The Supreme Court on Monday agreed to decide whether Secret Service agents protecting Vice President Dick Cheney may be sued for violating the free speech rights of a member of the public who made critical remarks about the Bush administration’s war policies.

The case arose from an episode in 2006 at a mall in Beaver Creek, Colo. A Secret Service agent said he heard Steven Howards say into a cellphone that he planned to ask Mr. Cheney “how many kids he’s killed today.” Mr. Howards later approached Mr. Cheney and said the administration’s “policies in Iraq are disgusting.” Mr. Howards then touched Mr. Cheney on the shoulder in a gesture variously described as an open-handed pat, a slap and a strike that caused the vice president’s shoulder to dip.

Confronted by the Secret Service, Mr. Howards denied touching Mr. Cheney and said, “If you don’t want other people sharing their opinions, you should have him avoid public places.” Agents arrested Mr. Howards for assault and turned him over to local authorities. He was charged with harassment under state law, but those charges were later dropped.

Mr. Howards sued several Secret Service agents, saying his arrest was unlawful. He said the agents had violated the Fourth Amendment, which bars unreasonable searches and seizures, by arresting him without probable cause. He added that the arrest had violated his First Amendment rights because, he said, it was made in retaliation for exercising his right to free speech.

Mayor Bloomberg said Friday that he’s going to start turning the screws on the Occupy Wall Streeters.

The city is planning to take a harder line on demonstrators camping out in Zuccotti Park – and insist on permits every time they want to march through Lower Manhattan, he said.

“We will start enforcing that more,” Bloomberg said on his weekly radio show.

The protesters have a Constitutional right to demonstrate and have mostly been “peaceful,” the mayor added.

“There’s not been any of the kind of craziness you see elsewhere,” he said. “You may not like it, but these people have generally obeyed the law.

October 19, 2011

Print Version

Source: Corbett Report – James Corbett

Manhattan Federal Judge Alvin Hellerstein has declinedto hold the CIA in contempt for destroying videos that it had been ordered by the courts to preserve.

The case revolves around 92 videos, depicting hundreds of hours of interrogations of detainees. The tapes allegedly contained evidence of torture, and the CIA was ordered by numerous courts to produce the videos in relation to lawsuits arising from torture allegations. The 9/11 Commission also demanded that the tapes be produced. Instead, the agency destroyed them.

Although the Obama Justice Department had already decided last year that no criminal charges would be filed for this blatant obstruction of justice, Judge Hellerstein’s recent ruling insures that the agency will not even face civil sanctions or so much as a contempt order for willfully breaking the law.

In his ruling, Judge Hellerstein, the very judge who had ordered the CIA to produce the tapes in September of 2004, notes that the agency had instead provided a description of what they say was on the tapes and “implemented new protocols” to insure that they don’t destroy evidence again, so there is no need to hold them accountable in any way.

Judge Hellerstein’s decision is not without precedent.

In 2010, Obama’s Office of Legal Council wrote a memo arguing the legality of Obama’s secret list of assassination targets, a list that apparently includes American citizens who have not been convicted or even charged of a crime. The memo was used as the legal justification for the extrajudicial assassination of Anwar al-Awlaki, a US citizen who the President ordered murdered early last year.

Now, the Obama White House is arguing that they don’t even have to show the justification for ordering the unconstitutional assassination of one of its own citizens.

Still, concerned citizens are attempting to challenge the Obama regime’s power grabs in court.

Earlier this year, Senator Wyden revealed that the federal government has a secret interpretation of the PATRIOT Act that allows the government much more power than is suggested by the wording of the act itself.

When Charlie Savage of the New York Times filed a Freedom of Information Act request for the interpretation, he was denied on the basis that the interpretation is classified.

Last week, Savage and the Times sued the federal government for refusing to release the documents. The case is currently before Judge William Pauley of the US District Court.
Boston police moved in and began arresting scores of Occupy Boston protesters who refused to leave a large part of the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway early this morning.

