own cells producing a foreign RNA complex after absorption of foreign DNA.” (link)

For those interested in the transcession capability of vaccines, consider this quote about gene therapy:

“Yet another technique is to simply inject naked DNA. This approach wouldn’t work well as direct injection into the bloodstream because the body’s DNA degrading enzymes would quickly digest it. But some experiments have shown that when naked DNA is injected directly into muscle tissue [as in a vaccine injection], say, the cells start producing whatever proteins the DNA codes for. (from this link on gene therapy)

In other words, transcession is the process whereby bacterial DNA becomes part of a host cell’s DNA. The term transcession is more commonly known as transduction, or conjugation, more generally termed horizontal gene transfer. Horizontal means between species, as opposed to vertical which is from parent to offspring.

Gene Therapy Employs Viruses to Alter Host DNA
This is one way how gene therapy, which seeks to correct genetic diseases, works. Visit this animation for a short tutorial on how viruses are used in gene therapy.

Here’s another excerpt from an article confirming the use of viruses in gene therapy:

“To turn viruses into gene ferries, scientists have developed ways of stripping the genes out of a virus and substituting copies of the genes they want to transfer into cells. The virus is then mixed with cells taken out of the body that are then returned. Or they can be injected directly into the body itself, homing in on the cells of interest. Retroviruses, which insert their genetic code directly into the chromosomes of the host cell, have been used a lot because of their ability to break into chromosomes and insert the DNA. Other viruses are now also being used. One of the big drawbacks of viruses is that the immune system can’t tell the difference between bad viruses and those that carry a beneficial gene. So, many of the viruses are rapidly wiped out [that is, of course, unless the immune system is weakened by other chemical/biological agents such that these viruses survive long enough to transduce their DNA into the host].” (link)

Methods of Applying Gene Therapy via Virus Vectors to Patients
Non-invasive methods of gene therapy are already well established. A team at the Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia accomplished just that using an oral method of gene therapy:

Dr. During and his colleagues inserted a beta-galactosidase gene–which encodes for an enzyme that breaks down lactose–into an adeno-associated virus vector. They then gave this orally through a special tube to lactose-intolerant rats. The gene incorporated into the cells lining the rats’ gastrointestinal tract, allowing them to break down lactose.

“We showed several important things,” he says. “We could deliver a gene noninvasively, we could achieve long-term gene _expression through a simple oral route, and there was enough gene _expression to treat a disease such as lactose intolerance.” (link)

Even madsci.org has something to say about these non-invasive methods:

Gene therapy is one of the most interesting and valuable techniques to come out of the field of genetic engineering. The adenovirus used to deliver the CF gene to human cells for gene therapy is known as a vector. Since most cells normally will not take in or absorb DNA, we need a delivery system to get the gene into the cell. Adenovirus is a good vector since it can infect cells in vivo, or while they?re in the body, which means that the gene can be delivered through an inhaler (instead of having to manipulate the cells in vitro, or in the laboratory, then return the cells to the body). To use the adenovirus as a vector, it?s genome was first altered by removing all the virus DNA except for the minimum necessary for the virus to live and infect the cells. Genetically engineered viral vectors like this are harmless and usually can?t live outside of the laboratory. (link)

But some virus vectors are not without drawbacks:

All viral approaches suffer from the drawback of introducing unwanted viral genetic information into the recipient host. Retroviral vectors and adenoviruses have additional disadvantages. Retroviruses are only suitable for delivery of DNA to replicating cells, and present a risk of reversion to replication competent infective particles, whilst DNA _expression using adenovirus delivery systems tends to be short lived [thus the repeated chemtrail sprayings over the past two years in the same geographic areas and the use of a host of vectors to ensure success when one fails] (link).

Later in the article, one solution to the problem is proposed:

“…Novel vectors for gene therapy are therefore needed which avoid the potential risks of using viral material, but can stably transfer exogenous DNA to target cells, to sites and at levels that produce a therapeutic effect.
A novel vector with potential for use in gene therapy has been developed by Professor Beverly Griffin and colleagues in the Department of Infectious Diseases at the Hammersmith Hospital Campus of Imperial College(1). Her team has shown that pseudocapsids of the mouse polyoma virus, consisting solely of the VP1 protein, can be used to transfer DNA into mammalian cells in vivo, to give _expression at clinically-relevant levels over a period of weeks.

Polyoma virus has a very broad host range which means that the pseudocapsids will be taken up by essentially any human or other mammalian cell. Development and selection of mutant VP1 proteins, together with engineered specific labels may enable cell-specific targeting for in vivo applications. Pseudocapsids completely free of viral genetic material can be produced easily and economically.

