Amateur radio also known as Ham radio is a powerful wireless communications medium that has been around since 1901. In the decades since the equipment used for amateur radio has developed along with commercial radio hardware. The creation of the transistor in the late 1950s helped lower the cost of Ham radios which allowed them to become more widely available. Other significant advancements include the creation of repeater networks and the integration of microprocessors into radio equipment.

Many Ham operators use their radios in place of cell phones and land based telephone services. This allows them to save a considerable amount of money on their communication costs.

There are three classes of amateur radio licenses; from lowest to highest they are Technician, General and Extra. The higher the license the greater the frequency privileges you receive. Before you can receive the General or Extra class licenses you have to pass the Technician test. The tests have to be passed in order because you can’t skip licenses.

To study for your exam you should get a copy of “Ham Radio License Manual(Technician Class)”. The book is very comprehensive and does an excellent job introducing the basics of Ham radio and all of the FCC regulations that govern it. The book is available through Amazon.com. The largest national membership organization for Ham operators is the American Radio Relay League(ARRL). The group publishes a monthly magazine for its members titled “QST”. Their website ARRL.org is a wealth of information and it has a list of testing centers throughout the U.S. The site also lists local Ham radio clubs.

Club meetings are a great place to socialize and learn more about Ham radio and the many facets of the hobby. At the meetings you’ll find highly experienced Ham operators who are referred to as “Elmers”, these individuals are a great wealth of knowledge and should be engaged when the opportunity arises.

Ham radios come in a variety of types and styles. There are handhelds, mobile systems for vehicles and base systems like those you would find at someone’s home or at a local Ham club. Two good sources for radios and accessories are universal-radio.com and hamcity.com.

You can also communicate with other Hams using echolink.org. This site uses voice over intent protocol(VoIP) to connect with other Ham users. The echolink system is very easy to use and you don’t need any radio equipment to access it.

Amateur radio has many facets which helps make it a very fun and rewarding hobby. Many young people who become involved with Ham radio go on to make a career for themselves in the electronics field.

The December 10 article, unlike the one on November 13, now defends the US’ intelligence officials decision to provide a safe haven for Nazi criminals…

In 2007, the OSI had waived more than 23,000 pages, but as of this date is keeping secret over 18,000 pages, allegedly to protect the “ongoing investigtions (going on for decades) and prosecutions.” [Let’s see, the war ended 66 years ago, anyone who is being investigated is either deceased or over 85 years of age. Why would they need to keep secret almost half the records?]

Mysteriously, the next day (12/11), the December 10 article is rewritten by Randy Herschaft and titled Report details ties between US and ex-Nazis, but this version fails to mention the OSI is keeping secret over 18,000 pages “to protect ongoing investigations and prosecutions” of war criminals who are on their death bed.

TORONTO – New media and social networks are helping to strengthen community resilience during times of disaster, such as the oil spill in the Gulf Coast, a conference heard on Monday.

Twitter, Facebook and My Space all play a role in bringing the community together by sharing information, Dr. Jeannette Sutton, assistant research professor adjoint trauma, health and hazards centre at the University of Colorado said at the World Conference of Disaster Management at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.

The capacity for informal communications has been transformed by social media technologies, Sutton said.

People are now “creating maps” on the Internet in which citizens provide information.

“A year ago in Kenya before the election the people created Ushahidi.com (which means testimony), so when people witnessed violence they posted the information and created a testimony,” Sutton said.

Now that technology is being used in the Gulf Coast.

People on the web page Crisis Commons report the conditions of the wild life, report on smell, injured people and who is getting sick.

“It is fantastic that this came out of Kenya and now it is being used for a technological disaster. People walking on the beach can report what they see (with their phone). So much information about the spill is not being released (through normal channels),” Sutton said.

“Citizen reporting is changing the game. People are no longer waiting for information to come from the top. Information is not going into a black hole.” kevin.connor@sunmedia.ca

Today a great awakening is going on throughout the United States and around the world.  More than ever before, people are starting to wake up to the New World Order that the global elite is gradually imposing on mankind.  The truth is that the vast majority of the people on this planet do not want a global government, a global currency, a one-world economic system or a one-world religion.  Thanks to those who have worked so hard to expose the sinister agenda of the internationalists who are seeking to construct a big brother control grid to enforce their futuristic scientific dictatorship, people all over the world are now voicing their objections to this coming world system.

But there is a problem.  In fact, there is a big problem.  You see, the “freedom movement” is horribly plagued by infighting.  Instead of focusing on the key issues and problems that should concern us all, many who have gotten involved are focusing most of their energy on fighting others in the freedom movement.  But the truth is that if we are all constantly infighting with one another, then we are not going to stand a chance against the scientifically-crafted tyranny that the globalists are imposing upon us.

But so many people feel that they have to be “right” about every little thing.  So many people want to be the “special one” that has it all figured out.  So many people are jealous of the “stars” in the freedom movement, when the truth is that the “stars” often end up making the biggest sacrifices on behalf of all of us.

It is really sad to see people who are supposed to be standing up for freedom relentlessly attacking men like Alex Jones or Steve Quayle who have sacrificed so much and have worked so hard and so long to expose the agenda of the globalists.  Most people in the freedom movement will never have any idea of what these men have been through.

And yet almost daily you will find others who claim to be patriots just ripping them to shreds.  Well, you know what?  It is not the end of the world if someone does not agree with you on every single little point.  If you are waiting for someone who perfectly agrees with you 100 percent of the time on every little issue then you are going to be waiting a long, long time.

Nobody is perfect.  You are not perfect.  I am not perfect.  If you think that are so “special” that you have the right to criticize everyone else in the freedom movement, there is something I want you to think about.  What would it be like if the spotlight was suddenly turned on you?

Perhaps that is what you are looking for.  Perhaps you would be very excited about being in the spotlight.  But before you get too excited, I want you to read what we wrote  about what it means to “be in the spotlight” in an article on one of our other sites….

Take a moment and imagine this - one of the biggest television networks wants to do a huge 2 hour prime time special starring you.

Doesn’t that sound great?

But instead of a two hour documentary about how wonderful you are, the network has discovered all of the most evil and horrible things that you have ever thought, said or did and they are going to broadcast them to millions of people all over the world for two hours during prime time.

What would you do if that happened?

That reality is that whoever that happened to would want to run away and never show their face to anyone ever again.

The truth is that none of us is perfect.

