Defendant Refers To Court & Traffic Cop As “Revenue Agents (Bagmen) For The Government”, Wins Case

10.21.09As we reported a few days ago, John Shanahan of southern California, who is a licensed member of Architects and Engineers for 9/11 truth just beat his second traffic ticket this year. He won through the mail, filing a TRIAL BY DECLARATION, without ever appearing in person. The court mailed back his $212 bail. His insurance rates were not raised. He did not pay the state a dime. We love to brag about these victories and show people that it’s very easy to do. It’s very important to remember presumption of innocence. On his written declaration, [Page 1] / [Page 2], part of what john wrote is the following:
“If Deputy Hubler were honest about his method of stopping me, would he not admit that the reason he was positioned where he was is because he was not visible immediately to drivers like myself? Was he actually “laying in wait” intentionally with his visibility obscured so that he could “catch me in the act”? Would the court and/or Deputy Hubler deny that they are not really promoting safety, but concede that their primary activity is to perform the role of revenue agents (bagmen) for the government?”
