The Pomona Police Department is corrupt, plain and simple. they are just as much a bunch of crooks as the gang members that walk the streets. The chief of police Dave Keetle is the ring leader of them all.

Truth be told, I wouldn’t like to be assailed by someone on a daily basis spouting conspiracy theory. My sense is more that they’re getting irritated by the fact that some bloke off the street is following them around talking to them about something that they don’t actually have any stake in and their patience is wearing thin. He’s being kept away for his protection because he doesn’t have the sense to lay off and if he continues someone will kick his ass if only to shut him up. Nothing conspiratorial about it.

you betcha they fear him, or more to the point, they fear the TRUTH, because when the truth is borne out, the whole government collapses, because the government did this heinous act of terror against american’s on Sept. 11, 2001, just like Lyman L. Lemnitzer tried to get R.S. McNamara to go along with ‘Operation Northwoods’ in 1962, killng americans and blaming it on someone else (cuba) (false flag).

so yeah, they fear this message this marine is sending. they’re suborning TREASON by denying the truth be told.

they fear the TRUTH. The TRUTH will bring the illegitimate government down. One way or another, once it’s borne out, it will collapse it like a rotting bloated corpse that it is. The government cannot withstand the disinfectant called SUNLIGHT.

So, the police fear for their own safety because this guy is exercising his right to freely express his political opinions?

So, if they get their restraining order, but this guy continues to “hang around” the police department, who will they call for help? They can’t call the police – that is them, and they are afraid of him.

The U.S. Supreeeeme Court held in O’Connor v. Donaldson, 422 U.S. 563, 575 (1975) that merely being annoying to other people is NOT enough reason to deny the person of freedom. This concept from O’Connor v. Donaldson, by the way, was a major reason The Court decided to give the Guantanamo prisoners a break, e.g., Hamdi v. Rumsfeld, 542 U.S. 507, one of those pages (2004).

Personally, if I was one of those cops, I would have first asked you to keep it on the sidewalk, a traditional public forums. Walking onto the parking lots and near the public buildings might be a bit over-the-top.

Is this one of those freedom thingys the military has been fighting for us to have? After all, I’ve encounered many people who actually believe our own military is fighting in the ME for our freedom of speech back here in the US. And here we are given a story of a VETERAN of these wars, and yet his voice is being snuffed out, but I’m willing to bet your first-born this same city is more than happy to accept his payment of taxes!! Please G-d, damn the USA!!