Not even close.

So why try to rip apart and tear down those who are trying to stand up for your freedom?

The freedom movement is ultimately not going to do much good if it does not learn how to stand together.

It would do us all well to heed the words of Jesus in Matthew 12:25….

Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand

And the truth is that a lot of the people who are causing all of this infighting are actually agents and infiltrators who are seeking to stir things up.

You see, there are two primary ways that you can identify infiltrators – they try to get people in the movement fighting with each other or they advocate violence against someone else.

Don’t have anything to do with those kinds of people.

Instead, we need to learn how to love one another.

It’s really that simple.

The words that Jesus spoke in John 13:34 are as true today as they ever have been….

A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.

So the next time you are tempted to criticize someone in the freedom movement, ask yourself first if you love them.

If you cannot honestly say that you are willing to love them, then perhaps you are the one who has the problem that needs to be corrected.

Everyone is not always going to agree with you on every little issue.  If you can only work with “perfect” people then you are not going to be able to work with anyone.  It should be enough that others are willing to stand up for basic human freedom just as you are.

The truth is that we are rapidly moving into the darkest times in all of human history.  A horrific worldwide big brother control grid is being constructed that threatens to take away all of our freedoms.  We are literally looking at the end of the world as we know it.  If those who love freedom cannot learn to love one another and stand with one another then this thing is going to steamroll right over us.

It is time to wake up.  Time is running out.

Many readers of Black Sun Gazette are doubtless familiar with Alex Jones, the Austin, TX-based radio show host and film maker. I have long struggled with what to make of Alex Jones. On the one hand, he provides people with difficult to find information about the frightening truth of the American government’s lurch toward police state and global empire. On the other, he is a frothing at the mouth crypto-fascist who seems to do little more than lead people down blind alleys and arguably does more to terrorize people into inaction than anything to spur resistance. Recently, however, information has been brought to my attention that is worth sharing with my reading public. This article is meant to be primarily speculative, though I think that the issues that I raise bear consideration.

The above video is required viewing for anyone wishing to seriously consider who Alex Jones is, what his broader role in society is, who benefits, and why. Even though the video largely deals with the media outlet formerly known as Russia Today, it provides the necessary backdrop for this narrative. I admit that the video raises more questions than it answers, but these questions are a necessary first step towards having this discussion. Primarily, the video introduces us to the players in this bizarre tragicomedy.

Russia Today

RT, formerly known as Russia Today, is a news outlet owned by the Russian state, and almost certainly an arm of Russian intelligence. Such claims can ever only be supported- once again, short of confessions or canceled checks- by circumstantial evidence. For those with a lick of common sense, the knowledge that RT is owned by the Russian state, coupled with fifteen seconds spent surveying these advertisements should be convincing enough to heavily support the connection. That the Russian government would have a program similar to Voice of America should come as a surprise to no one. However, the more curious question is why do they repeatedly shill for Alex Jones and We Are Change, while providing copious amounts of time for the fascistic American “Patriot” to voice its views?

The Corporatist / Christian American Far Right

These elements are key in understanding how all of this ties together. Specifically, I am talking about highly disciplined and professional organizations such as the Western Goals Foundation, and the Council for National Policy. Still, I am not leaving out what could be termed the more “popular frontist” elements of the movement including Americans for Prosperity, FreedomWorks, and most importantly the John Birch Society. The last of which is implicated by highly suggestive circumstantial evidence to be a prime candidate for a KGB front operation.

Alex Jones

Alex Jones is indisputably a savvy media operator. Seemingly from out of nowhere he has built a cottage industry media empire out of Austin, TX, winning the ear of good old boys, Hollywood elites, and an international community of youth who are highly skeptical of the official narrative pushed by the capitalist media. He also has all the earmarks of an agent provocateur, acting as a person who does much to attract radically-minded but politically confused youth while at the same time actively derailing the movements he purports to endorse. As an aside and a segue; I have listened to Alex Jones’s radio show for years. I have never heard him “cut a mic” Bill O’Reilly style except for here:

Cui Bono?

This is all interesting, but what does it say? What ties it all together? To even begin to answer these questions, they must be broken down into a few more constituent parts. However, the underlying question is always cui bono? Who benefits from the words and ideas of Alex Jones?

Climate Instability Denial

There is, among the mainstream scientific community, a consensus that the Earth’s climate is changing, and that human activity is the root cause. Those who deny this are frequently funded by those with a strong interest in maintaining the status quo on energy production. Namely, international energy cartels such as Exxon-Mobil, and the governments of countries sitting on large fossil fuel reserves.

Intensification of Exploitation

Despite their rhetoric, the libertarian, patriot, and constitutionalist movements are little more than ideological cover for a return to the bad old days of the Gilded Age. This was a time of extremely pointed superexploitation of labor by capital during the first period of American ascendancy after the defeat of the Southern slavocracy by an alliance of Northern capital, labor, and free land holders, with a big assist from revolutionary slaves. There are places on Earth, most notably China, but any Asian export platform will do, where labor, safety, and wage conditions are comparable or worse to the Gilded Age in the United States. Those who viewed the video at the beginning of this entry will note that David Koch is heavily invested in selling Chinese-style labor conditions on American soil to the American people.

Drifting Toward Police State

When capitalism was restored in the Soviet Union, little else changed about Russia and the other former Soviet republics. They remain intensely authoritarian countries with little in the way of free elections or basic human freedoms. For its own part, the United States has become increasingly authoritarian over the last 40 years, culminating with the rule of George W. Bush, who paid little attention in either action or rhetoric to the human rights and privacy protections enshrined in the United States Constitution. While such policies were deeply unpopular among Americans of all political stripes, they were supported vigorously by Bush’s supporters little and big.

A New Era of Inter-Imperialist Rivalry

It wasn’t just the government that didn’t change at the end of the Soviet Union. The Russian Bear remains in sharp competition with the United States, particularly since the fomentation of color revolutions by American intelligence in Russia’s neighbors immediate and otherwise. It is important to remember that “taking over” the United States would not be in the best interests of Russian capital. Assuming responsibility for our problems is too difficult and expensive. However- and this is very, very important- removing the United States from the world scene as an international player frees up Russia’s hand politically, economically, and culturally in Europe as well as the developing world, in particular southwest and central Asia.