At 1:20 a.m., the first riot police officers lined up on Atlantic Avenue. Minutes later, dozens of sheriff vans and police wagons arrived and over 200 officers in uniforms and riot gear surrounded the Greenway.

Police Superintendent William Evans and Commissioner Edward F. Davis watched from across the street. Evans gave the crowd two minutes to disperse from the park, warning that they would be locked up if they did not comply.

The crowd of protesters, energized by the sudden appearance of the Boston and Transit police officers, chanted, ‘‘The people united will never be defeated,’’ “This is a peaceful protest,” and “the whole world is watching.’’

About 10 minutes later, the first officers entered the park and surrounded the group. Evans, using a loudspeaker, gave one more warning and then each protester was individually put on his or her stomach, cable-tied, and dragged off as others tore down tents and arrested and detained people on the fringe of the park.

TechDirt
By Mike Masnick
October 9, 2011

We’ve been pointing out a variety of attempts to push back on the First Amendment lately.

One fertile ground for such attacks are local politicians carrying the “cyberbullying” banner, in various attempts to magically outlaw being a “jerk” online, usually by making it illegal to offend someone online.

Of course, making someone’s action illegal based on how someone else feels about it is all kinds of crazy.

It also would seem to violate the very principles of the First Amendment, which bar Congress (and local governments) from passing any laws that take away one’s right to free speech.

In the past, lawmakers pushing these laws have tended to simply ignore the First Amendment issue, and focus on screaming “protect the children!” as loudly as possible (never mind the fact that kids seem much less concerned about “bullying” than all these adults seem to think).

However, it appears that some state Senators in NY are trying a new line of attack: going directly after the First Amendment and suggesting that current interpretations are way too broad, and it’s not really meant to protect any sort of free speech right.

In fact, it sounds as though they’re trying to redefine the right to free speech into a privilege that can be taken away. Seriously:

Proponents of a more refined First Amendment argue that this freedom should be treated not as a right but as a privilege — a special entitlement granted by the state on a conditional basis that can be revoked if it is ever abused or maltreated.

Yes, that totally flips the First Amendment on its head. It is not a “more refined First Amendment.” It’s the anti-First Amendment.

It suggests, by its very nature, that the government possesses the right to grant the “privilege” of free speech to citizens… and thus the right to revoke it.

That’s an astonishingly dangerous path, and one that should not be taken seriously.

Of course, given their right to speak freely, state senators Jeff Klein, Diane Savino, David Carlucci and David Valesky have every right to put forth that argument — but similarly, it allows others to point out their rather scary beliefs.

Intel Hub Note:

If you move to limit the free speech right of Americans in favor of government or state control over what citizens can or cannot say, you have committed a direct attack on the very foundation of this country.

ALL four of these disgusting excuses for Senators should be voted out of office as quickly as possible.

You can visit their Facebook page and let them know what you think of their freedom hating proposal here.

More Proof America Is A Police State As This Video Shows NJ Police Unleashing A Riot Team To Arrest A Crowd, Including Children, Protesting A Police Killing On Their Own Sidewalk

The Intel Hub points us to a YouTube video that opens with people standing on their own sidewalk protesting the police tearing down a poster from a house window to raise awareness of the Police killing of a New Brunswick man.

With in minutes the police arrive with a jump van and a full platoon of officers dressed in Riot gear who immediately arrest the man speaking along with several innocent bystanders, including a girl on a bicycle.

As the Police are arresting people, the crowd begins chanting familiar Occupy Wall Street lines – “Who’s Street? Our Street” and “No Justice. No Peace.”

The Intel Hubs writes:

In response to last week’s killing of Barry Deloatch at the hands of 2 New Brunswick police officers, demonstrators rallied at the site he was shot dead. One of the rally’s organizers and an innocent bystander on her bicycle were arrested by an army of New Brunswick police officers in riot gear… for no good reason.

