Save The Government Some Trouble – Spy On Yourself!
Hasan Alahi, a university professor and artist who is an American citizen but was nevertheless detained by INS in June 2002 and asked his whereabouts on 9-11-01, decided to save the government some trouble by spying on himself.
He now constantly updates the FBI on his whereabouts and activities, and advises everyone else to do so!
Alahi was interviewed by Stephen Colbert on the May 8, 2008 episode of The Colbert Report.