Politics Makes Strange Bedfellows

Despite a lack of explicit rhetoric on the subject, it doesn’t seem like a bold claim to say that many on the far corporate / Christian right have some sort of admiration for China and Russia. In the case of the former, China is a model for a hyperexploitative form of capitalism where workers have almost nothing in the way of rights or protections. In the case of the latter, you have a political system run by a nationalist strongman. Even term limits haven’t prevented Vladimir Putin from continuing his iron grip over Russia. Translated into the American, this would mean a repeal of almost all labor laws and an intensification of the imperial Presidency, two projects which are very near and dear to the hearts of the far right in the United States.

Alex Jones: Controlled Opposition

If you’ve listened to Alex Jones you’ll notice that one thread runs throughout his show. Nearly everyone is some kind of agent of the system. Even the venerable Glenn Beck whose rhetoric is nearly identical to that of Alex Jones. Both attack the Federal Reserve, a conspiracy of eugenicists, and progressivism and socialism. Both are also self-styled champions of “the little guy” and “mainstream America.” Still, Beck earns a vitriol on Alex Jones’s radio show similar to that of anyone else Jones deems to be a tool of the system. All of this raises a very important question: Why is Alex Jones, the man who attacks anyone and everything as a tool of the system so ga ga in love with the John Birch Society, a group that even many on the far right fear as an intelligence organization? Why is he so incensed by attacks on the John Birch Society that he cuts off a caller who criticizes them? Further, why is a man so in love with the United States and its Constitution, so distrustful of “globalist” (i.e. foreign) elites willing to go on a news service run by remnants of the KGB? Why is he willing to have Luke Rudkowski on his show every fifteen minutes when Mr. Rudkowski “works for the Russian media,” which almost certainly means Russia Today? It is worth noting that Rudkowski’s group We Are Change are a sort of unofficial youth movement of Alex Jones, and the connection between Rudkowski and the “Russian media” raises serious questions about who funds WAC and why.

“You Judge a Tree By It’s Fruits”

The above quote is from Alex Jones in his defense of the John Birch Society. What are Alex Jones’s fruits? He goes on the radio every day shrieking like a madman about a “global control grid” that is going to “enslave” Americans. In addition to promoting generalized fear and anxiety, he also promotes a political agenda that favors withdrawing the United States from the world stage. But his “fruits,” such as they are, go beyond that. Alex Jones is also an accomplished agent provocateur. Notice how his “confrontation” of Michelle Malkin has more to do with petty personal attacks than a political deconstruction of her line in the following video. Before watching, remember that Michelle Malkin is part of the wing of the Republican Party which supports a robust American military presence around the world.

Now watch this video where a normal, peaceful protest of what could be termed mainstream libertarians against gun control is thrown into utter chaos and turned into a sideshow by Alex Jones and his bullhorn:

Tying It All Together

Most people reading this blog are probably familiar with COINTELPRO. However, it isn’t just the United States government that has spies and agents. Private groups have them as well. Is it too outrageous to assume that groups like the Western Goals Foundation and the Council on National Policy have intelligence operations? Is it further too outrageous to assume that their intelligence operations work hand in hand with Russian intelligence in an attempt at finding common cause? The common cause being a fifth columnist beneficiary of the collapse of the United States as an international player. Once you answer either of those questions in the affirmative you then have to acknowledge that someone, and probably a very effective and public “someone” is acting as an intelligent agent for the aforementioned groups.

Which brings us back to Alex Jones. Who is Alex Jones? Why is so little known about his life before he became a public personality? How is he able to get high profile people like the head of the Rothschild family and Nobel laureates on his show? How is it that he has such a large, widespread audience, but is never able to muster any effective resistance to the “globalists” that he opposes? Why is he pushed so hard by Russia Today? His studio was recently refurnished- who provided these funds?

These are all questions which require careful thought and warrant answers. However, there does seem to be considerable circumstantial evidence implicating Alex Jones as an agent provocateur for a wing of the American ruling elite who have made their peace with Chinese and Russian capital, or at least think that they have. I would sincerely like to be pointed in the direction of more information about Mr. Jones, and welcome contributions from my readers unpacking all of this rather diffuse information.

As covered in part 1 of this series, the split between anti-zionists and those who equate anti-zionism with anti-semitism was blown wide open last April by Jason Bermas of Loose Change fame, while guest-hosting the Alex Jones Show.  He accomplished this by berating a caller who had the audacity to ask about Jewish control of the Hollywood media.  This split widened to a fissure with the firing of Jeff Rense from GCN’s radio network, with Texe Marrs writing an article critical of Jason Bermas, and with Nathaniel Kapner opening the debate on whether Alex Jones is a zionist shill–or just a useful idiot.

Well, a new fissure has appeared between Alex Jones and those who honestly seek the truth in politics and history, which has been building gradually–along with the anti-zionist rift–since the PrisonPlanet.com forums were created in 2007.  The two rifts, side by side, represent what has now become a gulf between the Alex Jones world and the rest of the war for truth and justice.  As explained in Parts 1 and 2 of this series, when Alex Jones had the PrisonPlanet.tv forums deleted in a hissy fit live on air, it was just before this time that the PrisonPlanet.com forums were created.  Because the members only .tv forums were un-moderated, Alex Jones equipped the new free forums at PrisonPlanet.com with moderators who would make Pol Pot flinch.  These moderators have been suppressing the flow of information on PrisonPlanet.com’s forums ever since.

What information is there to suppress on an internet forum, you ask?  It’s funny you should ask, because that’s one of the things I’d like to address.  I made the case for anti-zionism in part 2 of this series, and it just so happens that this is one of the subjects under extreme scrutiny at PrisonPlanet.com.  It seems Alex Jones has a reason to suppress any talk of Jews or zionism.  I will leave it up to you to decide why that might be, although if you’ve been reading this series, I think I’ve made my opinion on the matter abundantly clear.  When someone claims that Arabs own Hollywood, I have to sit back and smile at the sheer arrogance of the statement.  Not to mention, my first thought is: “Who the hell is paying this guy to say that?”  Yet Alex Jones has made this exact statement not once, but a number of times.

And how does one go about suppressing the flow of information on an internet forum?  How do you go about the seedy business of appearing to be for truth and uncovering political crimes, while hiding and removing any trace of your own lies and crimes? It’s easier than you may think.  People who are used to being lied to their entire lives sometimes have a hard time seeing through new lies, even if this is their main desire. But as with all lies, eventually the jig is up.  A home built upon a foundation of lies is no home at all…

Following are four main tactics I have observed, which are used by internet forum moderators to suppress the free flow of information:

The first tactic is ridicule.  Any idea outside of the accepted bubble must be ruthlessly vilified by both moderators and sycophantic registered users alike.

