You see, the crooks always use fraud and deceit to further their power, but because they're crooks, they cut corners, they're lazy, they're arrogant, they can't keep track of their lies, they take the easy way out and, because of this, they always screw up their own written (black ink on white paper) procedures. All we're doing is observing the unwritten Maxim of Law: "Always argue procedure." Rather than arguing the particular controversy in the Courts !