The investigating authorities still have not said why the officers killed Deloatch shortly after midnight on September 22, nor have they released the officers’ names.

Video shot by Sean Monahan of New Brunswick.

Here is the video. Watch for yourself.

Video shot by Sean Monahan of New Brunswick.

Emotions ran very high Wednesday night as people poured into Ebenezer Baptist Church to discuss the recent fatal shooting of resident Barry Deloatch, and the steps needed to go forward and progress from the tragedy.

Hosted by the NAACP, several members of civic organizations, the Deloatch family and pastor Gregory L. Wallace urged everyone in attendance to work together, become active members of the community to make their voices heard, and to see the fight through to ensure that they did not lose a family member in the future.

Deloatch, 46, a resident of New Brunswick, was shot and killed by a bullet to his left side on Sept. 22 following a pursuit by two police officers on Throop Avenue.

The names of the officers have not been made public.

The Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office has said that it was determined that Deloatch was not carrying a firearm at the time, but investigations continue as to whether he was in possession of another weapon.

As of Sept. 29, the Prosecutor’s Office has not released additional information as to what that weapon may have been. On a recording of police radio transmissions from the night of the shooting, an officer is heard saying that Deloatch was attempting to strike the officers with a stick.

Bruce S. Morgan, president of the New Brunswick Area NAACP, said talk and planning was just as important as taking action, in order to formulate a successful plan to ensure that this is the “Last event in town under these circumstances.”

“We’re here to help,” he said. “We stand with this family.”

Attacking the TSA for its privacy-invasive screening procedures has become a favorite activity for many journalists, especially Matt Drudge. TSA horror stories are often featured prominently on The Drudge Report and he has taken to calling Janet Napolitano, Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security (of which the TSA is a part) “Big Sis.”

Napolitano, who doesn’t think Drudge “means [the nickname] kindly” said at a recent Politico event that Drudge is wrong in describing DHS programs as Orwellian and that “the privacy impact of new airport screening technology and similar programs are thoroughly vetted before they are implemented,” in Josh Gerstein’s words.

“We want to be conscious of civil liberties and civil rights protections—and we are,” Napolitano said, as reported by Politico.

On the same day as this piece came out, TechDirt reports on a passenger who would likely disagree with the Secretary. After a particularly aggressive patdown in March that might be better described as a feel-up, advice blogger Amy Alkon graphically described how she sobbed loudly while a TSA agent put her hands “into” her — four times. She screamed “You raped me” after the LAX patdown and took the agent’s name with plans to file charges of sexual assault. Those plans fell through after consulting an attorney, but she did blog about it and included the agent’s name, thereby inflicting her own assault — on the agent’s Google search results.

The TSA agent then hired a lawyer who contacted Alkon asking her to remove the post, threatening her with a defamation lawsuit, and asking for a settlement of $500,000. “Rape is a very serious charge,” writes lawyer Vicki Roberts on Thedala Magee’s behalf. She also says that Alkon, on a return trip to the airport in May called her client “a bad person” who had “sexually molested” her.

Introducing iImpersonateThePolice: Apple Corporate Security Team Searched a Man’s House While SFPD Waited Outside

September 3rd, 2011

In my opinion, the fact that Calderón consented to the search, even though he thought the Apple employees were police officers, is the most terrifying aspect of this.

No warrant, no search. It’s pretty simple.

Why he opened the door, and said anything to these people, is also a mystery to me.

Anyway, here’s a link for Apple’s investigators to review: California Penal Code Section 538d:

Any person other than one who by law is given the authority of a peace officer, who willfully wears, exhibits, or uses the authorized uniform, insignia, emblem, device, label, certificate, card, or writing, of a peace officer, with the intent of fraudulently impersonating a peace officer, or of fraudulently inducing the belief that he or she is a peace officer, is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Via: San Francisco Weekly:

The bizarre saga involving a lost prototype of the iPhone 5 has taken another interesting turn. Contradicting past statements that no records exist of police involvement in the search for the lost prototype, San Francisco Police Department spokesman Lt. Troy Dangerfield now tells SF Weekly that “three or four” SFPD officers accompanied two Apple security officials in an unusual search of a Bernal Heights man’s home.