The second tactic is moving threads to “dunce” boards, which are basically forum boards where moderators can quarantine all “kooky” threads.  This effectively quarantines the idea of the thread, along with the thread itself and the person who posted the thread.  New users naturally shy away from these boards, not wishing to be outcasts.  Included in this tactic is changing the title of threads to make the poster appear ignorant or even hateful, and merging “dunce” threads with other “dunce” threads in order to confuse the issues.

The third tactic is deleting posts and threads altogether… Forum posts which are critical of the moderators, or whose topics are taboo, can be simply deleted.

The fourth tactic is banning registered members from using and viewing the forums outright.  The ban can be temporary or permanent. This is the tactic that appears to be the downfall of the PrisonPlanet.com forums.

PrisonPlanet.com’s forum moderators apply all of the above tactics to their forums with ruthless efficacy.  Many users become disgusted by the blatant abuse of authority, and simply leave, not waiting to get banned or ridiculed.  So some see the scam for what it is, and leave on their own terms.  Others, as mentioned earlier, are too used to being manipulated to see through the charade.

There is an immediate danger the internet poses for the powers-that-be, and those powers have every motive–financial and political–to attempt to stifle dissent on the internet.  It only makes sense considering the effort they’ve expended on suppressing truth through the mainstream media.  They would be stupid to not attempt control of their opposition…

As a matter of fact, the internet threatens the existence of mainstream news in a very real way.  There are people from all walks of life who are waking from their apathetic slumber–young and old, black and white, male and female–and they have the internet to thank for it.  They are finally realizing that the only way to be free and to remain free is through eternal vigilance.  Their awareness may be gradual, and occur as a matter of degrees, but they all have a choice: if they continue to search the internet for a new leader to replace their former leaders—someone to explain this horrible world to them so they are not forced to find their own explanation–they will end up forever at sites like PrisonPlanet.com.  If they honestly search for answers, the answers can and will find them–on the internet or elsewhere.

Moderators for these internet forums, in my opinion, have a special calling to act correctly. In any case, what they certainly do not have a special calling to do is bilk forum users out of money…

Yet this is exactly what has recently occurred at PrisonPlanet.com, and it is the catalyst for the gulf that has developed between Jones’ world and the rest of the war for truth and justice.  A moderator for PrisonPlanet.com–who uses the moniker “JTCoyote”–created a “money bomb” (a la Alex Jones and Ron Paul) for himself, ostensibly to help keep his house, which had supposedly gone into foreclosure.  A money bomb is basically a standing beg for money.  The twist is that there is a goal of how much money is desired, and by which date the money is needed.

On November 16th, things started moving quickly for JTCoyote and PrisonPlanet.com’s forums.  JTCoyote decided to spend 2,000 of the “money bomb” dollars sent to him for his house on T shirts and hats to give away to those who donated to his money bomb.  Soon after the announcement of the hats and T shirts at PrisonPlanet.com, the anger started.  Many posts critical of this asinine financial decision were deleted, and those who posted them were banned from the forums, with or without explanation.

Then the curtain fell for JTCoyote… He banned one of the most popular members of PrisonPlanet.com, one “Anti_Illuminati.”  Anti_Illuminati was a junior moderator for PrisonPlanet.com’s forums who posted a large amount of information on various subjects.  There was enormous protest at this banning.  The reason Anti_Illuminati was banned, according to JTCoyote, was for breaching an unwritten rule about not posting private messages on public forums.

What happened was this: JTCoyote accused Anti_Illuminati (via private message) of moving a thread JTCoyote had posted, in order to “bury” it.  Anti_Illuminati then posted this message on the pubic forums, which read in part: “If you bury this thread for which an article by Kurt Nimmo is being written as I type, I will ban your f**king ASS!”

So Anti_Illuminati posted this message to the public forums, and JTCoyote banned him…

This was the last straw for many members, especially those who enjoyed reading Anti_Illuminati’s material.  Although the exodus from PrisonPlanet.com had already begun in earnest with the hat/T shirt fiasco, this seemed to open the floodgates.

In any case, November 16th, 2009 could not have been one of JTCoyote’s favorite days.  PrisonPlanet member “User111″ posted the following on the PrisonPlanet.com forums (directly prior to being banned) early on the 16th:

“JT, you just lost every [ounce] of respect I have ever had for you by deleting every “anti donate” [posting,] or postings questioning your [validity] for seeking money.”

It was pretty much downhill from there.  The preceding quote was made before Anti_Illuminati got banned.  Before and after he was banned, the criticisms poured in.  As the mayhem unfolded too quickly to put a cap on it, the top moderator for the PrisonPlanet.com forums, who goes by the moniker “Sane,” stepped in to perform damage control for JTCoyote.   Sane claimed responsibility for moving JTCoyote’s thread, then un-banned Anti_Illuminati and a number of the other members who’d been banned since the affair began.  But it was too late–the proverbial cat was already out of the bag.

To be fair, JTCoyote himself has blamed the entire exodus of members from PrisonPlanet.com on “cointel/spooks” from what he considers to be PrisonPlanet.com’s rival site–Waronyou.com–as you may have noticed in the quote above.  He claims that members of Waronyou.com infiltrated the PrisonPlanet.com forums in an attempt to sow dissent and confusion, or even to steal PrisonPlanet’s members.  If you are not aware, “cointel/spooks” is a reference to a formerly secret government program called “Cointelpro,” which was used to sow dissent and confusion in such organizations as the Black Panthers, or among anti-war college protesters, during the 1960’s and 1970’s. The fact that JTCoyote had to resort to deletion of posts and threads–and flat out banning members–to avoid discussing his actions seems to not be a factor in his calculations on who to blame.  The fact that he spent 2,000 dollars for no reason when it could have gone to his supposed debts doesn’t seem to factor in either.  Nope–it was Waronyou.com’s members who caused the whole thing.  It seems blame can be found anywhere but at PrisonPlanet.com.

This writer has been on a personal boycott of everything Alex Jones for over two years at present, so I make it a point to stay away from his sites as much as possible.  However, this recent debacle necessitated me visiting PrisonPlanet.com in research for this article, and to see for myself the infamous magic disappearing threads and replies in their native habitat…

In any case, “Sane’s” damage control did not stop JTCoyote from banning everyone critical of him, his money bomb, and the banning of Anti_Illuminati, even after they had been “un-banned.”