Polyoma pseudocapsids can successfully transfer up to 7.2 Kb of DNA and research is investigating the production of oversized pseudocapsids. These oversized capsids would enable transfer of much larger amounts of genetic material than is currently possible with adeno or retrovirus vectors. ”

In other words, technology already exists allowing virus vectors to effectively alter the DNA of a host’s cell. This is not science fiction. One company among many, AEA Technology, is presently researching and selling aerosol (most likely inhaler, but expandable to atmospheric) products for use in gene therapy.

Physical Symptoms of Virus Vector Afflictions
Different types of viral vectors exist, including retroviral, adenoviral, adeno-associated, herpes simplex, and vaccinia vectors (source). The University of Rochester Biosafety Committee made the following precautions on using adenovirus and herpes virus vectors in medical research:

Adenovirus: Adenoviruses are infectious human viruses, which often cause mild respiratory illness. Rare cases of severe disease can occur, and its use as a genetic vector therefore requires the use of adequate containment equipment and practices. Biosafety Level 2 (BL2) is appropriate for many constructs (see above). Particular care should be given to vectors containing genes that make products that may be similar to products made by the deleted adenovirus genes.

Herpesvirus: Herpesviruses include infectious human viruses such as herpes simplex virus type-1 (HSV-1), which is the most commonly used vector system. HSV-1 is common in the general population, but can cause encephalitis in rare cases; its utility as a vector system stems from its broad host cell range, ability to transduce neurons, and its large insert capacity. Biosafety Level 2 (BL2) is appropriate for many constructs (see above).

From evidence available, adenovirus vectors are the most likely culprits in chemtrail-related sicknesses.
In summary, both bacteria and viruses are capable of incorporating some of their own genetic information into the cells of a host. Bacteria do it via transduction and conjugation, and viruses via direct infection of a cell.

The Link to Chemtrails
Conceivably, one could become infected with either such a bacteria or virus and would feel sick as a consequence. Meanwhile, the bacteria or virus go to work altering one’s cellular DNA slowly, before later being wiped out by the body’s immune system. After the illness is eliminated, the altered cells remain and continue to reproduce. Sometimes it becomes malignantly cancerous if the gene transfer is crude and faulty (as in vaccinations), and other times the changes are so subtle the body continues to operate as previously, or so the victim thinks (as in chemtrail exposure).

As mentioned, chemtrails contain genetically engineered biological agents and make people sick. Does this not hint at an intentional attempt by the implementors of the chemtrail program to perform mass gene therapy upon the population? The question is whether or not this gene therapy is for our benefit, or the benefit of the implementors. Considering how sick many have gotten, some to the point of death, and the overall ominous secrecy involved, it is safe to say that the chemtrail program has sinister roots.

If governments are not spraying out of benevolence and altruism, then they are spraying the population to protect themselves. When threatened, one attacks the source of that threat. And what are chemtrails ultimately attacking? Our cellular DNA.

Therefore, there is something about our DNA that threatens the power structure. Considering chemtrails are a recent phenomenon, the threat must also be recent. If a citizen’s DNA was non threatening before, but is now, then it must have fundamentally changed its structure recently. This fits the definition of ‘mutation.’

The third puzzle piece reveals why such an urgent effort is being implemented to influence genes of the masses.

Piece 3: Mass Human Mutation, Evolution, and eventual Ascension.
What is a mutation? The dictionary says:

The process by which such a sudden structural change occurs, either through an alteration in the nucleotide sequence of the DNA coding for a gene or through a change in the physical arrangement of a chromosome.

The Rise of Mutant Humans
There are a great number of sources which claim that new strains of humans have been appearing over the past decade. Not all these sources are scientific, but that is expected with a topic at the fringe of current events.

One example is Drunvalo Melchizedek, who in an interview by Diane Cooper (featured at this link) said:

“Well there are 3 different kinds of children emerging in the world today that I have been able to identify. The first are called the “Super Psychic Children of China.” The second are called the “Indigo Children” and the third are called the “Children of AIDS.” The first one, the “Super Psychics of China,” we talked about in the Flower of Life seminars. If you remember, the first one was discovered in 1984 when a child was found who was psychic beyond belief.

…Well, it’s mostly children, but now they are finding adults with it too – just like the hundredth monkey theory. Now all kinds of people are being affected by it and it’s spreading fast. Remember, it started just 5 years ago with almost no one and now it’s spreading – just like a disease. It’s like an outbreak and this is only the beginning.

…People’s DNA is really changing. Barbara Marciniak talked about going to the 12-strand DNA, and I’ve talked about chromosome changes. There have been many of us who have talked about this – but none of this had been seen by science. Now it has been seen and it has been documented.