Dangerfield says that, after conferring with Apple and the captain of the Ingleside police station, he has learned that plainclothes SFPD officers went with private Apple detectives to the home of Sergio Calderón, a 22-year-old resident of Bernal Heights. According to Dangerfield, the officers “did not go inside the house,” but stood outside while the Apple employees scoured Calderón’s home, car, and computer files for any trace of the lost iPhone 5. The phone was not found, and Calderón denies that he ever possessed it.

In an interview with SF Weekly last night, Calderón told us that six badge-wearing visitors came to his home in July to inquire about the phone. Calderón said none of them acknowledged being employed by Apple, and one of them offered him $300, and a promise that the owner of the phone would not press charges, if he would return the device.

The visitors also allegedly threatened him and his family, asking questions about their immigration status. “One of the officers is like, ‘Is everyone in this house an American citizen?’ They said we were all going to get into trouble,” Calderón said.

One of the officers left a phone number with him, which SF Weekly traced to Anthony Colon, an investigator employed at Apple, who declined to comment when we reached him.

Reached this afternoon, Calderón confirmed that only two of the six people who came to his home actually entered the house. He said those two did not specifically state they were police officers.

However, he said he was under the impression that they were all police, since they were part of the group outside that identified themselves as SFPD officials. The two who entered the house did not disclose that they were private security officers, according to Calderón.

“When they came to my house, they said they were SFPD,” Calderón said. “I thought they were SFPD. That’s why I let them in.” He said he would not have permitted the search if he had been aware the two people conducting it were not actually police officers.

It remains unclear whether these actions might constitute impersonation of a police officer, which in California is a misdemeanor that can bring up to a year of jail time. Apple has not responded to our requests for comment. “I don’t have any indication of that. I’m not going to go there,” Dangerfield said, when asked about whether the Apple detectives might have misrepresented themselves.

Authorities involved in the arrest of a protester who removed his shirt and pants at a security checkpoint at Richmond International Airport were doing their jobs and acted appropriately, a government attorney argued Wednesday in Richmond federal court.

Carlotta P. Wells, an attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice, argued in favor of a motion to dismiss Aaron B. Tobey’s lawsuit, which claims his constitutional rights were violated. Wells said Tobey had made his point by removing his shirt to display words from the Fourth Amendment written on his torso but went too far when he disobeyed a command to pass through a security scanner.

But Anand Agneshwar, an attorney representing Tobey in his lawsuit against airport and federal officials, said the 21-year-old Charlottesville man obeyed the commands of authorities. Agneshwar said it was the authorities who went too far by detaining Tobey for 90 minutes or longer with his hands cuffed behind his back.

“This was one long process to determine if this gentleman was a security risk,” Agneshwar told U.S. District Judge Henry E. Hudson.

http://libertyfight.0catch.com/hawaiitrip.html

Airlines have resorted to using sign twirlers on the streetcorners in Southern California, as an increasingly aware American public rejects the degrading and criminal treatment they receive by Homeland Security at airports across the country. Most recently, the TSA defended their agents treatment of a 95 year old woman, forcing the dying cancer victim to remove her dault diaper under the guise of ‘national security’.

Earlier this month, the Rutherford Insititute announced that a legal challenge to the TSA groping had been inexplicably dismissed. [See Citing Secret Order, Federal Court Dismisses Airline Passenger Lawsuit Against DHS & TSA Over Scanners, Virtual Strip Searches & Full-Body ‘Rub-Downs’]

Airline traffic is down throughout the country as consumer opt to retain their dignity, rejtecing the corporate cabal who willingly cooperates with the fascist style radiation and gropedowns of innocent Americans of all ages.