It got to the point on November 30th that his lordship Alex Jones himself had to step in and take action to quell his restless minions.  When PrisonPlanet member Reed (who is now a Waronyou member) called in to the Alex Jones Show in an attempt to get to the bottom of the situation, Alex Jones had a hissy fit and temporarily closed the PrisonPlanet forums. Jones claimed to know nothing about JTCoyote’s money bomb, and publicly forbade any of the moderators or users of PrisonPlanet.com or PropagandaMatrix.com  from begging for money in the future.  Apparently begging is Alex Jones’ exclusive province on his sites as the self-styled “father” of the truth movement.  In any case, JTCoyote was busted from a “global” moderator (who moderates all the boards in a forum) down to a normal moderator who moderated only one board.  Now JTCoyote’s account has been canceled, as his posts presently appear with the title “guest” underneath his user name.

The temporary closing of the PrisonPlanet.com forums  played out like an exact replica of when those forums were created in the first place (in the wake of the deleting of the PrisonPlanet.tv forums), when a PrisonPlant.tv member attempted to get to the bottom of another situation by calling in to the show.  Although the .com forums were accessible within a few hours after they were closed this time, Alex Jones certainly appears to have little patience for the people who use his sites…

A quick side note: this is not the first exposure of a PrisonPlanet.com moderator as a scam artist.  A former PrisonPlanet moderator, named Chris Arnold, branched off from PrisonPlanet.com and formed his own video site, named Infowarstv.com.  I do not recommend visiting that address at this point, because the entire site has been redirected to a pyramid scam.  In other words, Chris Arnold tried to branch off on Alex Jones’ ideas in a very literal way.  At first, Arnold just started inserting banner ads and threads in the Infowarstv.com forums, which led to obvious pyramid scams he’d set up.  A somewhat smaller exodus than the present one occurred from Infowarstv.com to Waronyou.com at the time.  Arnold was exposed by an Infowarstv.com member, who goes by the moniker “Rainchild,” and who is now a member of Waronyou.com (and who had previously been banned for dubious reasons from where else but PrisonPlanet?).  When Arnold was exposed, he redirected his site permanently to a pyramid scam.

Chris Arnold gained slight infamy in the “truth” world when Alex Jones’ wife threatened to sue him over making profits from ads on his site while using Jones’ copyrighted video material, which Jones regularly urges people to duplicate and “spread around.”  At this point–to say the least–I wonder if there was more to it than Arnold let on.  I guess it’s all water under the bridge at this point…

…So in Conclusion

So where does this leave us in a war for truth and justice?  Who exactly is Alex Jones and what purpose does he serve?  Why the need for deleting threads which question those with power at PrisonPlanet.com?  Why the obfuscation of truth on a “truth” site?  This fiasco has not stopped them using their tactics.  In fact, their attempt at damage control did far more to hurt than help their situation.  They have created an opposition base which will now work to expose their nefarious deeds.  And Alex Jones, being the man responsible for PrisonPlanet.com, is ultimately responsible for who moderates the forums on his sites.  Jones likes to shift blame for any fiascoes with PrisonPlanet.com to his “webmaster” Paul Watson, but he made it abundantly that he is the boss when he temporarily closed down the forums.

So what’s the story with this guy Alex Jones?  Is it simply a ferocious hunger for–and obsession with–money?  Is Alex Jones simply a fraud from head to toe?  He reminds me of the Tammany Hall politicians of New York, who would pay political hopefuls to stand at the wharfs, handing out free literature and meals to immigrants as they stepped off the boats, in an attempt to get them to vote Tammany.

Alex Jones mendaciously guards the gates of truth and freedom, and attempts to round up and brainwash newcomers to the war for truth and justice before they have a chance to see for themselves with open-mindedness and serious research.  He infects them with poisonous fear and insecurity, then pumps them up with emotion-driven theatrics, which keep them coming back like no mainstream news channel I know of.  Many of Jones’ fans have rabid, cult-like obsessions with their hero, and act out with the same emotional tantrums Jones himself does.  I sometimes wonder if Alex Jones has set aside some land in Guyana for his sycophants, a la Jim Jones…

Alex Jones and the people who work for him have caused a massive gulf in the so-called truth movement, and there is absolutely zero hope of closing it.  Oceans are forming between Jones and those he is at odds with.

And while Alex Jones courts celebrities and disregards his support base, we are still here, slugging it out in the trenches of the war for truth and justice.  We who actually seek truth for justice’ sake will never capitulate to the enemy in any of its forms–whether it is the mass media, the zionist elite, or false messiahs like Alex Jones, set before us as a test of our honor and fortitude.  Should we attempt to mend this rift, or should we watch the Island of Dr. Jones slowly float away?  Do we accept responsibility ourselves for the truth, or do we yield our imperative individual power to external forces?  It’s you who must decide…

Last week, President Obama delivered a sorrow-filled and remorseful address in Poland, at one of those supposed World War II “death camps” the Nazis ran. Zionist-written history aside, Obama stressed at one point in the speech that there was an epidemic of “holocaust deniers” in the U.S. and on the internet. CNN then spent the next ten minutes talking to Jewish “experts” on “holocaust denial,” of course without having ONE dissenting opinion. That’s what I call open debate!

Yesterday, a guy who has claimed to be a white supremacist for decades, but doesn’t seem to know anyone except through the internet (one of these people he happened to be in contact with was John De Nugent-a recognized leader of the white separatist movement), walks into the Washington D.C. holohoax museum and blows away, not a JEW, but a BLACK security guard. No jews have died, yet it is being treated by the mainstream press like a new holocaust. That alone should give you some insight into the supposed hollowhoax of World War II. They’ll just pretend any old thing is a holocaust.

Glen Beck, the crybaby-for-ratings who in March of this year flip flopped more times in one day regarding FEMA concentration camps than a stack of flapjacks, then gets up on his show and claims that this nutcase was a “hero” of the 911 truth movement.