What’s most interesting is his mention of the “Super Psychics of China.” There are purportedly no chemtrail activities occurring in China. Could there be a link?

And speaking of Barbara Marciniak, in her book Bringers of the Dawn, she expands upon the topic of DNA:

“The original human was a magnificent being whose 12 strands of DNA were contributed by a variety of sentient civilizations. When the new owners [reptilians] came in, they worked in their laboratories and created versions of humans with a different DNA – the two stranded, double-helix DNA. They took the original DNA of the human species and disassembled it. The original DNA pattern was left within the human cells, yet it was not functional; it was split apart, unplugged. ”

Marciniak goes on to explain that today, humans are having their ‘unplugged’ DNA reactivated. Whether activation of junk DNA qualifies as a ‘mutation’ is a question of semantics, but that shall be what it is called here.

The most revealing article can be found at this link, an interview with Dr. Berrenda Fox:

“Everyone has one double helix of DNA. What we are finding is that there are other helixes that are being formed. In the double helix there are two strands of DNA coiled into a spiral. It is my understanding that we will be developing twelve helixes. During this time, which seems to have started maybe 5 to 20 years ago, we have been mutating. This is the scientific explanation. It is a mutation of our species into something for which the end result is not yet known.
The changes are not known publicly, because the scientific community feels it would frighten the population. However, people are changing at the cellular level. I am working with three children right now who have three DNA helixes.

These are children who can move objects across the room just by concentrating on them, or they can fill glasses of water just by looking at them. They’re telepathic. You would almost think by knowing these children that they are half angelic or superhuman, but they’re not. I think they are what we are growing into during the next few decades.

The easiest way to mutate our DNA is through a virus.” [in this case, the easiest way to un-mutate DNA or suppress it from mutating is with a virus. Chemtrails are not causing the mutations, as children are being born with this new mutant DNA. If chemtrails are indeed causing the mutation, then we would expect older people to possess this new DNA since they've had longer exposure, but the opposite is true]

Two Types of Mutations
This new phenomenon of mutation, when not interfered by chemtrails, includes two aspects:

1) Present adults are having their junk DNA activated and/or genetic code modified.
2) Many children born with strange (previously unseen) DNA or with activated junk DNA.

When this phenomenon started is unclear. Considering that there might be different categories of mutation, some involving mere activation of latent genes, and some incorporating a completely novel genetic code, it is safe to say that this phenomenon consists of phases. For example, one type of mutation might have begun in the 1970’s, and another might have started with children born after 1995.

Implications of Mutations
The cause mutation and its implications are most relevant in explaining chemtrails. As mentioned, the power structure feels threatened by what is taking place and are targeting our DNA as a consequence. Mutations are found threatening by the power structure because first, the emergence of humans distinguishable from the rest of the population by their paranormal abilities can cause panic and civil unrest (coupled with racism as hinted in the X-Men movie) which would mean premature implementation of martial law and resulting risk of revolution. Second, with increasing numbers of ‘enlightened’ humans, the illusion foisted upon us by the power structure will crumble — even if only by the 100th monkey phenomenon whereby enlightenment spreads rapidly and contagiously to many once a small threshold segment of the population acts as seed.

Usually, mutation is attributed to imperfect gene replication, whereby errors in the replication process result in copies of copies of defective DNA. This is one reason why we age. Other standard contributors to random mutation include ultraviolet rays from the sun (which knock out small parts of DNA, the remains of which can potentially be copied if not soon corrected by the body, potentially resulting in skin cancer), cosmic rays, environmental pollutants, and ionizing radiation. These however, cause destructive mutations producing tumors, cancers, and freaks. What’s taking place to precipitate the chemtrail program is constructive mutation, known more commonly in the long run as evolution. More likely reasons for mutations follow:

Reactivation of junk DNA
Changing earth frequencies are the principle causes of a reactivation. Earth’s magnetic field strength has slowly been declining. According to a geomagnetism FAQ at the NOAA web site, based on field measurements since 1850, a reversal based on a linear model can be expected in 1,300 years. Of course, if the model is actually exponential, it could happen in the next twenty years.

It is confirmed that DNA’s crystalline helical structure makes it very sensitive to low strength but specific magnetic frequencies and wave shapes. Depending on the field strength and Fourier components, the effects can vary from rejuvenation to cancer, with one possible effect being the unlocking or suppression of junk DNA. Knowing that the earth’s magnetic field is the integral backbone to a global esoteric electromagnetic grid system set up in ancient times, that junk DNA has been suppressed during this time, and that the recent decrease in magnetic field strength has reached a threshold level during a period coinciding with activation of junk DNA in many, one can hypothesize that that whoever set up the original grid system did so to keep our genetic potential suppressed. This suppression has recently lost its grip, however, due in part to a declining geomagnetic field.

