		<description>Article is dead on. I think the May 1873 date was a bit late though. I have all the data sets. Seems that Dec 1872 was when the Deutsch Borse started to collpse and lending was curbed. May 73 was more of a UK echo of things. But Youre dead on! This is all massively deflationary. Its a deceleration of borrowing, and when that happens the US will have to raise taxs to pay for this crap bail out. 

Most analysts today dont know anything about history. They think the world started in 1978 or if they think of them selves as clever, they talk about 1931, as you said, which is a bad comparison.</description>