HAHAHAHA Stop it, you dilettante! No one in the “911 truth community” had even heard of von Brunn until he was plastered all over news channels like yours! Within two hours of the shooting, CNN had a full 3D diagram of the entire holohoax museum complex, complete with Jewish representatives of the museum, IN THE STUDIO! Gee, how on Earth did that ever happen? I have worked in the 2D and 3D graphics fields, and I happen to know that you can’t create an accurate 3D map of an entire multi-acre complex in an hour and a half. Was there a shuttle at the museum to take the “witnesses” straight to the TV studio? Give me a break…

Then the U.S. media starts plastering twenty year old photos of von Brunn all over the place, when the guy’s about to keel over from old age and what appears to be alchoholism from the recent photos.

Why were Obama and CNN going on and on about “holocaust deniers?” And why has this shooting of a black man by a senile old man been made out to be an attack against jews?

If von Brunn were part of a white supremacist organization as he’s being made out to be, where the hell is the rest of his so-called movement? Backing him up from the internet?

The answer is that this incident is just too convenient to be a coincidence. My prediction is that von Brunn will turn out to be a Manchurian Candidate, just like Sirhan Sirhan and many others. There will be a history of pysch drugs and mental institutions.

This thing looked more staged than 911 to me. I guess time will tell…

Secretary of State Says US or “Some Other Enemy” May Launch First Strike Against Iran

Citing the disastrous 2003 US invasion of Iraq as an example, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton today warned that by continuing to refuse to abandon its civilian nuclear program, Iran was risking the possibility of an invasion by the US or “some other enemy that would do that to them.”

The comments came during an interview on ABC’s “This Week” program, and when asked by interviewer and former Clinton-era official George Stephanopoulus, Secretary Clinton reiterated “that’s right, as a first strike.”

The bulk of the interview emphasized US opposition to the Iranian program, along with unquestioned claims that the nation was pursuing nuclear weapons. Secretary Clinton also extended the American nuclear umbrella over Israel in the event that Iran attacked them.

Considering it was no more than 72 hours ago that President Obama made his historic call for a “new beginning” to US relations with the Muslim world, it seems incredible that his administration is already raising the prospect of an Iraq-style invasion of Iran.

Already six years in, the Iraq occupation has killed thousands of US soldiers, sucked trillions from the American economy, and is stretching the military to its limits. It is unfathomable that with this war still far from over, the Obama Administration is considering an Iraq redux in its larger neighbor to the east.

THE JEWISH-CONTROLLED US DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY is now turning against upright American citizens. Directing the Department’s targeting of American citizens is the Zionist Jew, Joseph Lieberman, the Senate Homeland Security Chairman, and Janet Napolitano, the Secretary of Homeland Security, an obvious Zionist shill and reputed lesbian.

In an alarming ‘Gestapo-oriented’ Report by US Homeland Security issued on April 7, 2009, entitled, Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment, the fascist Department of Homeland Security specifies a new ‘threat’ to America’s security, namely, all critics of Jewry’s agenda to destroy America, whom the Department labels: “Anti-Semitic extremists.”

The Report, prepared by the Extremism and Radicalization Branch, Homeland Environment Threat Analysis Division and coordinated with the FBI, was approved by Homeland Security Secretary, Janet Napolitano, a reputed lesbian, who is the Talmudic Jew Michael Chertoff’s successor. The alleged lesbian Napolitano, describing a “homegrown threat” to national security, issued a statement on April 20, 2009, defending the Report, saying:

“We must protect the country from homegrown terrorism regardless of the ideology that motivates it. The “ideology” that Zionist-shill and alleged lesbian Napolitano is targeting, has been specified in two entries on page 4 of the Report. And that “ideology” is “Anti-Semitism,” Jewry’s deceptive term to destroy freedom of speech in America:

A recent example of the potential violence associated with a rise in rightwing extremism may be found in the shooting deaths of three police officers in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on 4 April 2009. The alleged gunman’s reaction reportedly was influenced by his racist ideology and belief in anti-government conspiracy theories related to gun confiscations, citizen detention camps, and a ‘Jewish-controlled one world government.’”

“(U) Exploiting Economic Downturn. Rightwing extremist chatter on the Internet continues to focus on the economy, the perceived loss of U.S. jobs in the manufacturing and construction sectors, and home foreclosures. APPARENTLY, THE US DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY IS NOW FUNCTIONING as a branch of the Anti Defamation League (ADL) in combating ‘Anti-Semitism’ – which is a deceptive Jewish term employed by US Jewry to deflect valid criticism of Jewry’s evil designs – one of which is to establish a “Jewish-controlled one world government.” This recent Report by Homeland Security evinces yet another incident of the expansion of Jewish control over the American government.

As close encounters go, the claim by a woman that an alien attempted to seduce her on a country road sounds far-fetched, but files released today reveal that it was considered serious enough for the Ministry of Defence to investigate.

The Norfolk woman who claimed she was approached by a man who said he came from another planet similar to Earth was questioned by the MoD intelligence branch DI55, whose brief was to investigate credible UFO reports.

She told them that, during their 10-minute chat, the man said his race was responsible for creating crop circles and explained the importance of contact between humans and his own people.

The woman, whose identity is not revealed in the government’s “X-Files”, was described by officials as “agitated” following the incident in which she “heard a loud buzzing noise behind her, then turned to witness a large, glowing spherical object rise steadily until it disappeared”.

The claims were examined by DI55 (whose very existence was denied by the government until recently) and described by an intelligence official as “one of our most unusual UFO reports”.

Other cases include the description of a black inverted boomerang-shaped UFO by two experienced air traffic controllers at Heathrow. The sighting, from the airport’s control tower on the morning of 17 December 1992, came a week after numerous witnesses in Louth, Lincolnshire, reported seeing three lights attached to a large, triangular craft.

Today’s release of the MoD documents also sheds light on one of Britain’s most infamous UFO episodes, namely the death of an American air force pilot, Captain William Schaffner, whom conspiracy theorists believe was killed during a high-speed duel with aliens above the North Sea.

On the evening of 8 September 1970, Schaffner’s RAF Lightning crashed into the sea during a low-level exercise following take-off from RAF Binbrook, Lincolnshire. Schaffner’s body was never found, which became significant after claims that Schaffner’s plane was scrambled to intercept UFOs.

Although the 28-year-old’s death continues to be attributed by some internet sites to a secret war between aliens and earthlings, the MoD files contain a previously unreleased summary of the original RAF Board of Inquiry report into the crash, which makes no mention of UFOs. It concluded that the pilot’s death was a tragic accident.