Interestingly, HAARP appears to be an electromagnetic aspect of a multiprong approach to artificially counteract this decline and keep mutation suppressed. Chemtrails are the biochemical aspect of the same program. Leading Edge reports at this link that the step-down reflective frequencies are “approx 1.1 GHz, Human DNA resonant frequency,” creating a “cellular system phase-lock.”

In addition to weakening magnetic fields, the Schumann resonant frequencies of earth (related to how long it takes an EM wave to travel around the circumference of the earth’s ionosphere) have not stayed constant. This, too, has an impact on our consciousness and DNA. A research abstract entitled “Schumann Resonance Parameter Changes During High-Energy Particle Precipitation” states that sources of high energy particles such as solar storms have an influence on Schumann resonance. This indicates a link between earth resonance and the sun. Consequently, there is a link, however subtle, between solar activity and our DNA. Recent months have seen wild solar activity; this will reflect genetically within the population toward a reactivation of junk DNA [reactivation because wild fluctuations present unpredictability, and since the predictable earth field is one established by the power structure, anything unpredictable would serve to disrupt it].

Modification of DNA Sequence
Influx of walk-ins, alien souls, or attached entities account for this modification. DNA is sensitive to more than just electromagnetic fields. It also responds to the body’s soul-nature. Soul nature is the vibrational etheric/astral composition or signature of a particular soul. Genetic structure and soul-nature are intimately coupled; a change in one can lead to a delayed change in the other.

Walk-ins are souls who replace the native soul in a body. If the soul nature is different, then DNA will change accordingly. Walk-ins can include alien souls, though this occurrs only in instances of replacement by negatively oriented aliens since positive ones are reluctant to violate freewill, and kicking a native soul out of a body is definitely violation to freewill. Most people are reluctant to go willingly.

Attached entities are souls who invade and share a body with a native soul. These are usually deceased humans irresponsibly or accidentally attaching themselves to living persons. The two soul-natures heterodyne and affect the DNA and physiology in a shared manner (schizophrenic patients facial features often change significantly after the onset of the mental disease, which often is the result of an invasion by multiple attached entities. There have also been cases of victims of spirit attachment developing a disease having afflicted the attached entity in its previous life.

As far as the mutation phenomenon chemtrails seek to combat, if walk-ins are indeed one source of DNA modification, then the souls walking in are of alien origin. If they were of human origin, no threat would be present as this has been taking place for thousands of years.

Combined Hypothesis of What the Chemtrail Program is Combating
The best hypothesis, given the range of data pertaining to chemtrails and soul dynamics as well as the UFO phenomenon, show that the chemtrail program is potentially targeting some or all these distinct groups:

1) ordinary citizens whose junk DNA are in the process of fully activating — a consequence of earth’s decreasing magnetic field, increase in resonance frequency, increase in global consciousness (which evolves humanity’s collective morphogenic field and has a corresponding genetic effect upon its individuals), and possibly other more esoteric reasons such as a change in the very structure of space and time preceding the grand dimensional nexus of 2012-2013.

2) children born with fully activated DNA — same reasons as case 1, but growing fetal cells are more susceptible to earth fields than fully integrated adult cells.

3) children with alien genetics from physical hybridization by greys — undoubtedly, some children of abductees have alien genes, though so subtly that little physiological signs if any show it. More insidious is a scenario proposed by the x-files, that aliens are turning us into them via a virus (movies and TV shows often clue us into what’s really going on, one method that the positive factions of secret societies help mankind). If humans are indeed being hybridized en masse, especially from within by means of viruses or alien manipulation of the earth grid, then the government has reason to combat it using chemtrails. However, people presently affected by this change (whatever it may be) are more positive, responsible, intelligent, and aware. Therefore, one shouldn’t conclude that chemtrails are helping us.

4) human babies born with alien souls, whose DNA is rapidly changing from human to alien — these humans are born with souls from a new alien faction, and since soul-nature and DNA are coupled, the human body soon changes genetically to accommodate the alien soul. It is said new alien faction because old alien factions comprise the bulk of normal human souls anyway. Because chemtrails are a new phenomenon, if alien souls are indeed being born into human bodies, they must be alien souls from a new faction. Considering the positive nature of these mutants, it is probably a positive faction here to help mankind get through the coming end time turmoil.

Humanity is evolving, emerging from the past millennia of abysmal darkness and oppression. The power structure, knowing its reign is about to end, has worked tirelessly in a last ditch effort to keep us suppressed. Chemtrails are but one small weapon they are employing to accomplish this.
