Freemason William Bratton working for former Kroll, Inc CEO in ‘ federal government’ security firm
Earlier this month Bratton was honored at an 800 guest gala hosted by Tonight Show host Conan O’Brien, purported by some to be a brother mason, fellow member of “the craft”. On September 11, 2009, Queen Elizabeth II bestowed Bratton with the title of “Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire”
In yet another example of immediate government to corporate transitioning, the news of Bratton’s position was released the same day he announced his intent to step down as LA Police chief. The press release dated August 5th stated “ASC will provide products, services, and solutions–including training, information, and consulting–to law enforcement agencies and the federal government, both in the United States and overseas”, and that Bratton will report to Altegrity CEO Mike Cherkasky, former CEO of Kroll Inc. The notice describes how Cherkasy has “worked closely with Chief Bratton on several occasions”, including “when the chief provided consulting services to Kroll, Inc., which Mr. Cherkasky led at the time”
On November 5th, Altegrity announced the acquisition of John D. Cohen, Inc., described as “a contract provider of national security policy guidance and counsel to the federal government.”
Cohen, further described in the release as “providing a broad range of thought-leading services and proprietary solutions to law enforcement agencies and the federal government, both within the United States and overseas“, will report to directly to William Bratton.
A followup release added another company, USIS, described as a “government business”, into the mix: “ASC will coordinate its work with and rely on internal resources from Altegrity’s government business, USIS, to create a world-class organization that provides its services in U.S. and international markets”.
A 2004 profile outlined Cherkasky’s career path, including his position as a prosecutor with the Manhattan District’s Attorney’s office, his participation in the investigation of the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, and as CEO of Kroll, Inc.
911Review.org outlines Kroll’s links to the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency, Israel’s Shin Beth secret police, along with many other nefarious connections:
- “In 1993, Maurice Greenberg’s American International Group (AIG), became co-owner of the “private spy agency”…Greenberg was deputy chairman of the New York Fed in 1992 and 1993, and New York Fed chairman in 1994 and 1995. During 1996, while Greenberg was deputy chairman of the Council on Foreign Relations, he chaired the CFR task force on intelligence, which published “Making Intelligence Smarter: The future of U.S. Intelligence.” This report mostly served to exhibit Greenberg’s access to the intelligence community; but he parlayed it into a nomination by Senator Arlen Specter and others, for Greenberg to be Director of the Cia.
GlobalResearch.ca described Cherkasky’s role in war profiteering while head of Kroll:
- “Quite a few oil company CEO’s and “defense” industry executives, however, do have a pretty good idea of why that war is being fought. As Michael Cherkasky, president of Kroll Inc., said a year after the Iraq invasion boosted his security firm’s profits 231 percent: “It’s the Gold Rush.”
Cherkasky, born March 2, 1950, is alleged by various researchers to have participated in the complicity and coverup of 9/11.

- “With that in mind, we get a bit closer to the “how” of 9/11 – an important consideration in analyzing the Legend of 9/11. A good part of the early work on that legend had been accomplished through the offices of Michael Cherkasky, the managing director of Kroll Associates – in his capacity as a prosecutor working in the New York office of Robert Morgenthau. Cherkasky had worked on the case arising out of the first World Trade Center bombing in 1993, which had established Ramzi Yousef as the terrorist mastermind behind the attack. Cherkasky had also worked on the John Gotti and BCCI criminal cases, two cases that would not, at first glance, seem to be related, much less to the events of September 11.

An MSNBC story from September 23, 2001 entitled ‘Warning Signs – Should officials have known the terror attacks were coming?’ profiled Cherkasky and his connection to the 1993 and 2001 World Trade Center attacks:
- “God gave us the chance to understand what our enemies were trying to do to us. Unfortunately, we didn’t adequately learn the lesson,” says Michael Cherkasky.
- Cherkasky should know. As a New York City prosecutor, he was involved in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing investigation.
- These days, Cherkasky runs one of the world’s best-known security and investigative firms – Kroll Inc., a firm that’s done everything from track down Saddam Hussein’s hidden riches to help ensure that the mob doesn’t regain control of New York’s garbage business. It even advised the World Trade Center on security matters.
- At how many levels did security or intelligence fail here along the way? “I think that we failed in every level,” says Cherkasky. “Every level.”
- Every level Cherkasky says, from intelligence to surveillance to not having the will to take down Osama bin Laden long before September 11.
- First off, Cherkasky says, we should have known that the World Trade Center continued to be a target.
In a July 1997 interview, Douglas G. Karpiloff, who was later killed in the World Trade Center on 9/11, discussed Kroll’s role in security after the 1993 bombing:
- “After the bombing, we had the top security consultants in the nation, Kroll Associates, do a complete security analysis for us, and we followed their recommendations,” says Douglas G. Karpiloff, program manager, security systems for the WTC. A 26-year veteran of the Port Authority, Karpiloff, a Certified Protection Professional, was general manager of tenant services after the bomb went off.”
Pope Leo XIII, in his 1884 Encyclical HUMANUM GENUS, wrote: “We wish it to be your rule first of all to tear away the mask from Freemasonry and to let it be seen as it really is.”

Former Los Angeles Police Chief William Bratton, an admitted freemason and open border advocate, is now the CEO of Altegrity Security Consulting (ASC), owned by Altegrity, Inc., which is described as “the global screening and security solutions provider”.