Dr David Clarke, a lecturer in journalism at Sheffield Hallam University and author of Flying Saucerers: A Social History of UFOlogy, said: “From suspected US Air Force spy planes to Russian rockets burning up in the atmosphere, these new files show the many and varied explanations for UFO reports submitted to the MoD. Making the material available allows us all to make an informed decision on the mystery of UFOs.”

One of the themes to emerge from these papers is the Aurora spy plane saga, with the files containing a little-known set of colour photographs, apparently taken in the Scottish Highlands, which appear to show a large diamond-shaped UFO shadowed by military jets.

During the 1980s, rumours abounded about a spy plane codenamed Aurora, said to be capable of hypersonic speed. Although the US authorities denied its existence, alleged sightings frequently made headlines in UFO magazines. The DI55 papers confirm that officials also believed it was possible that someone was flying an advanced aircraft within UK air space.

The most intriguing incident involving such a craft occurred at 9pm on 4 August 1990, at Calvine, a remote hamlet near Pitlochry in Scotland. According to the brief details released by the MoD, witnesses saw a diamond-shaped UFO hovering for about 10 minutes before it disappeared upwards at high speed. During the incident, Harrier jump jets were seen making a number of low-level passes. Colour photographs reveal both the UFO and at least one of the jets.

Former MoD official Nick Pope described the photographs as “one of the most intriguing [UFO] cases in the MoD’s files”.

However, Clarke said the papers failed to address long-standing questions over the incident. He said: “Many questions remain. Who was the photographer and how can we be sure his story was genuine? Why did the Daily Record decide not to publish the photographs in 1990? If they really were taken on the date stated, then why was the MoD unable to trace the origin of the Harriers clearly shown in the print?

“All we have is the usual rather bland statement that the MoD decided the incident was unexplained, but of no defence significance: case closed.”

By now many of you have probably heard about the Missouri Information Analysis Center (MIAC) report that labeled constitutionalists, Ron Paul supporters and others as possible domestic terrorists. When I first heard about it my first thought was something like, “Oh no, here we go again. The government propaganda machine is at work again. They are trying to equate ordinary folk and peace loving activists with violent extremists.” Indeed, from my point of view this seems correct.

But, alas, I am a man who can´t just scratch the surface of an issue and leave it at that. I must try to dig deeper into the heart of the matter and try to sort through the implications. This is not to say that my initial gut reaction wasn´t correct. Indeed, often times it is. Yet there is often more to such reports than meets the eye and words are often misused or misinterpreted. I began to wonder why such a report would even be considered warranted. It seems clear to me that the language being used in the report was chosen to discourage dissent and incite violence rather than protect officers.

To begin with, we can examine the word terrorist. The word invokes images of hate filled, spiteful people plotting in a secretive fashion to plant bombs in public areas meant to kill and maim as many innocents as possible. Yet that is not what a terrorist is in the strictest sense of the word. A terrorist is one who terrorizes. A terrorist simply creates an atmosphere of fear. One could make the argument that I am a terrorist based on the fact that I write horror novels designed to make the reader feel the tingle of fright run down his spine. To label me as such would be an attempt to misinform and mis-associate in my opinion and the same can be said for the MIAC report. It wouldn´t, however, be totally false as the label was based on a plausible truth.

Or I could simply be looking at this from the wrong point of view. Perhaps from the point of view of those in politics and law enforcement, people in the freedom movement really are terrorists. After all, they have a tendency to not simply submit because someone claiming to have authority over them tells them to. They have a tendency to know their rights and to exercise them. They have a tendency to expect the police officers and government personnel to operate within the bounds of the law written down and codified in the Constitution. What could be more terrifying to a bully on a power trip who insists on being obeyed without question? What could be more frightening to a bureaucrat than someone who insists on the freedom and ability to run his own life rather than depending on the system?

Those of us who have awakened and wish to move forward with a liberty agenda confound the sensibilities of those who insist on regulating every aspect of our lives. We in the freedom movement see ourselves and everyone else as individuals while those with a collectivist point of view have a tendency to lump people together into groups. It could therefore be very logical for those with a collectivist mindset (as many in the government seem to have) to conclude that if one individual involved in the freedom movement becomes violent while defending his rights, all of them are potentially violent. Many of us who are liberty oriented believe that individuals should be punished individually for any harm they may cause to another individual. Those with a collectivist mindset, which is apparently the mindset of the people involved with writing the MIAC report, believe it is ok to punish a group for the actions of an individual, or worse yet to prevent some imaginary incident from possibly happening. It doesn´t matter to them how many innocent people will be hurt or implicated, nor does it matter what principles of human dignity are ignored, it only matters that they are obeyed and that their power, their control and their point of view are all maintained, by force if necessary.

Jeff – I’ve been having discussions with an acquaintance in town who considers himself a history buff. He had been reading a book on early marine history that mentioned the East India Trading Company and their interaction with China – and that as a thread of conversation. For some reason one day, he mentioned that one of his favorite shows on television was ‘House’ (Fox.com). As I had mentioned the Zionist control of Hollywood and the media to him, I looked the show up on my computer and found a link to watch the latest episode.

In the episode…’House’, a Jewish doctor, breaks up a relationship between a white, blond, female doctor and a black doctor on his team on the grounds that their relationship is a distraction to their work. They either have to end the relationship, or one of them will have to resign, or be fired.

His ‘team’ is treating a young priest with mysterious symptoms. We find that the priest has been accused of impropriate touching of a young member of his church in his past and has been transferred around. He has turned to alcohol and cigarettes and is now running a church on skid row.

While they are stumped on a cause of the young priests malady, a male Jewish doctor on House’s team jumps up and rushes out of the room as they are mulling over the symptoms.

We find that the Jewish doctor has apparently solved the mystery in finding the aids virus in the holy water at the church. When the priest refuses to be tested for the aids virus they began treating him for aids anyway, which causes further complications.

Eventually, all this gets sorted out in the end to the priest’s benefit, but the seeds have been planted.

Another drama taking place during the sitcom, is the atheistic ‘House’ grappling with attending a celebratory party that has something to do with the circumcision of his out-of-wed child with the female Jewish administrator of the hospital. As the show ends, House is sitting at the piano in his home drinking scotch while playing a Jewish tune on the piano ­ having decided to ship the celebration.

The final scene is of the blond doctor sitting atop the black doctor and making out – as they have apparently resolved their differences.

I suppose I’ll point this out to him as an example of the Zionist media and the message it conveys.