This gentleman pictured in La Verne CA, located in eastern L.A. County, held a large sign that read ‘AIRFARE TO HAWAII $99′. He said that his company is currently offering good deals to single females and couples cohabitating together. He added that the police stopped by to make sure he did not have any tables set up, as that would be considered solicitation.

Sign holders are becoming an increasingly prevalent site on streetcorners throughout California, as desperate strapped businesses resort to cheap and taudry advertising. It’s an honest attempt to lure in the consumers who aren’t homeless or dependent on the modern equivalent of bread lines, food stamps.

Hopefully the hard-up airlines will see the light and kick out the TSA or go bankrupt before receiving a bailout by the feds.

A 41-year-old Clarksville woman was arrested after Nashville airport authorities say she was belligerent and verbally abusive to security officers, refusing for her daughter to be patted down at a security checkpoint.

Andrea Fornella Abbott yelled and swore at Transportation Security Administration agents Saturday afternoon at Nashville International Airport, saying she did not want her daughter to be “touched inappropriately or have her “crotch grabbed,” a police report states.

After the woman refused to calm down, airport police said, she was charged with disorderly conduct and taken to jail. She has been released on bond.

Attempts to reach Abbott on Tuesday were unsuccessful. The report does not list her daughter’s age. The mother and daughter were traveling from Nashville to Baltimore on Southwest Airlines.

July 7th, 2011

Via: PC Magazine:

I think the number of recent hacks and the amount of news coverage on these attacks is suspicious. Could they be false flag events to help the government regulate the Internet?

…

Out of the blue, Citigroup was hacked, then the CIA, and then the FBI and other groups were hacked. Now I’m finding this a little odd and wondering who is being set up here. Supposedly, some of the hacks of government agencies stem from the arrest of a few hackers in Europe. This is an attempt to make the hackers appear to be online versions of Hezbollah, as there are retaliatory attacks reported. You know, the way terrorists would do it.

It’s all possible, but I’m suspicious of the whole scene. These hackers, who are normally casual in their approach, are made to look like bomb throwing Trotskyites from the 1920s, each wielding a Molotov cocktail and out to overthrow the government.

This above mental image, of course, is for public benefit. By making any one of these hackers appear to be a horrendous threat to public safety, a number of initiatives can be rushed through Congress. All sorts of onerous laws will be passed, which probably will not affect the scene at all but will allow more government intrusion into the Internet. It will become illegal to sell any programming tools that can be used by a hacker, despite the usefulness of these tools to security experts. It will also become a felony to attempt to deconstruct a password or enter a system for whatever reason.

I have predicted for years that at some point people are going to have to be registered and licensed to use the Internet at all. You can see it coming as clear as day. These hackers, of course, have to be stopped, and this is how they’ll do it.

by John Ubele

The AK-47 is one of the most popular and easily recognized firearms in the world. Over 50 armies along with hundreds of resistance movements use the weapon. There have been over 50,000,000 AKs produced since the rifle’s creation in 1947.

The main reason for the weapon’s popularity is its dependability in combat. It also delivers a more destructive round than that of its chief rival the M-16. The M-16 and its variant the M-4 shoot a 5.56x45mm(.223) round. The AK-47 fires a 7.62x39mm round.

The following video compares the AK-47 and M-16 on several key functions. (Article continues below)

The AK-47 has an effective range of 300 meters, its accuracy can be increased by adding a scope.

There are many variants to the assault rifle which include the MAK-90, RPK, AKM, AKK, and the AK 74, which fires a .223 round, the same fired by the M-16. An increasingly popular variant is the Saiga-308 which fires a 7.62x51mm(.308) round.

Another feature of the rifle is that it has high capacity magazines. They come in 5, 10, 20, 30, and 45 round capacities. There’s even a 75 round drum available for the rifle.

