Where do you get YOUR rights?
As of this minute, only three percent of the respondents to this USA Today poll know that their right to keep and bear arms IS NOT granted by the Second Amendment.
The Second Amendment is merely a reminder to government that we Americans have a right to keep and bear arms that must not be infringed. Our inherent right to defend ourselves translates into a right to own and carry deadly weapons like guns, swords, knives, and axes, for example. No individual rights are granted by the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, so the correct answer to this poll question is NO.