Just scanning thought the show descriptions, you find mostly special-ops, militarized police squads that use torture to extract information that saves us from terrorists, young people with magical powers, and shows portraying (goyim) women as immoral.

‘Ozzie and Harriet’ have left the building.

When I looked at the list of shows on the Fox website, I realized that this is a rabbit hole that goes very deep and reminds me of the Rothschild’s ‘Futurist Society’ that collected and funded authors like Aldous Huxley, Ayn Rand and others to project their sadistic vision of future.

Two shows I’ll mention briefly…

‘Doll House’ features a young female protagonist named ‘ECHO’.

The series description reads… “ECHO is an ‘Active – a member of a highly illegal and underground group of individuals who have had their personalities wiped clean so they can be imprinted with any number of new personas. Hired by the wealthy, powerful and connected, the Actives don’t just perform their hired roles, they wholly become — with mind, personality and physiology — whomever the client wants or needs them to be. Whether imprinted to be a lover, an assassin, a corporate negotiator or a best friend, the Actives know no other life than the specific engagements they are in at that time.”

Confined between missions to a secret facility known as the “Dollhouse,” Echo and the other Actives including SIERRA (Dichen Lachman), are assigned engagements by ADELLE DEWITT (Olivia Williams), one of the Dollhouse leaders. After each scenario, Echo, always under the watchful eye of her handler, BOYD LANGTON (Harry Lennix), returns to the mysterious Dollhouse where her thoughts, feelings, experiences and knowledge are erased by TOPHER BRINK (Fran Kranz), the Dollhouse’s genius programmer.

But the show that really caught my attention is ‘Fringe’.

“Produced by Warner Bros. Television and Bad Robot Productions…From J.J. Abrams, Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci, the team behind comes a new series that will thrill, terrify and explore the blurring line between the possible and the impossible.”

The protagonist in the story is FBI Special Agent Olivia Dunham who become part of a somewhat rouge interagency task force that is put together to investigate a series of bizarre occurrences around the world ­ bio-weaponry, cross human / animal anomalies, mind-controlled assassins, etc.

To figure this out, the task force must obtain the release of Walter Bishop, a former government scientist that has been institutionalized for the last 17 years. It turns out, Bishop, who has a 196 IQ, has had suffered memory loss from psychotropic drugs.

As the story unfolds, he reacquires the covert lab he was given in the basement of a Harvard science building and begins to remember that many of these occurring anomalies are the result of experiments he conducted years ago, Not surprisingly, he apparently was missing the ethical switch between right and wrong, but was willing to do whatever the government requested in the name of ‘science’.

One interesting twist in the story is in learning that these anomalies are not the agenda itself, but a diversion from some greater agenda that has yet to be discovered.

Something that stands out in the FOX productions is that they are not low end, but are highly funded.

Anywho, this is probably more an analysis for an interdisciplinary group of PhD candidates than a ‘Hick from South Lick’…but it does seem like the ‘futurist society’ continues to move forward…

Until recently, Google Earth prominently displayed an image of a clandestine US airbase that housed unmanned Predator drones in Pakistan. An image appeared to show three drones outside a hangar at the end of a runway, which was then confirmed to be an airfield by a British newspaper.

The newspaper then cited intelligence sources as saying the CIA had been using the base to attack and observe al-Qaeda and Taliban militants along the Pakistan-Afghanistan border.

The photograph appears to confirm a seeming slip-of-the-tongue by Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), a member of the Senate Intelligence Committee who said that the US was launching strikes on Pakistani territory from inside Pakistan (“As I understand it, these [drones] are flown out of a Pakistani base,” she said). Feinstein’s spokesman later asserted she was only repeating something she saw in The Washington Post, but intelligence sources used the opportunity to confirm that the US had indeed been using Pakistani bases.

American and Pakistani officials have repeatedly denied that the US has launched strikes from within Pakistan.

“The Google Earth image now suggests that the US began launching Predators from [the Shamsi airbase] — built by Arab sheiks for falconry trips — at least three years ago,” the Times of London’s Jeremy Page reported. “The advantage of Shamsi is that it provides a discreet launchpad within minutes of Quetta — a known Taleban staging post — as well as Taliban infiltration routes into Afghanistan and potential militant targets farther afield.”

“Google Earth’s current image of Shamsi — about 100 miles south of the Afghan border and 100 miles east of the Iranian one — undoubtedly shows the same airstrip as the image from 2006,” Page added. “There are no visible drones, but it does show that several new buildings and other structures have been erected since 2006, including what appears to be a hangar large enough to fit three drones. Perimeter defenses — apparently made from the same blast-proof barriers used at US and NATO bases in Afghanistan — have also been set up around the hangar.”

A military spokesman at the US Embassy in Islamabad and Pakistan’s chief military spokesman declined or was unavailable to comment on the revelations.

Google compliant with censorship requests: report

Despite the latest Google expose, the California-based company has becoming increasingly compliant to government requests to block purportedly sensitive information — including images of Tibet, military installations and even a General Electric research plant — according to a report prepared by the Open Source Center for the Bush Administration’s Director of National Intelligence Mike McConnell and reports circulated online about areas Google has blocked or blurred.

The research report was not approved for public release but was leaked to Secrecy News. It is prepared entirely on public information — so called “open source” intelligence. But it paints a picture of an increasingly pliant global communications juggernaut, willing to do business with authoritarian regimes and US government agencies at the expense of transparency.

China, for instance, has an “online geographical information security management and coordination group” which regularly browses online mapping sites.

“When problems are discovered, they are either raised with Google’s China headquarters or through diplomatic channels,” the report says.

“Google has been very cooperative in the course of communications,” a Chinese spokesman remarked.

Among the areas Google blurs out in China includes, not surprisingly, Tibet/Xinjiang Province. Other areas of Asia that have been clouded include northern areas of Pakistan — it’s unknown why or who might have requested the omission.

Google also censors certain sites in India. India may also be taking measures to hide their facilities from satellites. According to the report, “India’s army announced that it had taken evasive measures against the ‘intrusive photographs of strategic installations.’”

Google sometimes uses older images to replace existing ones to erase, say, the movement of troops in Iraq. After a January 2007 report that terrorists were attacking British bases based on Google Earth imagery, Google replaced images of these sites with photographs taken before the war. The report also claims that al Qaeda militants used Google Earth to target oil facilities in Yemen.