Up until the recent presidential election AKs could be bought for under $500. They can still be bought for that price but it’s much more difficult to find one for under $500. To get a good quality rifle now you’d be looking at close to $700 or more. Some of the places you may choose to shop are gun shows, gun shops and pawn shops. You may also want to browse your local classified ads to see if anyone is selling a rifle.

Ammunition for the rifle was widely available up until a few months ago. Some online ammo retailers include jgsales.com, cheaperthandirt.com, and sportsmansguide.com. Be sure to buy non-corrosive rounds when purchasing ammo. The above mentioned retailers also provide accessories for the rifle including scopes, slings and sight adjustment tools.

For those who find the AK-47 beyond their budget there is another assault rifle called the SKS which fires the same round as the AK. The SKS has some drawbacks compared to the AK, but overall it’s a great weapon. You may also want to consider taking a look at the Mosin-Nagant rifle, these rifles can be picked up for as little as $120 in good condition.

The key to finding good deals on rifles and ammunition is to shop around and compare quality and price among sellers.

Judge: Google Can Be Sued for Wiretapping in Street View Debacle

June 30th, 2011

Via: Wired:

A federal judge has found that Google can be held liable for damages for secretly intercepting data on open Wi-Fi routers. The ruling is a serious legal setback for the search giant over activity it has engaged in across the United States for years.

That decision, the first of its kind, was handed down late Wednesday by a Silicon Valley federal judge presiding over nearly a dozen combined lawsuits seeking damages from Google for eavesdropping on open Wi-Fi networks from its Street View mapping cars. The vehicles, which rolled through neighborhoods across the country, were equipped with Wi-Fi–sniffing hardware to record the names and MAC addresses of routers to improve Google location-specific services. But the cars also secretly gathered snippets of Americans’ data.

TSA claims it will soon stop molesting little children, but not adults, veterans or senior citizens

June 24, 2011

Source: Natural News

(NaturalNews) In a policy change announcement, the TSA now claims it will soon stop molesting little children by reaching into their pants and feeling their genitals. That we live in such a police state today where the opening line to a news story even mentions government agents molesting little children should be downright astonishing, but it’s the truth. Of course, the TSA never claimed it was “molesting” children, and it describes its policy change as a way to “screen children without using invasive measures.”

That kind of doublespeak deserves a place in the Hall of Fame of Cowardly Language, alongside President Bush’s claims of “Weapons of Mass Destruction” and President Obama’s description of war in Libya as “kinetic action.”

The TSA, of course, has mastered the art of Orwellian doublespeak. This is the agency that insists it does not “confiscate” anything from air travelers. Instead, those travelers all “willfully surrender” their pocket knives, decorative souvenir globes and other items that the TSA steals from them and then sells for a profit (http://www.naturalnews.com/032757_T…).

So, you see, in the language of the TSA, they never really “molest” anyone, although if you or I did the same thing they do on a routine basis, we would be charged with molestation. Somehow, when government employees commit these crimes, they are excused from the law by simply changing the words they use to describe their crimes.

It’s as if some guy walks into a bank, sticks a gun to the cashier’s head, collects thousands of dollars in cash, and then explains that he wasn’t really robbing the bank at all. “The cashier willfully surrendered the money,” he could claim, using TSA language.

The TSA is lying, of course

The TSA’s announcement that it will stop molesting little children is, of course, an outright lie. The agency already announced the same policy change late last year but kept on molesting children anyway (http://www.prisonplanet.com/tsa-lie…). The simple truth of the matter is that if we are relying on the TSA to police itself, then we’re all fools — we should be arresting TSA agents right now for the crimes they are committing against innocent children (and adults).

Waiting around for the TSA to announce it will control itself is a surrender of our power and rights to a rogue governmental organization that respects no law. The agency has already ridiculously claimed the U.S. Constitution gives it “supreme power” over the states, meaning no one can question its authority on any matter whatsoever. This is the position of a tyrannical organization that must be disbanded if we are to restore our freedoms as guaranteed under the U.S. Constitution.

The TSA remains a threat to the states and has already threatened to enact an economic blockade against the state of Texas if lawmakers there outlaw the TSA’s lewd groping pat-downs (http://www.naturalnews.com/032514_T…).

Now the TSA is renewing its tyrannical threats against the state of Texas, which has reintroduced legislation that would outlaw the federal government’s molestation of innocent travelers. As PrisonPlanet.com reports, the TSA is once again saying “it will take legal action to prevent the law being implemented, indicating that the government could once again resort to threatening Texas with a blockade that would impose a de facto no-fly zone over the state.” (http://www.prisonplanet.com/tsa-set…)

TSA logic makes your head spin

Why does the TSA grope little children and reach down their pants as part of a screening process? TSA head John Pistole claims that terrorists might use 10-year-olds to carry bombs onto airplanes. While that possibility may at first sound alarming, consider this: the U.S. government hires TSA employees with the IQs of four-year-olds to reach down your pants, and that’s far scarier. I’d rather fly with a 10-year-old bomber than a TSA nincompoop any day. At least you can try to negotiate with the 10-year-old. TSA agents, on the other hand, are cognitively incapable of processing logical language. You can prove this to yourself by attempting to reason with one of them at the airport about the bottle of water you’re trying to get through security. (Good luck with that…)

It’s not that they don’t try to invoke cognitive function from time to time, however. In a recent Senate hearing, John Pistole whipped out his linguistic Jedi mastery skills and declared, “We need to use common sense.” This brilliant realization nearly blinded onlookers who wondered whether “common sense” would include checking infants for poop bombs in their diapers. (http://www.prisonplanet.com/tsa-def…)

Common sense, you may recall, has been banished from the TSA ever since 2008 when a brown-skinned individual hid some common sense in his pocket and tried to set off a commonsense info-bomb at the airport. Clever TSA agents discovered the common sense, confiscated it and then swore a vendetta against it ever since. Now, you can’t even bring common sense with you on an airplane. If you try to actually use common sense — for example saying things like “Hey did you realize this radiation scanning machine is also irradiating YOU workers all day long?” — you are immediately rebuked and treated as some kind of terrorist.

The TSA hasn’t actually stopped any terrorists from blowing up airplanes, by the way, but it has managed to create a nationwide common sense-free network spanning every major airport in the USA. Leave your brain at home, folks, because you’re only allowed to pack one 3-oz. bottle of liquid and a single mental thought on any given flight. That thought must be one of blind obedience to a police state agency that insists it has the supreme power to finger your anus, fondle your cockadoodle and backhand your hoohah, all with the feigned justification that comes from uttering the “T” word… “Terrorism!”

TSA: where morons and perverts go to find employment

What’s really interesting about the TSA’s announcement that the agency will stop molesting 12-year-olds is that in doing so, they are now admitting they will keep molesting 13-year-olds. And 14, 15, 16-year-olds, too. Plus veterans, grannies and “special needs” adults who get their comfort toys taken away by TSA morons who would actually be hard-pressed to out-think the mentally retarded in an IQ contest.

Somebody’s gotta hire these people, I suppose. Even though McDonalds is on a huge hiring spree, even McDonalds requires workers to be intelligent enough to interact with the public with a sense of basic human dignity. Even your basic Wal-Mart greeter must demonstrate some fundamental understanding of keeping customers happy. But for those who utterly fail to value the dignity of other human beings or are too mentally incapacitated to offer anything of value to society, the TSA is always hiring. (They’ll even give you a neat looking badge!)

By the way, if you really want to know how illegal the TSA’s actions really are, try this little experiment this coming Halloween (not really, but I’m making a point using satire): Dress up as a TSA agent and then run around your neighborhood fondling little kids. It won’t take long before somebody calls the cops and has you arrested. And that’s what we should be doing right now to the costume-wearing TSA agents in the airports, too.
